Sinclairs Burdwan

It was a pleasant stay. I do not have any words to express. We stayed here for the first time and I think I have to stay here again with my wife. The breakfast was very nice. We went for Dinner . Tried sizzler and Thali which was very nice in taste. I will surely come and stay with my kids

It was an excellent stay. I didn't expect this kind of service. They welcome us with mocktails. On the last day they packed breakfast for us. The dosa and sambhar was very tasty during Breakfast. The whole team of sinclairs are nice. I met the Gm of the hotel during breakfast . He was very nice in talking. The staff are very humble starting from Housekeeping, Reception, Service, Chef and of course the leader of the hotel. We will surely come back and stay here again.

I have no words to express. We came to attend the marriage party. The food was excellent. The rooms were too good. We tried a swimming pool . It was awesome experience. At the same time, we found some guests were shouting in reception because of some kind of damages made. The people were threatening in reception to reduce the cost or they will put in the media. Unfortunately , I didn't like the attitude . The NRI Indian was complaining about mosquito or some sort as if he has not got into his own hometown. I am sure I will come back again on a personal trip with my wife Kudos to everyone in Sinclairs burdwan. Your silence pays off

Housekeeping was prompt. They delivered extra bed, pillows etc promptly. We had a room with the roadside view which was not ideal. The glass sink in the washroom had some water stains and could use some cleaning but overall we had a great stay.

Stayed in Sinclairs Burdwan. Excellent ambience..very friendly and helpful staffs. They are all extremely cooperating, specially I would like to mention Mr.Sushant's name here. He was very helpful,polite and extremely cooperating. The food quality was quite good. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Stayed here for two days. Immaculate, clean and well maintained properly. Very courteous. Polite, prompt and attentive staff. Debashish in Palm Terrace took extra care regarding our food preferences.

I am 79 years old and usually don't visit any places and don't disclose myself. It was the first time in burd wan for me. I was amazed with the hospitality. The staffs are very helpful & cordial. I met a wonderful person Prantik. He is the unit head of the hotel. After breakfast while coming down, I was about to fell down due to my fault. He catch hold of me and made sure that I reach my car safely. I have seen while entering my car , he kept his hands on top of door so that I don't bang myself. These small things matters a lot. I was a Principal of a school in States years back. Never seen before this kind of hospitality. I think I have to stay once and experience the hotel. Keep up the spirit and smile. One of its kind Hospitality. Delightful experience. The staffs are well behaved , very supportive. Property is also well maintained and having all the facilities. Restaurants serves customized cooked foods. Out of the box thinkers. My best wishes to the Sinclairs team Burdwan. Stay happy, stay well.

Nice Property with a great location. The team is very helpful and courteous. The property is very well maintained, however the bed linen and curtains could be cleaner. The in house Restaurant rate is a bit on the higher side but the quality and taste is good. All the best.
