When I booked with Expedia, under construction was never mentioned. Imagine that. So the day before, I get an email from Springhill explaining all the construction, noise, inconvenience, limited breakfast, etc. Perfect timing on their behalf. You think I felt deceived? You betcha. Walk into the room. First thing I notice is a piece of candy on the floor and a coffee stirrer sticking out in the crack of the sofa. You think they are extra cleaning in these times of Covid? Think again!

Great location to LSU. Was in town for SEC Championships. Hotel was clean and very nice. Excellent service. Easy check in and out process. Only drawback is houskeeping did not bring fresh towels for our 2 day stay. Had to go down and get towels upon return at midnight.

No wonder there was a smell in the house at night. In short, the stay feels very bad. Although the price is cheap, if I can choose again, I will not hesitate to live on the holiday. This place was very friendly also very kind workers housekeeping amazing loved your sweetness and understanding caring also I felt comfortable here even though no wifi I was safe here the nice housekeeping she talked so sweet also the workers here should get a raise they are just doing there job maintenance man thanks for your kindness I see how they call you to much it's like they own you plus you have a great family front desk leave the man alone I don't even like your attitude Afghanistan also a white lady you need to be nicer but otherwise thanks for your time and effort I don't care treat these workers with respect keep being hard working and people's stop yelling at them take it to the front office well jobs now

Nice clean and quiet. Pool not opened yet but all is well. T in check in was great and cute. Staff was great. Didnt do breakfast so no clue but i was there to be left alone in quiet comfortable and clean room. Thanks again! I had coffee down stairs so no idea what room coffe tastes like and i had to type more words.
