"The hotel is located right at the Whistler Village. Convenient walk to trails and gondola rides. The hotel is very clean and staff and service is excellent. Highly recommended"
"It was a great experience. We stayed in an 8-person room with a spacious kitchen.
Fully equipped, a long table to cook and eat together, a large living room balcony, and air conditioning, so it won’t be too hot in summer, so you can have a wonderful time🍷
, comfortable and comfortable stay, and a swimming pool❤️"
"The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is a little far, but there is a free shuttle bus at the door, which is very convenient. The hot spring bath effectively relieves fatigue. The hotel has a snow track for sliding in and out, and the hot spring bath effectively relieves fatigue."

"The management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time. "
"The facilities are perfect, but a bit old, the heating in the room was broken the night I checked in. There is parking lot. The apartment-style rooms have higher floors and are divided into upper and lower floors. The lower floor is the living room dining room bathroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. There is a master bedroom on the upper floor, as well as a sauna room, but I haven’t tried it out and I don’t know if it will work. Sanitation is a bit old, and the basin is poorly drained."

"It was located a 10-minute walk from Whistler Village, so it was very easy to get around. The hotel spa was really nice, and the interior of the hotel was clean and nice. However, I felt that the hotel was old, and when I checked out, there was a small mouse running in the hallway and a squeak. The interior of the room was clean, but the hallway felt old."
"The two-bedroom and two-bathroom suites are very good and meet the needs of our family. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, the supermarket is convenient, and the kitchen facilities are also very good. There is a hot spring pool downstairs, which is great!"

Outstanding
RRuininiThe room is big and the bed is very comfortable! When checking in, the child was given a small doll, which made the child very happy. There are wine tasting activities, roasted marshmallows, and live honey lollipops on Friday afternoon. The spa is especially good 👍 The waiters are very nice and everyone is smiling. But the scale of the hotel is not as big as the Lake Louise Castle Hotel, and the scenery there is not as good! The hotel is in Blackcomb Mountain, and it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the cable car. This side is more suitable for friends with intermediate and advanced ski slopes. If you are a beginner skier, the hotel on Whistler Mountain is more convenient. Blackcomb Mountain is relatively quiet, and there are relatively few options for eating and shopping. But from a vacation perspective, the hotel itself is very good, especially the Spa, which is so comfortable!
GGuest UserIt is a classic hotel, standard and everything is just right. The room decoration style is old-fashioned, not modern and stylish. The outdoor SPA and sauna in winter are great. The hotel is beautifully decorated during the Christmas season, like a fairy tale world, with concerts and Santa Claus. Of course, the room rate is also high. It is not reasonable to charge an additional 50 Canadian dollars per day for the experience fee. Some simple activities organized by the hotel, such as yoga, hiking, and visiting museums, have to be paid whether you participate or not. Note that you should give a tip to the room.
CCUICanada's most satisfied hotel.
First of all, the whole of Whist is very comfortable. The town is not big, so there is no traffic problem. The hotel service is very warm. The room is in the style of a serviced apartment. The kitchenware is complete and there is some salt and black pepper. The parking fee is 28 yuan per night, but it can be parked until 5 pm the next day, which is very user-friendly.
GGuest UserGreat place in a great location. Easy to walk to lifts, shops, etc as everything on your doorstep. Clean and large room. Pool and spa were great and the candy bar was appreciated!
FFaraad KhanThis hotel is huge and spacious. The suite had all amenities including a full kitchen and kitchenettes. It even had a comfy balcony and a cozy fire place. My kids loved the queen size sofa bed and the 42 inches flat screen TV. The washroom and bath were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash and enough towels. The king bed was in a separate room for privacy and this was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The reception area is huge and all the different levels has restaurants and there was a heated pool. The hotel is located like 5 minutes from a grocery store, which was convenient and they had valet parking for
just a few extra dollars. Right up the street had tje gondola and Whistler village centre, which we walked even though we had our own vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this accommodation. The check in and check out process was smooth and the reception was polite and kind. We were actually given a welcome card along with chocolates, cookies and ice cream pkus bottled water ☺️ PS: My 70 year old mom went to the on site spa and had her first full body massage, she loved it!
CCKLLEcecellent location for travellers planning to go Whistler/Blackcomb for Skiing or sniowboarding. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the gondolas. The pod is clean, neat but still a bit wallet unfriendly for a capsule type hotel. Suggest travellers to avoid upper level pods because of climbing up and down. All staffs are nice, very helpful plus there are racks to store snowboards and locker for storage. , However, combination locks are not provided. Remember to bring at least 3 combination locks if you are interested to stay in this pod hotel.
VViolaLinIt’s my second time to stay at Hilton Whistler. Love the service and environment. We enjoyed the swimming pool. It’s not large. Resort fee$58 was charged when we checked out.
GGuest UserFacilities are average, Ctrip is affordable during the holidays, but after washing my hair in the morning, I found that the hair dryer was bad. It made me wet my hair to go skiing. It was really depressing, but the price was ok, the room was large and the fireplace was very warm
GGuest UserClose to the cable car, we stayed for one night and two days. We could park in the morning on the day of check-in and ski down the mountain in the afternoon of check-out. It was very cost-effective and I would choose to stay again next time.
DDHL321Excellent location, just at the central village, walk thru the entire village easily. Nice clean room even not big, but what you need are well equiped. I have a kitchen with all kinds of kitchenwares, better to stay more days in next time. Very friendly frontdesk people and room keeper.
Pay $24 for tight room car parking with no EV charger in hotel is not a good idea. For guest with EV, a solution is to check in after 4 pm, then park your car in conference centre (just located in opposite side of the hotel) after 5 pm with only $6.25 (5:00pm till 10:00am) and charge your EV at level 2 charger $1/hr to get a fully charge. Perfect match the hotel check out time.
Overall experience, worth to stay and buy more food for meals in room!
