Room smelled like an ashtray. The tile floor had cleaning mop marks but the entire thing was sticky. The bathroom walls were never cleaned and had drippy residue. The bath sink was dirty when I arrived.

Overall a great one night stay. The staff was exceptionally nice, computer system down due to the storm, but she handled it like a champ.

Someone wrote they have cereal and muffins so I got up early to go eat and all they had was oatmeal and grits. Complete disappointment. Probably should not write “free breakfast.” If I had to bet they throw away all of it afterwards because nobody wants to eat eat that by itself.

The staff was polite.respectfully and they help me out a lot.I will love to come back to this hotel cause they treat me like family and sometimes I wanted to give up they will talk to me and I will feel better afterwards

This place was old, dirty and smelled horrible. The bed was on a metal frame.. not confortable at all. The fridge was old and dirty and smelled bad. I would have complaint but I couldn’t find employee at all anywhere. Horrible stay over all.

There were cockroaches in the room and the staff said they'd "make a note." And the desk chairs had mold.

Front desk clerk took so long to come to the front I had to call the front desk, and when she finally came to the desk she had an attitude
