When I questioned the service staff, she took out her phone and showed it to me. Look, the front desk said they would give me a toothbrush! When I asked the front desk, there was no apology. I just said lightly, oh, there was a mistake! Third: Breakfast is extremely poor. A little porridge, eggs and fruit tomatoes were placed in a corner similar to the toilet. There was only one waiter, and the dishes were not replenished. I went down at 8:30 for two days and there was nothing to eat. Fourth: The sound insulation is extremely poor. You can hear the water running from the toilet in the next room, as well as the sounds of passers-by at the door. Fifth: Security is extremely poor, and takeaways can be taken upstairs at any time. When looking at the room, the front desk directly gave us the master room card and let us see it ourselves. Very unsafe for families with children.

The air conditioner units in their hotel are next to the wall and a bit noisy. The front desk lady upgraded my room for free. The hotel environment is very good. If you leave something behind, you can call the front desk to collect it. The front desk can store luggage, and breakfast starts at 7 am. There is a college hidden on the top floor😊

There were spider webs on the sink mirror. I don't know how they cleaned it. This is the worst and most rotten Yishang I have ever stayed in!

I have stayed at Yishang Hotel so many times, but I have never seen such a bad service and environment. The front desk was not friendly at all, and I felt like I owed her something. The whole place smelled like a sewer, and there were hairs all over the bed. I don't know what this black stuff is? It was disgusting to see. They opened such a rubbish room to guests. Don't they clean it? There was not even a flip-flop in the room, and there were so many dead bugs. I was speechless. I was so disappointed that I will never come again.
