晚班8：00的櫃檯人員態度非常親切、熱忱，給我們有家的感覺，熱水充裕水很大、衛生間乾淨、環境安靜舒適，本來只網購三天二夜的，後來續住成八天七夜，值得推薦！交通便利，附近有商場還有美食街非常方便，下次來旅遊玩一定選擇這間小天鵝賓館。

房間乾淨，設施齊全，住宿比較便利。工作人員服務很周到，細緻，有什麼需求都能在第一時間解決。酒店離西北湖近，交通便利，也方便散步。酒店目前住宿性價比很高。

地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，小姑娘非常熱情，值得獎勵。房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高。門口可停車，公交站就在酒店門口，離地鐵站也近，步行10分鐘。

入住兩間房，早上因為突發事件本人需要提前走，就退了一間，七點多就把房卡給前台了，另一間房媽媽在裏面等着家裡人來接，結果後面打電話説一個男的服務員八九點就直接拿房卡進去了，媽媽還在床上，難道服務員進門前不知道敲門嗎？要是有人在裏面換衣服呢？後面還好幾次催着退房，説什麼酒店定了二十多間房，這和我有什麼關係？我是超時了？哪個酒店早上八九點催着退房的啊，房間被套是壞的沒給你們打電話大晚上讓換吧？沒有一次性紙杯也是自己去前台拿的吧？結果你給我整這出？我要是退房沒給你房卡直接走了你這樣情有可原，房卡親手給到前台手裡還這樣？
