The price is good with complimentary breakfast. The location is a bit far away from city centre. In general, hotel staff are very friendly.

酒店服務非常好。1：先説房間，來到前台以後，前台的服務員貼心的幫我把房間升級了一下，房間很大，房間裏面的設施設備也是一應俱全非常不錯。2: 其次就是早餐，本來我預訂的房間是不含早餐的，前台服務員在辦理入住的時候貼心的送了我一份早餐，説是讓我品嚐一下屬地的早餐。來到餐廳，餐廳大姐面朝微笑着對我説早上好！餐廳展台放着各種各樣的菜品和各式各樣的果切品種也是非常的多，非常不錯。3 :其次就是服務，特別是服務！！本來也是來這邊出差的，剛好遇到武漢這兩天下大雨。早上去上班的時候外面下着很大的雨，我也沒有傘，然後就詢問前台這邊有傘可以借的，很貼心的給我借了傘，非常愉快的入住體驗

房間挺好 ，不是特別大、但乾淨温馨。前台服務非常熱心 、還免費升級了房型、因為我不喜歡太吵、就安排了安靜的方位，很貼心、早餐的糕點也很不錯👍👍👍

酒店非常好，乾淨衞生，通風，尤其前台服務非常貼心。非常滿意，衞生乾淨，一塵不染，房間住着很安心，早餐也很nice，還給我們準備了茶水和小禮品非常的貼心其次酒店的位置也是非常的好，出行非常的方便 酒店也每天準備了幾瓶水和飲料服務真心好值得一住 房間也比較舒服，我比較認床，但這裏的床墊很舒服，衞生也不錯，早餐豐盛，各種水果飲料都有，每次回武漢都選這家酒店。入住首選阿家人們！！

酒店房間雖然細了一點，但設施很新及乾淨，大堂設有飲料及糖果零食隨意吃，非常好吃，自助洗衣房還備有洗衣液。特別點讚前枱的姓晁的小哥哥及姓位的小姐姐，不嫌棄我們一班來自香港什麼都不懂老姐姐的嘮叨，細心解釋，還送了我們早餐，很給力，下次有機會來武漢會繼續入住。

這次來武漢有事需要多住幾天，前幾次住的旁邊的酒店，這次看格菲價格比較划算就先定了一晚試試看，結果入住體驗感非常棒！酒店前台人員非常親切有耐心，房間衞生也打掃得比較乾淨！酒店早餐菜品也比較豐富，對我胃口！所以馬上就續住了幾晚！下次來武漢還是會繼續入住格菲酒店的！

必須給好評，給小孩參加法考訂的酒店，離地鐵站比較近，到文華學院考場也近。酒店聽説是參加法考的考生，晚上送了水果和點心，早上還送了早點，還貼心的把退房時間延長到下午2點，這樣的酒店很有人情味，值得推薦
