The room layout was very good, the windows were large, the lighting was very good, the WIFI signal was strong, the room was close to the community, the quiet view was also very good, the floor was clean and bright, and it felt very warm to live in. I booked this hotel because I was going to the Hubei Provincial Museum. Hotel location is very good, across the road is Hubei Provincial Art Museum and Museum, but it is the back door of the museum. You have to go around a circle to get to the front door. The hotel has been looking at it for some years, but the room is very spacious, the bathroom is very spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. Welcome fruit was delivered on the first day of check-in. Breakfast is rich and hot dry noodles taste good.

The location of the hotel is very good. The Yuejiazui subway station is downstairs. The room is on the 6th floor. The room is clean, the front lounge area is comfortable, and the front desk service is good. There is a problem. The smart lighting mode of this room type is controlled by the window, not between the twin beds. After all the lights are turned off in the sleep mode, if someone goes to the bathroom again, the bathroom light will automatically turn on. I always felt that it was not very polite, especially because I didn’t change hotels because I was afraid of trouble. I stayed in the original room for another night. The cleaning was really perfunctory to the extreme. Except for making our beds, there was no tidying up of other places. I have stayed in many hotels and I have never seen such cleaning before. The hotel’s hardware facilities are also hard to describe. A large piece of wallpaper in the room was torn, the drawer doors fell off, the bedding was tattered, and the door covers were also open. Such facilities are actually in a chain hotel. It’s really a bit disappointing.

From the warm Shenzhen to the cold Wuhan, I was warmed by the warm white fungus soup at night. Overall, it was good, except for a sudden leak in the kitchen, but someone came to deal with it quickly after reporting it. Furthermore, the faucet in the bathroom was loose, making it inconvenient to use.

The upgraded room is wider and is a great value. It is comfortable to sit and eat takeaway. The room assigned to me is very nice and quiet. There may be noise if it faces the direction of the site. The transportation is convenient, right next to the subway exit, and there are a lot of temporary food stalls at night. A parking coupon is also given when checking out, which saves a lot.

This hotel is located in the East Lake Scenic Area, right on the edge of the East Lake. The scenery is very good and the environment is very quiet. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Tingtao No. 2 to Meilin No. 1, the former residence of the chairman, about 1 kilometer away. There are battery cars that can pick you up from each door to each hotel building. It's just that the dinner in the hotel is really not that good, the price is expensive and the taste is very bad. Among them, we ordered the roasted tofu, which is basically the same as the canteen's big pot. After cutting it and turning it around in the pot, the tofu was cold in the middle. After we raised objections, we took it off and burned it again and it was still the same when it was served. In the end, we almost didn't eat. Picture 6 shows the leftovers after the meal. A man in a basket and a uniform who looked like the foreman came over and saw the situation. He apologized in a good manner and said that he would send a piece of fruit to our room tomorrow ( I didn’t see it until check-out), except for the restaurant, other services are indeed very good.

The new hotel that will only open in 2023 is indeed very top-notch in terms of hardware. I chose it for a long time before coming to Wuhan. I still feel that this newly opened Marriott is centrally located and convenient for travel, and the high-altitude room types will also have better views; in terms of supporting facilities: 1. The service in the lounge is good, they will proactively ask for your needs, and the lunch and dinner are great; 2. The gym is a little inferior, you need to transfer to the elevator, and there is no highlight in the scenery; 3. The breakfast in the all-day restaurant is very delicious, especially It’s hot dry noodles, which is a surprise

Hotel looks new, room is clean, hardware is quite good, location is good,close to the walking street. One side is lake view. Breakfast is ok. But system should be improved, the staff called our rooms to ask us pay the room advance in mid-night ( we paid during check-in), one of my colleague had to wear the nightgown went down to the cashier, but the staff( a male manager and a female staff) said called wrong persons ( should be 5 Chinese persons ). The next day,our collegue was sick heavily and had to flyed back Bangkok. It gave us a bad image and experience to our business trip in China. Cashier staff should clear everything during check-in, and should not disturb guest in the night. It is basic standard. Hotel should improve.
