The staff member, Ms. Fu, patiently introduced different room types, explaining their features, facilities, orientation, and environment. She even took me to view the rooms so I could make my choice. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food, and the restaurant was clean and spacious, making for a pleasant dining experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Grand Tang Mall, and transportation is convenient. The facilities are high-end, and the cleanliness is up to par. The front desk staff are friendly, room cleaning is prompt, and breakfast is also good.

The location is also excellent, with the subway and bus stations both within 200 meters. Plus, there's free underground parking, making getting around very convenient. The breakfast was rich and varied, with delicious specialty noodles. They even thoughtfully catered to all guests with halal food options. Definitely worth choosing!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right in the middle of Tai'ao Plaza, directly out of Exit E of Baijiakou Station on Metro Line 8. Wanda Plaza is right next door, and Old City Wall is just one metro stop away. I stay here every week when I come to Xi'an; it's so convenient for meeting up with friends for meals and activities. The front desk service is great, and the reception staff are very attractive. The room is over 30 square meters, very spacious, and I'm very satisfied. Highly recommended!
