Check in is smooth and fast. The receptionists are all cheerful and helpful. The cleaner, Xu at my floor, is also helpful and nice.
The room is spacious, clean, new and comfortable. Everything in the room and bathroom is well functioning. This hotel is right in front of a busy street. The noise from the street can be cut off by 95% upon closing the window, only the occasional honking from vehicles can be heard..
The laundry room is at the 3rd floor. The washing machine and dryer is easy to use. Two steam irons are available for using.
The bottle mineral water is unlimited for the residents of the hotel.
It's about 25min's walk away from Dayan Pagoda. The nearest entrance of subway line 4 is about 15min away from the hotel. Eatery are just nearby. My husband and I even found a shop selling fruits and vege after asking direction from the front desk.
We also appreciate the hotel staff for lending us a big umbrella to keep us dry.
My husband and I love this hotel very much. We had a relaxing, comfy 3 nights stay here. Will recommend it to friends who visit Xi'an to stay here.

I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, which was convenient for traveling. The surrounding scenery included Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Tang Dynasty City, and Shaanxi History Museum.
The hotel facilities are clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the windows are large. There is a self-service toilet, which is convenient to use.
The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, and there are different varieties every day for the 3 days of stay.
