酒店衞生很差，被套枕套是發黃的，而且還有用了很久的插板裸露在外，存在嚴重安全隱患，床邊木板嚴重積灰，網上發的圖片與實際情況嚴重不符，屬於虛假宣傳。且當我們付完按金要入住時，裏面還有人在上廁所。當我們與店家溝通時，他的態度很差，一副你也拿我沒辦法的樣子。我已經向平台和12135做出了投訴。我不知道評好評的人是真實的評價嗎？作為一個酒店商家居然無視消費者的權益，我不知道作為消費者到底該如何保護自己的利益，起碼我會和這種虛假宣傳行為作鬥爭。

外地來的，當晚到處酒店滿了，可能是因為在這裏住的走廊邊上吧，十點多的時候，拖鞋聲狗叫聲講話聲公共廁所聲，聲聲入耳，聲一響，燈就亮。沒有一次性拖鞋、沒有牙刷，甚至沒有梳子，但是有一瓣蒜。。毛巾耷拉在布有灰塵的桌子上。。。但確實便宜。。
