The hotel personnel were very service minded and helpful. The rooms were good with good beds and a bathroom that fulfilled our needs. The breakfast was good with nice staff. Also cutlery on all seats, not only chop sticks.

The VOCO always has extremely supportive and friendly staff from housekeeping to reception.The rooms and hallways feel brand new with extra attention to cleanliness. The rooms are super cosy and comfortable including the super soft bed making the stay extra relaxing . we would 100% recommend this hotel to friends .The level of service was simply best of class. Phoebe was kind,attentive and very gracious,thank you phoebe .Daisy is super nice,she is so nice and helpful,beyond expectations.I love this property.

房間還是很舒服的，可以從房間俯瞰下面的公園，景色宜人。早餐感覺菜品不新鮮，所有的菜能看出來放了好久。

西安經開voco酒店位置方便出行，地理位置俱佳，設施配備齊全，房間還配備了凈化器和咖啡機，床上的貓頭鷹很可愛，員工服務態度很好，表揚賓客關係主任KIKI，回訪工作認真，衞生乾淨整潔，還有24小時營業的健身房非常好

酒店在西安行政區，旁邊有很大的公園，在房間的視野就特別贊，開闊！早餐對於這個價格來説也挺豐富的，比亞朵好。酒店對面有一家性價比很高的餐廳，叫Wei餐廳，吃涼皮而非常不錯，物美價廉的餐廳，環境也很乾凈。

第一次住voco，感覺有點高不成低不就，房間有點小，比起同類型的酒店顯得價格有點貴，可能是五一大假期間顯得性價比不高，我們住的房間淋浴房排水不暢。
