This was a little more expensive than the hotels in the town, but absolutely worth it. The owner is caring and the hotel is very comfortable, with all the amenities required. Also in general a beautiful hotel with local architecture. Would reccomendation this place.

We booked a family room and enjoyed the design and cleanliness of our room. There was enough space for the four of us. The lobby is cute and you can have coffee in the little coffee area behind the reception. My husband who took summer jobs when he was growing up in Italy showed the manager how to properly use her fancy coffee machine. ☕️😅 We found breakfast around the corner in a local place but looks like Nirvana next door was serving good western fare.

This homestay is only a few minutes' walk from Labrang Monastery. There are many flowers in the lobby of the homestay. The owner took the initiative to help us reserve a parking space and carry our luggage. He was afraid that we would suffer from altitude sickness and refused to let us do it ourselves. He also warmly invited us to taste yogurt. The food and places to visit in the surrounding area were also enthusiastically recommended by the owner, and there was no pitfall.
