Beautiful African themed hotel. However, the elevators take forever to get from one floor to the next, as this hotel is EXTREMELY BUSY. The breakfast available at the buffet isn’t the greatest. All staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. Rooms smell of smoke. Easy access to the Zoo and the Circus. Average hotel.

The hotel is big but old... too crowded breakfast..location is inconvenient. No shopping venue and subways is too far to walk.

We had a wonderful stay, the room is huge and clean, we love the African Safari theme. Our family enjoyed the zoo and the circus a lot!

Food variety was plenty but replenishment is very slow. There are 2 buildings and buffet is in building 2 . So much crowded during 6:30am breakfast. Its like going for war of food. Room is big but room service is slow.

房間乾淨，吃的靈玲海鮮餐廳，還不錯，食材新鮮。馬戲很刺激。最愛的是兩衹熊貓，思念和思筠筠，太可愛。最後，感謝小林贈送的禮品，兒子很喜歡！

前台小蘇辦理入住速度挺快的，酒店旁邊就是動物園和馬戲表演，酒店大堂挺大氣的房間很喜歡，還有一衹大象標本在酒店大堂，整體都挺不錯的，值得推薦！

酒店環境很好，後面就是動物園和馬戲團，過去也十分方便，一樓有快速通道，動物還有大熊貓、長勁鹿等很多小動物可觀看，大堂小溪有送了小禮品。
