Location: Pretty good (right next to the Zhongshan Road), also quite strategic cause it is close to a mall and subway station (Zhenhai Road).
I'm very satisfied with the fact that my room was facing the Zhongshan Road. I felt quite lucky cause I could see the view of Zhongshan Road every morning and night just from my room window.
Service: Quite friendly, especially the cleaning and the restaurant staff. They are so kind to me and my father.
Although there was a little problem in communication since I can't speak Chinese well, I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Hotel.

Beautiful hotel room,super convenient location, shopping and restaurant all around. And the front desk staff Mr 钟炎坤is very helpful. Definitely will come back this hotel again if I come Xiamen.

Great location. A little noisy as the room was facing the back road and the toilet windows cannot be closed. Escalators didn't work all the time. Wifi works for foreigner as there's an alternative way to login with the room number. We did not want housekeeping so they left water outside our door everyday.

Great for families. Central location along pedestrianised shopping street is perfect base to explore the city. Conveniently situated next to a food court and near many eateries.

Location is great which leads directly to Zhongshan Road.
Unfortunately, the dedicated hotel lift is being worked on from 24-May. Only one cargo lift is used to service the guests which usually leads to long waiting time.
Front desk service was average. Need to pay by cash (exact amount) for extra breakfast.
I booked a family room which is spacious however the bathroom requires attention (door, shower door, some leakage from shower area, etc).
Other than the option for a family room to take in 4, there are many choices along Zhongshan road which might be worthwhile to explore.

Great location within the Zhongshan Walking precinct. Not faraway from Line 1 ZhengHai train station. Food was average but there’s a food court and plenty of eateries downstairs. Room was chic and modern, with large shower. Bed was comfortable. Overall I an happy with my stay.
