3號當班前台阿姨級別的服務員，態度惡劣，居然讓我退單訂別的酒店，還説打掃服務員10點上班要我等到10店，請問我是來等的麼？可笑，成千上萬的酒店，居然會有這種神操作.十萬個差評都不及你的不禮貌行為！

房間沒有打掃就讓入住，床單都是臟的，要求換房，換後的房還是臟的，氣的直接找前台，剛好聽到前台兩個員工對話，一個説兩個房間都沒打掃，現在又沒房，你讓我給她換哪裡去，聽到後我簡直要氣炸！

8月24日預訂 全新商務大床價格232 沒有房間 讓前台換全新雙床房 竟然跟我説價格不一樣 言外之意就是要補差價 同等級的房間大床換雙床還有差價？！這個話糊弄外行可能可以。再一個攜程的價格全新雙床跟全新商大都是232我搞不懂補差價的點在哪？！再一個是 酒 店 沒有空房間 不是我的問題，沒説趕緊把攜程用户安排好 而是先來一句價格不一樣 就這樣吧

優點各方面都較好。比如，每天打掃清潔房間；給我的房間在三樓安靜；酒店所在地交通方便，餐食方便，等等。缺點是房間窄了一點。比如，房間沿大床的長度方向偏窄。

前台服務還行，但是進去以後佈局非常不合理，一個特別大的大台階導致本來就很小的房子變得更小了，然後洗澡噴頭也不好用，從側面漏水，廁所裏面也衹是一個布隔着導致廁所裏面都是水。

除了名字是如家，哪兒都不像如家，乾濕分離一個破塑料簾子，門一直響，吵一晚上，隔音特差，隔壁打呼嚕都能聽見，房間特窄，床尾直接挨着電視，前台態度惡劣，一次性拖鞋都沒有，從沒住過這樣的如家，假如家，生活用品差勁
