不錯，第一次來的忻州選的這家酒店，新裝修歐式風格，乾淨衞生，服務好，早餐不錯，地理位置也還行周邊吃的也很方便

房間很大，標間是1.35的雙人床，全屋智能，這點很方便，房間佈置和圖片一樣，很漂亮，就是沒有沙發，有點不方便，送的洗浴門票環境也不錯，就是説附帶的有夜宵我們辦理入住的晚了服務員説過了22:30就沒有了，預訂的時候也沒有提示，問可不可以換成早餐，老闆娘也説不可以，過了點就沒有了，其他的都不錯。

設施：新開的酒店，各方面還比較新，裝修風格也蠻好看的，窗簾和馬桶都是自動化的，尤其是馬桶好評
衞生：整體還可以，不過像擦腳布或針線盒這些本應該是加分項的小細節，卻因為上面落滿了灰塵，讓人略感不適，洗手池和沐浴露、洗髮露上都有不同程度的水漬或污漬
環境：周圍飯店沒什麼好吃的，打車不太好打
服務：這一點給差評。我來這兒住是因為有考試，早上去吃早飯，因為趕時間，簡單吃了幾口就得走了，沒吃飽，看到門口枱子上有兩盤瑞士捲，就問了旁邊收錢那位大姐能不能拿兩個我在去考場的路上吃，她説不行。我全程都是好聲好氣，想着不行就算了。但那位大姐，從我問到離開餐廳等電梯，再到上電梯，一直在餐廳大聲取笑我。説實話，我兩百多塊錢的酒店也住了，28的早餐費也花了，要不是趕時間又沒吃飽，至於問你這兩個瑞士捲嗎？再者，不行就不行了，你公開取笑顧客就是你們酒店工作人員應有的素質嗎？跟前台投訴了，也不了了之，沒有人給我答覆。一個酒店的服務是入住體驗很重要的一部分，在這點上我甚至想給他們打負分。

酒店在開發區，距離古城有十公里左右，服務人員非常熱情，房間設施新，又帶復古風，帶24小時健身房也不錯。

酒店新開業，裝修有格調上檔次。床品乾淨舒適，工作人員熱情大方。唯一的遺憾，地面停車場離酒店大堂有一百米左右距離，如果是雨天，就有點狼狽。另外地面停車場入口的標識不太醒目，找錯了兩次停車場入口。

下高鐵後到酒店，打出租車花了22.5元，滴滴打車可能更划算。滴滴打車在15元以內，失策了，搭公交應該蠻實惠的，但要注意末班車21：55。我的高鐵晚點了，所以怕趕不上，哎，不過酒店服務很好，前台很耐心和我講解，還給我倒了茶水喝，看我冷的手冰冰的，給我遞了一包薑茶喝，很暖，酒店位置就在大馬路上，蠻好找的。入住的房間：安靜 乾淨 衞生，價格也挺實惠，現在我就從這個服務來！來對了，哈哈哈
