高校生で友達と4人で1泊2日で泊まりに行きました お風呂、ご飯、部屋、フロントの対応等全てが素晴らしかったです 遠くから夜行バスで行きましたが、2日目帰る話をフロントでした時親身になって聞いて頂き、チェックアウトの時間から電車の時刻を調べて貰ったり、シャトルバスが無くなっていたのでタクシー使おうかと話をしていたら無料送迎バスを特別に出して頂きました また、体育館があり、卓球をしたいと話をしていたのですが、団体が一日目は貸切されていて体育館は使えず、2日目も貸切されていると言われていましたが、チェックアウトまでの時間がかなりあった事などからフロントが対応してくれて、2日目に体育館を特別に開けて頂き、無料で2時間予約を入れて頂いたりと最高のサービスをして頂きました

竜王スキーパークでスノボするために宿泊しました。急いで予約したのでちゃんと確認していなかったのですが、ホテルがゲレンデの中間地点にあるためスキー場駐車場から雪上車で送り迎えになります。なにしろゲレンデの途中にホテルがあるわけですからホテルを出て即滑り出せます。そこは最高です。
スタッフさんはどなたも優しい感じで道具のレンタルやリフト券の案内などは分かりやすく丁寧でした。ナイター付きの一日券を割安で購入する事ができました。
合宿などを受け入れているようで、宿泊した部屋はまさに合宿で泊まる部屋といった感じでした。正直時代を感じる所もありますが、それはそれで妙に落ち着くというか個人的には好きでした。子連れでスノボやスキーに行くと何かとトラブルが起きるものなので、その際に部屋に戻って対応できるメリットは思った以上に大きいと感じました。アーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウト対応可能な部屋があるのもポイント高いです。
不満があるとすれば大浴場のお湯が熱すぎて入れなかったです。他にも何人もいましたがみんな諦めて風呂に浸からずに出ていました。スノボでクタクタになった身体を癒したかったので残念です。
