"The room facing the residential area was quite noisy, with a constant hum from the Wanda Plaza ventilation system. After I reported it to the front desk, they moved me to a room with a view the next day, which was much better. I recommend choosing a room on the river-facing side; it's quieter at night and offers a nice view. The service was good, I was satisfied, and any issues were promptly resolved by customer service. Breakfast was okay, though there weren't many vegetables, and the meat dishes were the same every day—sliced pork."

"The hotel front desk lady was warm and patient. She helped me solve any problem I needed immediately. I left my things in the room. I made a phone call and the front desk specially asked Xiaopao to deliver them to me. It was really considerate. The service must be praised. There is also a little robot, which is very cute. The children are happy to see it. The room is also spacious and bright. It is comfortable to live in. There is a scenic spot nearby. It is very convenient. There is plenty of hot water. The wireless network is also fast. There are many varieties of breakfast and the taste is also good. I will choose this hotel next time"

"The environment is good, and it is relatively expensive in Yan'an. It is right next to the train station, which is very convenient and close to the city. However, because the hotel is too close to the train track, the noise from the high-speed train passing the station is still quite loud.
The front desk service is very good and very welcoming. Check out was quick enough. However, there is no disposable toilet cover, so it is recommended to improve it.
I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment. Overall, it's worth recommending."

"The service was exceptional. The front desk staff proactively accommodated and adjusted our booked room type, realizing it wasn't suitable for us. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent hot water. The facilities were modern and comprehensive, and parking was convenient. The WiFi was fast and easy to use. Transportation, shopping, and dining options are all convenient, and the breakfast was especially hearty. The elevator made it easy to carry luggage. Although located on the road, it wasn't noisy at all. It's not far from Pagoda Hill."

"As soon as I entered the lobby, the front desk called me by my name, which made me very happy. Since it was off-season, I felt comfortable everywhere. The hotel room was very spacious. We booked a room with two large beds, which was convenient for the three of us. The bathroom and bath were also separated, which was very convenient and did not affect each other. The breakfast was also very rich. Thanks to the beautiful and friendly lady who received us that day."

"I booked Qiana Hotel to take my child to participate in a competition. The hotel has an elegant decoration style, very clean rooms, complete facilities, considerate service, and a safe stay. "We wanted to stay a few more hours because we had a night train and they wanted to charge us for an entire night, the bedsheets and the room were already used and it was nothing for them to charge us half a day, we needed to make a reservation at another hotel. The window is extra small and the best view is from the hallways, don’t know who designed this hotel.
It was clean and the bed super comfy, but the system for taking a shower and go to the loo was weird and uncomfortable with not proper ventilation. But, it is perfect for the price"

SShiwutianxiaThe B&B boasts an excellent location, nestled in Nioweizhai village within the Qiankun Bay Scenic Area. From here, it's a quick 5-minute drive to the end of the road, followed by a pleasant 3-4 minute walk past Longwang Temple, where you'll discover a fantastic viewing platform. This spot offers the absolute best perspective of Qing Shui Bay (Clear Water Bay), one of Qiankun Bay's three main attractions, even surpassing the paid viewing area!
It was my first time staying in a *yaodong* (cave dwelling). While it's a replica, not an authentic one, the experience was incredibly immersive and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, featuring a huge, clean bed. The decor, with local elements like Shaanbei paper cuttings, truly highlighted the distinctive regional character.
The guesthouse features a sizable courtyard with convenient parking right at the entrance. The yard is brimming with various home-grown vegetables, which the owners thoughtfully use to prepare fresh, eco-friendly meals for their guests.
Nights here are wonderfully quiet, and the stars shine brilliantly in the sky – making it the perfect place to stay for a few extra days to simply relax and unwind.
The service was exceptionally warm and hospitable; the owners were always ready to provide detailed information and answer any questions first-time visitors might have.
Overall, a perfect five-star experience!

GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel in the local area. It's conveniently located near the train station, boasts well-equipped facilities, and provides top-notch service. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with any questions. There's an on-site restaurant, and convenient parking is available in the backyard. Overall, it's extremely convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Yan'an.

It is better not to ask for a room of 120 a night. However, the air conditioner leaked within an hour after moving in. , all our bags got wet, and we temporarily changed rooms. We only stayed for three hours in total, and then took the train. We temporarily rented a house opposite the train station just to have a good rest. After all this time, why should we rest? . Originally, Ctrip had the right to upgrade the room when booking, but they told us that we could only upgrade to a standard room with a window. We originally booked a room with a window, so what is the upgrade? I'm speechless... I only stayed for three hours, and I didn't bother to talk to them. I just made do with it, but I was not satisfied with the overall service and accommodation.

MMisila0306The room is large, clean, the facilities are very complete, the laundry and parking are convenient, and the parking master who directs the laundry is warm. We lacked the spoon to eat watermelon and sent it to the door. Also send fruit to the room. Breakfast is good. It looked like it was renovated in 2018. I was worried about the old house before I checked in, but it completely changed after I entered. It looks quite new. It's a very cost-effective high-end hotel.

It is very close to the entrance of the scenic area, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there. It is convenient to park your car at the hotel and visit the scenic area. The cleanliness is acceptable. At least the beds are new and look clean. The facilities in the room are average and sufficient, but you can't expect the same as in a big hotel. Eating is quite convenient. The boss can cook whatever you want and you don’t have to go around. The dinner tasted OK, not particularly delicious but not bad either, just OK. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person, simple, and the fried side dishes are more appetizing, I like it a little more.

The room is really clean, the door locks are smart, the toilet is smart, and it is very comfortable to live. The most surprising thing is to eat, there are barbecue, stir-fry and beer 🍻! It's really fragrant! Be sure to order that roast tofu! It's so delicious, it's the kind of taste I've never eaten before! And it's very close to the Yellow Emperor's Mausoleum.

I took 4 rentals and 3 times without playing the watch, 2 times carpooling, From the South High-speed Railway Station to the hotel car, 4 people; very crowded, eating to the nearby farmers market, there is a large supermarket, Lanzhou ramen tastes good, copying a green potato shred is very refreshing, the only Huangdi Mausoleum in China, it is worth a visit, the location of the shop is good, the price is good
