Best place to stay with comfort and peace of mind nice and clean rooms are perfect to stay staff are handling veer good.

Glosset in the restroom were leaking. Complimentary breakfast options were very limited! for the price paid, it’s a average hotel

Booked 2 executive rooms during jean pongal 2024 holidays and stayed for 2 days. Pros. Car parking is good, you can easily park 6 suvs. Camp fire at night is good. Restaurant is within hotel premises and you need not go anywhere for breakfast and dinner. Break fast is good, dinner was ok - but better than many restaurants in yercaud. Staff service was good. Toilets were clean, water heater was working good. Cons hotel is marked 3 star, but its not 3 star and its heavily overpriced. Room cleanliness is not good. Towels, bedsheets have stains, but staff replaced them. But still they were not fresh. Cupboards are dirty. Toilet mattress was very dirty, no replacement for this. Plug points does not fit latest chargers, they give additional extension sockets for that. Kettle within room was dirty, had to replace it. There is only 1 power socket in each room and it does not fit all chargers. There is no heater in the room - was expecting a 3 star hotel to have it, but this is not 3 star.

I had booked executive rooms, but soon as we reached they upgraded the room with an attached balcony. The staff and their team, the attitude and behaviour is excellent. They don't have many facilities though, ours was a last minute booking and yet we got it for a decent price. The food in the restaurant is average, breakfast is good, dental kit or towel or water, whatever we need we have to ask and they provide, it won't be kept beforehand, they have jaguar geysers so hot water facility was fabulous, safety of our valuables is excellent, trustworthy staff, the manager at the reception is extremely humble and kind, overall a decent experience.

Property location is close to bird park and adventure activity, very convenient. Food is good at reasonable price

Location is not so good, rooms are average. But food is good and management is good they are cooperative
