初到帳篷客有種驚艷的美！藏在山裡的別有洞天，從外觀設計到房間裝飾都能充分感受到用心。這裏很適合家庭出遊，尤其是墨海的聯排，房間裏充滿童趣，還有貼心的寶寶洗護、浴袍、拖鞋、小馬桶、泡澡桶、玩兒水的小玩具👍
環境：無可挑剔，天然氧吧，迴歸自然
衞生：幾乎沒有死角
服務：服務團隊很熱情也比較專業；小車接送隨叫隨到；每晚都有貼心的開夜床服務，床頭的小牛奶和乾果很暖心。
設施：整體設計很完善，有温泉、泳池、小童樂園、中餐、日餐、SPA…但目前很多地方沒有開業，期待

房間設計感舒適，衞生整潔，打開玻璃門就聽到大自然的韻律，漫步小路上很舒服，小朱管家笑臉挺可愛的，看着就開心，服務周到，貼心。前後小儲小姐姐辦理入住很快，介紹全面。這個入住超滿意。期待下再遇見。

這家酒店真是讓我驚喜連連！從一進門開始，那奢華的裝修和寬敞的大堂就讓我眼前一亮。房間更是舒適得讓人不想離開，床鋪柔軟得就像雲朵一樣，讓我一夜好眠。
酒店的服務態度超級好！（這次為我們服務的是小胡）員工們總是面帶微笑，熱情周到地為我們提供各種幫助。無論是解決問題還是滿足需求，他們總是能夠迅速而準確地完成。這種賓至如歸的感覺，讓我感覺非常温暖。

五一帶小朋友去黃山玩，入住這個酒店，其實還有不少項目還沒開，但總體來説，勝在山裡環境優雅舒適，空氣清新，硬件設施還行，軟件弱些，服務人員有點亂，好像有不少新人，還沒培訓好…

酒店位置非常適合度假放鬆，坐落在關麓村深處，挨着陶淵明故居，真的是世外桃源，設施很新，服務和住宿的舒適度和城市中的五星酒店一樣舒適，甚至更好，房間還有地暖，床品乾淨品質高，我們選擇的聯排別墅有私湯很方便衞生，自駕的話住這裏周邊玩宏村、西遞、西溪南、黃山都可以當天來回，很滿意，尤其感謝貼心服務的前台小褚、小王、小江，感謝，下次來還會選擇這裏

這是一家深得我心的酒店，預訂的時候觀望了好久，看酒店房間不多，預訂也不火爆，還有點擔心，其實是我想多了，實際入住的時候滿房了都。
酒店離景點開車都很方便，相比熱鬧的景區，我更願意待在酒店。酒店環境是精心設計的，入住酒店彷彿坐擁一座山，一片草原，獨享靜謐。不像三亞的親子度假酒店，客人很多，工作人員也很多，吵吵的感覺。我最大的感覺是這裏工作人員都是田螺姑娘，看不到人，默默把服務做完了，但是你一有需求，她立馬就來了。
酒店細節也很好：房型和硬件設施符合人性化設計，有健身房，有遊樂場，有泳池，有户外騎車，温泉也非常乾淨。我們連住兩晚，第二天田螺姑娘會把房間打掃很乾凈，鞋子幫我們擺放整齊，在床邊放上每日堅果和睡前牛奶。
管家小胡和小蕊也很貼心，感覺她們帶着熱愛、真誠和用心對待客人。

酒店環境真的絕美，漫溢着大自然的味道，在五一滿房的情況下，依然能保證衞生和服務，這點很難得。離守拙園很近，距宏村和西遞有20分鐘車程，適合自駕或者當地包車遊。
