可能因為在小地方吧，這個酒店是我住過讓我滿意度較低的。首先房間洗手間有煙頭（圖片是聯繫了前台，阿姨撿走煙頭後還留下的灰）。其次隔音極其差，凌晨三點走廊有人走動關門説話的聲音，附近房間有人説話的聲音，我中途醒了好幾次，好在隔天讓前台換了一個離大部分人都比較遠的房間，才稍微安靜一點。再則早餐時間不準時，説好的7:30，結果7:40左右才有得吃，還有吃早餐那裡的服務人員表現很一般，可以看監控，我這裏就不説具體什麼問題了，建議加強人員服務管理。還有，房間居然不配備吹風機，真是我第一次見，住的小民宿也不帶這樣的，聯繫了前台，結果送來了個壞的，我也是醉了，結果聯繫讓重新送的時候，回覆房嫂下班了，找不到吹風機。。。無語了，難道你們的失責要我來承擔後果嗎？總的來説，不太愉快的體驗。

排隊開房間等了十幾分鍾，前面就1個人。衞生極差，拿酒精濕巾把屋裡枱麪簡單擦了一遍，全是黑的，到處都一層土，床單上好幾處血跡，叫服務員來換，説是沒漂洗乾淨，馬桶上還有尿漬，整個衞生間散發著一股子腥臊氣味，那個地毯就別提了，估計從開業連吸都沒吸過吧。屋裡的設施都是80年代那種老舊款式，這個預訂房間前就有心裏準備，但是衞生間放洗浴用品的玻璃架子，還沒放東西，衹是把酒店的洗浴用品從下層挪到上層，就嘩的一下碎了，玻璃碴子一地，兩個服務員來打掃，説是要上報主管，過了好久又回來了，説這個架子裝的有問題，她們打掃的時候也經常突然掉下里碎掉，她們主管説沒事兒，算了，不用賠償了，我都震驚了，我以為來跟我道歉呢，原來是我想多了，你們這設施存在安全隱患還讓客人使用，這次沒有造成客人受傷已經是萬幸了，不給客人道歉，還琢磨讓讓客人賠償，晚上沒敢讓孩子在屋裡洗澡，怕玻璃碴子扎着孩子，爸爸帶着去樓下洗浴中心洗的，兩人評價挺好的，洗搓按摩三件套39元。早餐簡陋，沒有可吃的，基本就是饅頭雞蛋粥這樣，而且住店客人和洗浴客人是共用早餐的。住宿記得自帶拖鞋，沒有一次性拖鞋，衹有共用塑料拖鞋，吹風機得現管前台要，給的是掛牆那種，第一次手持一個掛牆吹風機在那吹啊吹。小鎮子轉了一圈，這裏應該是當地最好的酒店了，服務人員也算盡職認真，但是當地的硬件軟件的天花板就這個高度，衹能説能不在金山屯住就儘量別住了。

這輩子住過最差最差最差的店！ 屋裡一股臭味 窗外吵 吵就算了 走廊吵也算了 其他客人都聲音我也管不了 房間不隔音能聽到隔壁屋子男的説話的聲音 行 管不了 最搞笑的就是外面工作人員也麼大聲 一晚上都不停 就聽他們吵吵 喊着説話 放拖鞋扔下去piapia的 聊天笑的嘎嘎的 對講機聲也那麼老大 整個晚上就沒有個安靜時候 早上在那喊口號 無語死了 房間裏沒吹風機 一趟一趟出屋去前台借 半夜出屋再和前台説能不能小點聲 根本也沒小 還有旁邊的在那學我説話 真是搞笑 這輩子沒碰到過比這還差的

為了看雲海日出，又一次來到鑫水灣入住，環境衞生好，早餐豐盛，更主要的是離金祖峯近！不虛此行，雲海的壯觀美景，讓人心曠神怡！聽前台服務員説，端午期間，雲海出現的機率會更大！

單位團建集體出行，房間衞生不錯，停車方便。聚餐環境很好，味道也不錯。就是房間訂晚了標間不夠。住宿贈送洗浴門票，搓澡便宜手法還行，洗浴設施稍微有點老，環境乾淨

五一旅遊旺季來到伊春，慶幸自己提前定了帶早餐的的賓館，我朋友訂晚了，沒有房間了，衹能去住民宿，早餐店都賣空了，自己餓着肚子去喂鹿！這家酒店的早餐很豐富，饅頭包子的品相不太好，服務員介紹説是阿姨純手工製作的！

房間乾淨整潔，窗外正對着金祖峯，風景很美！聽説他家有套餐，點了一個99元四個菜的套餐，鍋包肉外酥裏嫩酸甜可口，松仁白菜餡餃子是我平生第一次吃過的，清香撲鼻！醬燜河魚鮮香嫩滑，香辣蟹料足味道正宗！入住餐飲一條龍的超值體驗！

這家酒店在附近來看，是比較大的一家，可能這個季節不是旅遊旺季，整個大酒店，就我們幾個房間，有點小害怕，房間燈光也是偏暗的，周邊吃飯購物還是比較方便的
