Location is good, many shops and restaurants at a walking distance. Room was spacious and nice. Temperature was OK.
Breakfast was mostly Local Chinese , almost nothing like a western style.
Generally the staff was nice even if they speak a very little English but they try to manage it.

We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located property. Although the reception attendants were unable to interact in English, they took time to understand our concerns and provide solutions. Breakfast was available with a large variety of items but few vegan options to select from.

The hotel is a bit older but really clean. The hotel stuff is polite and very helpful.
The breakfast is typical Chinese. Coffee is ok.
Restaurant are a lot around the hotel, also shopping mall.

都非常不錯，環境和服務也還可以吧，住的酒店外面貴賓樓。就是預訂到店付開發票能不能整明白一點，每次預訂太麻煩

房間是真大，床品很舒服，服務也不錯，但是有三點，作為五星酒店需要改善，如果不是5星就不提了，1.房間有味，開始沒覺得，越呆味越大，最後把衞生間門關上才好點，2.浴缸衞生欠佳，一個房間衞生就得看衞生間，3.屋裡除了兩瓶水其餘全部是收費商品，太降低檔次了。

經常入住該酒店，酒店服務熱情，環境不錯，後院停車場挺大，旁邊有個側門，開車出行可以避開因離交通崗太緊而不好出車的弊端，早餐品種還算豐富，下次還會再來！

酒店在營口還算可以，當地在開人代會，都是官員，要麼就是警察，嚴肅整齊，有儀式感！人民代表和住店人民是分開早餐的，估計是為了保證人民代表的安全，挺好的
