優點：大廳氣派，服務好，晚上還有點心。玻璃隔音很好。
但是，我再不會去了：房間味道太重了！！！！！！對身體不好
晚上十一點入住的，實在太累了，就沒去理論了，但我瞭解到別人住的家庭房也是這樣，一股甲醛味，非常刺鼻。

整體評價一下我個人覺得這個酒店還是挺不錯的，價格實惠停車之類又方便的很，早餐種類多樣，還有中餐，游泳池健身房都免費提供給我們使用，其次對於前台小曦的印象還是挺好的，服務很熱情

沒辦法出差衹能住這個酒店，空調系統説關就關，入住再三詢問説有空調還是沒有，一直撥打前台電話還假惺惺搞一個有空調維修員來修空調，最後保潔阿姨説實話空調按時段開啟，第一次入住那麼垃圾的開元，想吐.

臨時決定要住在橋頭，一看是開元的酒店應該會不錯，但實際體驗感一般，房間的裝修風格有點陳舊，但房間的層高確實做的不錯，應該有3米5，6的樣子，空間感很好。另外，早餐也一般

前台叫小曦的態度很專業熱情，人美聲甜，有問必答，回覆也很快，我問了挺多問題，服務人員也沒有不耐煩的樣子，都是很積極認真的回答我的問題，幫我解決了很多問題，這一點深得叔叔的芳心。這酒店環境也還不錯，這次居住體驗不錯。

大堂裝修的非常漂亮，像古典的風格。前台人員小曦服務態度很好，進門就有一杯紅茶，讓異國他鄉的我感到一陳暖意。進了酒店之後客氣中還瀰漫著淡淡的清香，聞着整個人的疲憊都散去了不少，特別舒服，對於這家酒店的評價我還是很滿意的。工作人員熱情又温度，環境安靜又古典，點個贊。
