酒店環境令人失望，比圖片差很多。地毯和牆面很不乾淨，廁所的下水還有問題，洗完澡滿地都是水漫出來。房間裏味道也很不好聞，像是悶了很久的黴味。這幾天來居住體驗最差的一次，前台客服態度也一般。

酒店環境： 酒店原來叫戴斯酒店，內有棋牌室、乒乓球、桌球、健身房、高端茶室、私人KTV、私人影院、空中花園，美術館和博物館。地理位置優越，交通便利，距離市中心1.2Km。走進酒店大堂，瞬間被"一晚的體驗，一座城的故事″所震撼到！
客房設施： 房間面積很大，佈局合理，全落地窗，可觀城景和湖景，採光非常好。房間內配備了舒適的大床、沙發、辦公桌、電視等設施，有獨立的衞生間和浴缸，旅行辦公非常方便。
服務體驗： 酒店提供免費的早餐，種類豐富，營養搭配，味道很不錯。
性價比： 這麼高端的酒店，價格卻非常親民，性價比超高！為商務出行和旅遊度假首選。
住了這麼多酒店，這家真的非常滿意！無論是服務、環境還是性價比都無可挑剔！下次還會再來。

第一次入住這家酒店，很好的一次體驗，酒店很大、高檔很氣派，步行到永州高鐵站幾分鐘，出行很方便。據説是原來的戴斯酒店，工作人員熱情好客，房間乾淨衞生，全落地窗，可以看到高空城景、湖景。參觀了三樓美術館和魔涯石刻拓片博物館，感受永州歷史藝術文化，我似乎明白"一晚的體驗，一座城的故事"真正含義。推薦！下次還會再來！

1、價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間比較長，但是無異味，這點缺好是優點。前台還有是黨員，沒想到。
2、這裏的房間好漂亮，幾張柔軟的沙發拼湊在一起，如此的寬闊，如此的豪華，如此的闊氣。。就像五星級豪華酒店那樣，讓我好不痛快。
3、這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到，酒店裝修的富麗堂皇。

該酒店地理位置較好，出行方便，周圍也挺熱鬧，最值得稱道的是自助餐廳，富麗堂皇，高大上的感覺，還天天送一份小水果，挺温馨。房間也乾淨整潔，缺點是房間燈光暗淡，有壓抑感。

酒店乾淨衞生，服務好；早餐品種各式各樣、一應俱全；中央空調，2.5米豪華大床，就算四個人睡都不擠；露天車場、地下車場，你想停那裡就停那裡，還免費；問題是酒店位置還好，離永州高鐵站就是步行也用不上十分鐘，出行太方便了。出差一直都是我的首選！

酒店整棟是大樓，很氣派，從房間可以看到下面的花園景觀，旁邊有珊瑚公園，飯後去散散步很不錯，早餐品種多，小朋友特別喜歡到這個小童樂園，我特別喜歡吃這兩道菜，服務員特別熱情，到哪碰到都會主動打招呼，前台小姐姐辦理入住特別快捷，很不錯的一次入住體驗，下次還會再來！
