Deplorable and not warm welcome! Very poor service! Wine list not up to date (finding myself with a wine from another year than the one ordered and paid for), the cuisine is not to the salvation of taste buds. The massage trea**ent is not very effective. On the other hand, very beautiful setting and beautiful room. Bet only on yourself

We had a single room, so small guests. We won't talk about the number of times we were greeted as if we had just arrived, as we were coming down from the room (let's say that not everyone is a physiognomist). The room right next to the elevator which rings three times, like a house bell, we have the feeling that someone is ringing the door. And the evening meal: we were on half board and no one told us what which can be taken from the menu. And there we go, a gnat in the glass (come on, it doesn't matter), then an amuse bouche with mussels, and bam a shell, the starter an insect in the salad, I was lucky it was very colorful, the rest better but not very reassured. And not a single commercial gesture at the start, all the extras were counted.

An idyllic setting, very neat rooms and high quality decoration. our room overlooked the lake, with a very nice little balcony. the team is really friendly and caring. I recommend without hesitation and will return with pleasure. THANKS !

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Cécile. The villa is located in a quiet area, a 2-minute walk from the entrance to the medieval village. The welcome was very friendly, we were even upgraded to a lake view room. The room was very pleasantly decorated, The spa is very pretty, the massages (we took the Lomi-Lomi as a duo) exceptional with Delphine and Maria. Wonderful breakfast buffet. We had the evening meal at the Hotel du Port which belongs to the same family: warm service, perch fillets in lemon sauce: a sure bet. We can only recommend this establishment to which we will definitely return, but this time in summer to be able to enjoy the beautiful terrace and outdoor swimming pools.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, everything is impeccable: the rooms are spacious, the quality materials, the restaurant is very good, the garden and swimming pool superb, the exceptional view, and the service and welcome are irreproachable. The whole team is helpful, smiling, friendly and dynamic, listening to its customers. A real pleasure to come to this quality, warm establishment to let yourself be carried away by the voluptuousness of the lake. Keep going and thank you!!!

We made a bike ride (Via Rhône) and drove from Geneva in search of a place to sleep. We were warmly welcomed on this warm day in July 2022 at about six o'clock.. An expensive room, but beautifully situated directly on the garden with a view of Lake Geneva between the trees. We were allowed to swim as long as the staff was present . we could sit down to the delicious dinner (à la carte) in the garden and above all there would be fireworks on the occasion of the 14th July. Beautiful tiled floor, wonderful beds, bathrobes and slippers and fine sanitary facilities (rain shower etc). French doors to your private terrace. Check out was until noon, so we could also enjoy a nice quiet breakfast. We were certainly not looked at because we arrived with the bicycle and panniers.

Nice hotel not far from Thonon. There are few nice hotels in the area. However, we found it relatively expensive. At the beginning of April we felt a bit lonely. Probably rather crowded in summer, so tip: June must be great! Partner restaurant du Port just by the lake is great!

Very nice hotel with a very pleasant welcome and service. The establishment is well maintained, located within walking distance of the old town. Parking at the entrance to the hotel and also underground. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is complete. The sauna, the swimming pool and other relaxation areas are welcome.
