The employees are very lovely and friendly! Always willing to help. They offered us free transportation to the park and back, and to the railway station on our last day! They gave us fresh watermelon and free breakfast on the first day! The breakfast was delicious, however they only offered “local cuisine”, no option of western food.
We had the expectations to relax by the pool after a long day walking in the mountains, as shown in the pictures the infinity pool seemed like the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the lovely evening, therefore the “pool” apparently hadn’t been cleaned for a long time and was not eligible for swimming. When questioned about it, we were told that because in the chinese culture it if not considered healthy to swim at night...
Lack of room service, and our room wasn’t cleaned in the days we were there. The shower doesn’t have a door and it had water all over the floor.
Even though, we totally recommend this hotel! 👍🏻 staff very friendly and warming! 👍🏻
This will, without a doubt, be our option when returning to Zhanjiajie!! 👍🏻

I rarely comment on businesses when I go out, but I must recommend this store to everyone. The environment is really good, and the stay is very comfortable. The room has a balcony, which is cool at night, and when you get up in the morning, you can see the pastoral scenery outside and breathe the fresh air. It's so comfortable. The boss is very nice, and his chicken soup is delicious! Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, if you have time, I recommend everyone to stay here for 10 days or half a month to change your mood
