Very satisfied with the service, cucumber mask, foot bath and foot soaking to relieve fatigue before going to bed. The catering service in the Chinese restaurant is very user-friendly. The dishes are large and you can order half a portion. I ate three meals in just one and a half days. Before leaving, I gave away dried jujube slices. Mr. Liu at the front desk was very considerate and helped me rent a car. In short, everything from the guest rooms to the catering to the front desk service is very good. My family and I are very satisfied and highly recommend~

Nice, modern, clean hotel. Comfortable rooms and friendly front desk staff. Close to west train station (10-15 min walk). A little far from tourist spots but a cheap and quick taxi ride away or about a 30-40 minute walk. The breakfast buffet was okay but only had one worker working it so she had her hands full as it was quite busy each day and hard to keep everything stocked. Overall, happy with our experience and will definitely stay at another Home Inn Plus in the future.

We came in very late and the front desk team at the hotel was just superb ! I made some mistakes in my booking and they happily and readily helped correct that. Although the front desk was very busy with many checking in, the attitude of the team was just wonderful. Special mention for Winnie and Carl. Their team spirit and “can do” attitude was most impressive. Other then the many checking in, there were kids sent by parents to do laundry asking for assistance. Winnie had to listened to the mom giving instructions via the wrist watch of the kid. Winnie handled in patiently and most politely. Her display of customer service was first rate !! I will definitely stay here again and tell my friends to do so too.

Room was small. Smelt of cooking in the morning. Only paper cups provided instead of proper cups for tea. Shower gel and shampoo was not replenished. Cleanliness was good, sheets were clean. Location is ok. You must be diligent to get a taxi as it is located in a government office area so not much cars after hours.

The temperature on the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted in the room. The windows can be opened a little, which helped but it was still very hot at night.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed Zhangye exit, and it is very convenient to get in and out of the city. Listed with 4 stars, the service is very good! Especially the beautiful Miss Chen Yongyi at the front desk, she learned that we had come from afar and helped us upgrade to a room with large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the bathroom is also a very beautiful and large room, thank you very much!

As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt very angry, clean and tidy. The front desk lady was very warm and the service was very good. I checked in very neatly. I helped us send the luggage to the elevator. The room attendant greeted us and helped us lift the luggage to the room. Also introduced the use of TV and phone in the room, as well as yogurt and snacks, foot wash buckets, the room is quite big, the hygiene is very clean, the items are neatly arranged, very good experience, next time I come to live here. We stayed in this hotel in 2 different rooms for 2 nights. The first time we got a room with the whole wall being painted. It was bright but a bit too bright to my taste. The duvet cover had 2 big holes in it but the bed clothes felt clean. The AC worked fine. Since we only needed to sleep in this hotel, it was perfect for us: not too expensive and with great location. It is one minute away from a metro station, very close to a nice restaurant we really enjoyed. The second time we booked it the room was even better: pale yellow painted walls work a lot better I think. Be prepared that you will hear a lot of hotel noise because the walls are quite thin and there are no windows in the room we chose but we knew that from the very beginning. You will like this hotel if you are not too picky and just need a clean and not expensive place to stay.

The hotel is in Zhangye New District. The new hotel does not have much flavor. The breakfast is delicious, especially the small cannon. The taste is too good. It is suitable for living with children. There is not much to eat around. You can take a taxi to the city center and take a taxi. A fee of five to ten yuan is almost enough. The city is not very big, just like the mule market in Xi’an more than ten years ago.

The room is generally OK. After all, it is still new after opening. . But the carpet was not clean and dusty on time. . The child's bare feet will turn black after a while. What's even more unbelievable is that there is a fee to watch CCTV 5689 on TV, and only VIPs can watch it. . It's the first time seeing you! And the hotel knows that 2 yuan will allow guests to watch normally. . When I left, I said that they were all like this, and our companions lived in another hotel not far away, everything was normal and we could watch the 5 Universiade games. . The breakfast is also very average because it should be outsourced, which is really almost meaningless. .
