半夜去辦理的入住，前台服務態度特別差，非常不耐煩，進房間以後一掀被子，就有血跡，打電話給前台説要換被子，結果來了個保安，説衹能換被套，又給前台溝通，前台像施捨一樣的説，給你換個大點的房間行吧。真的無語，糟糕的住宿體驗

毛巾很大一個洞，洗臉池細裂縫，上衞生間需要上二個台階，地面磚是釉麪磚，很滑，我滑了一下，沒跌倒，但很不爽的體驗，然後看到水箱上面這幾個字，更不爽。你明知道釉麪磚容易滑，你如家大公司還貼釉麪磚，很氣憤。另外接待小姐姐估計來了大姨媽，接待態度也不好。第一次幫人評價寫這麼差的評論，唉！！！

我們晚上10點後才入住，前台慢慢吞吞，也沒有任何指引，這個店是和很多酒店一起，類似於是酒店集合體，因為靠近東站，估計就是為了這些趕高鐵的人準備的，沒有口頭指引也沒有標識，都不知道從哪裡去房間。房間衞生也非常一般，地板很滑，有幾次都差點摔倒。早餐七點才開始，對於趕高鐵的人來説，根本吃不上。而且價錢並不便宜，不符合對連鎖酒店的定位。

出站後右前方，過一個十字路口就到了。是中央空調，聲音有點響。有內窗衹是睡覺的話還好，第二天一早就趕火車走還是很方便的。

這家如家精選跟我以前住的差別太大了。它的最大優點是近鄭州東高鐵站。房間倒是挺大的，基本東西都有。晚上7點，想洗個熱水澡，開了半天水，沒有熱水。問了前台説9點後有。我讓前台小姐有熱水後告訴我。等到9點多沒有一個電話，我打過幾次電話，都沒人接聽。一直到第二天早上7點多，再試一下，有熱水。在這個寒冷的日子裏，晚上洗個熱水澡是多麼重要。但就算意外沒有熱水，也該告知一下。

週五下班趕高鐵到鄭州東站，附近找家店先入住，23點多周邊仍很熱鬧，酒店隔音一般，早餐不錯，吃飽喝足後租車玩嵩山，利用雙休玩轉五嶽不是夢

在鄭州東站第二天換乘，選擇住在如家精選酒店，出門在外住如家已經成為一種習慣。該酒店位置距離高鐵站特別近，步行不到10分鐘。我到達酒店的時候，已經是夜裡23:00，知道我是如家會員，服務員在辦理入住的時候特別為我升級了房間，包含了雙人早餐，特別説一下早餐特別好吃，尤其是小肉包子特別香。總之概括起來就是，酒店位置優越、乾淨衞生、鬧中取靜、服務周到。

房間很小，沒有窗户，後面隔着一條過道，感覺挺害怕的，就是鎖上一個玻璃窗户，安全係數不好！隔音很差，跑味也不好，早上傳來別的房間大便的臭味，前台態度也很冷淡，總之這個價格住這個房間很不值，不推薦入住！
