房間打掃衞生的大姐服務態度很好，衞生做的也很到位，不用多説就放了好幾瓶礦泉水，很多細節都做的很好！
每一位工作人員都很有禮貌，感覺很貼心，早餐廳很豐富，還有洗衣房，體驗很nice

出發之前做了很多攻略，個人認為對該酒店的評價不太準確：首先，一樓是有熱情的工作人員幫忙拿行李的，而且一直送到前台辦理，電梯並不難等，前台以及大堂經理都非常熱情，有問必答，房間免費做了升級；早餐也很好，雖然人很多，但井然有序，也不吵；酒店也很有秩序，還送了歡迎水果。

位置優越交通便利，離景區很近。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，很熱情，二樓餐食也很不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。推薦！！

非常不錯 進店水果給了沃柑和小柿子 沃柑甜！吃過最好吃的沃柑啦！ 自駕停車停在了店門口 倒車的時候老闆娘還幫着看 早餐種類也很豐富 米飯 麪包 麪條 還有小菜 距離黃果樹瀑布景區 走路15分鐘 性價比很高

酒店位置好，景區就幾百米，早餐很豐富，牛奶玉米紅薯.還有辣雞粉，值得推薦，衞生也乾淨！！！

環境：環境超舒服！
衞生：很乾凈！
服務：超級好！帶娃出行難免要求比較多，但小姐姐小哥哥們都很耐心，滿足我們的各種需求！
最喜歡的就是他們的接送服務樓頂還可以自助洗衣服超適合我們這種短途旅行的行李都不用帶那麼多。
位置：步行都不會很遠！都是10分鐘到達。
早餐豐富精美。前台有糖果和水果。👍

酒店位置就在黃果樹購票處斜對面，從酒店走過去大概十二三分鐘的樣子，我們把車停在酒店走過去的。酒店環境還可以，在當地算好的。訂房時因為帶孩子入住前台很貼心給安排的親子房，可愛的房間佈置小朋友很喜歡。酒店早餐也蠻好的十多種選擇，乾淨整潔。好評一個！下次去還會入住！

第二次選擇這家酒店，第一次因為去年到了酒店之後被人山人海的景點嚇退，所以住了一晚就回去了。就是這一晚的體驗感很好所以這次再次選擇了這家酒店。
衞生：衞生做的很好，房間很乾凈，洗漱用品很齊全很好用。
服務：酒店服務很好，在酒店碰到任何工作人員都會和客人打招呼問好。去的比較早，房間還沒有打掃出來，出去玩了一圈之後寄存的行李已經被工作人員放到房間了並且給我們升級了房型。
環境：酒店高速路下來幾百米，晚上很安靜，步行5-8分鐘就能到黃果樹票務景區及客運站，往裡走3分鐘就是大巴車直達景區。距離夜宵街，濕地公園，步行就能到，總之出行遊玩都很方便。

1.風格：這次在黃果樹打卡了很多家酒店。相比較而言，踏行酒店的服務更為用心，就是那種發自肺腑的温暖熱情，不過不失。
2.交通：離票務中心近，步行800米左右很方便。
3.服務：這次入住，商家前台提前聯繫，甚至主動根據當天天氣情況， 提前給房間開啟空調。
到達酒店後，前台辦理入住手續很迅速，可惜沒能升房，早餐很豐富。
負責前台小姐姐，笑容很有感染力，還送了我兩個橘子。
房間大小適中，佈局合理，但不知道為何有一點黴味，很悶那種感覺。後來堅持不下去，嘗試提出換房間，賓客服務中心迴應很快，馬上來帶我換了房間，服務效率很高。
上來給我換房間的小姐姐加了微信並給我推送了旅遊攻略，謝謝。
晚餐選擇在酒店吃酸湯魚，魚很新鮮。住客有優惠價，性價比高。聽説酸湯都是廚師自己調製，聞着就很開胃，對於我來説絕對驚喜，本來可以全5分。唯一敗筆是早晨有雞打鳴聲，整體住下來還是十分的愜意。
