民宿位置很好，無論是哪個景點很方便，特別是離觀音聖壇和中國佛學院最近，出了別墅區就可以看見，步行就可以，由於民宿老闆早上送客比較忙，無法為客人提供早餐，但岀門不遠就是海鮮一條街，街上早餐也非常豐富，5人以上可以在民宿預訂中餐和晩餐，享受阿姨燒的一桌豐富美味的海鮮大餐。入住後跟老闆夫妻溝通很愉快，一切都為顧客着想，老闆還做汽車租憑行業，無論客人是到寧波機場還是火車站，老闆都可以按排車子來回接送服務，包車，拼車都可以，收費都是最低標準，如果客人坐到舟山普陀機場，老闆是免費接送的，到朱家尖碼頭也是，晚上想看印象演出，老闆忙着幫忙訂票，並且比網上訂票也便宜很多，很是滿意。特別第一次來的朋友，老闆娘會精心推薦購票，拜佛攻略，行走路線圖等一切都按排的好好的，讓你一點陌生感都沒有，太讚了！在説一下房間吧！他家裝潢是美歐式，雖説裝了4年了，房間特別乾淨，衞生，床單被套一客一換，並且老闆娘還每天給房間消毒，真是像在家一樣，很是舒適，真正體會到吃，住，行一條龍服務的感覺了！相信每個客人住過以後，都會推薦給朋友，所以老闆家每天老客户很多，這都是服務給他們帶來的呀！最後祝民宿老闆夫妻，生意越來越好！

房間和圖片上完全一樣，很乾凈，有個小榻榻米，我老婆特別喜歡。床墊特別舒服。位置很適合，門口一條路上幾乎涵蓋了朱家尖所有有名的景點。老闆特別熱情，很好相處，在這裏跟在自己家一樣，老闆幫我們解決了幾步所有問題，也給我們做了旅行推薦。加了老闆的聯繫方式了，下次去肯定還是住這裏，絕對值得五星好評。

這次出來玩去了好幾個地方，之前一直覺民宿沒有酒店好，但住了她家後改變了之前的想法。民宿房間的配置和酒店一樣的，洗漱用品，一次性牙刷牙膏，餐巾紙，廁紙，拖鞋，24小時熱水，空調，床品也非常乾淨！服務也非常好，去碼頭接的站，第二天去普陀山老闆又幫忙送到碼頭！非常好的一次入住體驗！

這個民宿真的很不錯，房間很乾凈，床鋪舒適，設施齊全。老闆的態度也非常好，很熱情地為我們解決問題。民宿的位置也很方便，周邊有很多景點，普陀山、觀音法界、南沙、東沙、烏石塘。吃飯也方便出門口有很多美食店海鮮大排檔。

房間裝修風格時尚温馨超喜歡這樣的風格，床睡着也舒服衞生搞得很好，很乾凈，性價比很高。這個價錢住這麼好的房間，真的很超值。老闆娘人很好，很熱情。免費給我們介紹周邊景區。還有普陀山攻略。對於我這個第一次來普陀山的人太需要老闆娘給的攻略了！距離碼頭也近。吃飯的地方跟菜市場走幾分鐘就到。真的是一次非常好的入住體驗。下次還要來這家住！也會分享給我的朋友
