The hotel did not notify me immediately after picking it up. Instead, it waited until I found out that the item was gone and called me. I hope the hotel can help me take a taxi to the next stop, and I will pay for it myself. I can only mail it next week. All communication was fruitless, so I had to take a taxi to pick it up.

The service was also very thoughtful and caring. I didn’t understand how to operate when I poured the tea. A girl came to explain to me immediately. This white is a filter bag for tea.
