I chose this pet-friendly hotel because I was traveling with my Border Collie. The hotel is located in Sanfang Qixiang and is absolutely beautiful and exquisite. The staff who handled our luggage transfer were very thoughtful and made it feel like a special occasion, which was quite interesting. The breakfast was prepared with great care, and the restaurant staff were very friendly. I also want to commend the housekeeping staff on the third floor; they were very meticulous and enthusiastic.

This smart hotel is such a pleasant surprise! The room lighting and temperature can be adjusted by voice control without any touch, which is very technological. The zero-pressure mattress is just the right hardness and softness, and the sleep quality is very good; the smart Xiao Ai can play news, check the weather, and plan the itinerary while washing. The Wi-Fi is fully covered and super fast. The staff is enthusiastic and professional, and they respond to WeChat calls in seconds. The details are carefully considered, and the cost-effectiveness is super high. It is highly recommended for travelers who love technology and pursue efficiency! You must choose this place for your next trip!

This resort is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The environment is first-class, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff service is polite and thoughtful. So why did I give it 3.5 instead of 5 stars despite such good service? Because the very last moment at check-out was a huge flaw that made me feel unsafe and disrespected. I was checking out at the front desk. I'm a man, but the female receptionist addressed me by a woman's name. Then she asked me to wait a moment. My backpack was still on the seat, so I went to pick up a package nearby. When I turned back, two strangers were consulting with the receptionist right in front of my backpack. The receptionist didn't turn them away, which meant I had to wait next to them. There's a potential safety hazard here. My backpack was on the seat, and those two people were blocking the receptionist's view, creating a possibility of items being stolen. Secondly, it was unprofessional; she hadn't even finished serving me before attending to other guests, which shows a lack of respect for the customer.

I had a great stay in this property, got the room for a very affordable price, the location is very accessible to all, there is a mall, coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store downstairs and also the room had a nice view. The host is very accommodating, they have a cleaning service everyday and most importantly for me is the cleanliness of the room, the room is well maintained that's why i felt comfortable on my entire stay. We arrived in Wuyi city in the morning after leaving Hangzhou, and the hotel staff kindly arranged an early check-in for us. They even provided teas and welcome fruits and kindly explain how to get the entrance of Wuyi mountain from XIAOWU, which was incredibly helpful. But above all, the hotel itself was the highlight. It was spotless and easily the most memorable place we stayed during our 10-day trip in China. The room was very clean and we were received with a great hospitality. The rooms are set up in a luxurious way like a classy hotel. Although it is not a state-of-the-art hotel like big cities, it provides optimized design and five-star hotel services for Mt. Wuyi travel. If I visit Wuyi mountain again with my parents in the future, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

The service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, every staff member greeted us with a smile, responded incredibly quickly, and was always there to help. They were also very attentive, proactively helping with luggage and suggesting things to do in the surrounding area. What impressed me most was the cleanliness; the room was spotless, the bedding and towels were impeccably clean, and even the corners were thoroughly cleaned, making for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

We brought our family here for a vacation. The hotel was great, and pets are allowed. Xiao Wu even provided complimentary fruit and helped with laundry. The hotel also offers free meals three times a day. The rooms have automatic clothes drying racks, which is very convenient. They provide slippers, including disposable ones, which is very hygienic. They also provide disposable toilet seat covers – a thoughtful touch! A big thumbs up for this hotel! Very good.

The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated in a minimalist style, come fully equipped, and include breakfast. We had a great two-day stay; you can see the sea right from the window – it's a pity I forgot to take pictures, but the view is just as stunning as shown in their promotional photos. The owner was also incredibly kind; he gave us tips on where to visit and even gifted each of us a Mazu peace charm when we left. Thanks to the owner, wishing you continued success!

The hotel's ambiance is fantastic. It was originally the former residence of Wang Youling, so it has a classic, antique charm, really evoking the feel of ancient times. During our stay, they even provided afternoon tea, and the fruit was delicious. The room facilities were also very complete, and the toilet and shower were separate wet and dry areas. The location is super convenient, right inside Ta Lane in Sanfang Qixiang.

This platform is too convenient. I bought it when I saw the event. Then I remembered it when I was free today. The price is still so cost-effective. It is very nice. The overall environment in the store is very good and the lighting is good. 📷 It is quite suitable for taking pictures. The elegant environment is equipped with soothing music, friendly and considerate service, I hope to keep it as always. The subway station can be reached in a few minutes. It is very close to the hotel and the hotel facilities are very complete. I will continue to live here next time on business trip!
