No complaints whatsoever, apart from the hot weather. The location is fantastic, and the environment is stunning – it truly felt like a scene out of the 'Wizard of Oz'. Jintan Beach is right downstairs, perfect for taking the kids to catch small crabs and collect seashells. However, compared to Yintan Beach, the water quality here is slightly inferior. On the bright side, Jintan offers better value for money, and most importantly, the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. The swimming pool downstairs is also excellent – clean and well-maintained. Dining options nearby are plentiful, and if you don't feel like going out, you can easily order food delivery to your room.

Traveling by car, there's a huge parking lot right next to the hotel. They offer free bicycles, and it takes about half an hour to ride to Yulinba (Fish Scale Dam). You can also rent electric bikes, which are a bit more expensive than renting from outside vendors. You can eat downstairs at the hotel, but if you walk five minutes, you'll find restaurants that are half the price. The hotel food is actually quite good though, typical home-style cooking. They said the room had windows on two sides, but one side faced a construction site, and if you opened it fully, you'd be looking directly at the workers – so there's no real point in booking that room type. Construction starts at 7 AM, so your sleep quality depends on your tolerance. The fields facing the higher floors look nice from a distance, and the view from the 7th-floor pool is absolutely stunning. Breakfast is plentiful, and there's free fruit in the lobby. They even gave us brown sugar as a farewell gift when we checked out. It's a 40-minute drive from the hotel to Detian Waterfall, but there's not much else to do in town. I think staying one night to experience the rural scenery is probably enough.

Although the building is a bit old, its location is excellent, and it offers great value for money. There are shared bikes right outside the entrance. As I was traveling with elderly family, the two-room suite was perfect; we had a big bed in each room, both with TVs, so we didn't disturb each other's sleep. There's also a local market nearby, which was very convenient for picking up some fruit before we left.

The two hotels are right next to each other, allowing you to experience two different styles in one trip. Inside the inn scenic area, there is a celebrity bridge check-in spot right outside the door, there is a parking space, the owner is warm and service-oriented, there is an observation deck, it is clean and hygienic, there is Kung Fu tea and fruit in the living room, and I am generally very satisfied. I will recommend it to my friends, and I will choose Longan Inn next time I come!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, so I have to write a glowing review! The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The surrounding area is quiet, which meant I had a fantastic night's sleep. The room was clean, tidy, and filled with natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were provided, showing great attention to detail. The overall space was bright and spacious, making me feel relaxed as soon as I walked in. What I really want to commend is the front desk lady; her service attitude was absolutely wonderful! From check-in, she was warm, patient, and had a lovely smile. She proactively introduced the hotel facilities and local area, speaking in a gentle and considerate manner. During my stay, I had a few small questions and requests, and she always helped resolve them immediately. She was quick to respond and efficient, never showing any impatience, which made me feel incredibly warm and valued. Having such dedicated staff really adds so much to the hotel. The hotel offers great value for money, with excellent cleanliness, environment, and service. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay. Next time I'm in the area, this will definitely be my first choice, and I'll sincerely recommend it to my friends. The attention to detail at this hotel is simply amazing! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust even in the corners, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The free parking lot had plenty of spaces, making parking convenient and safe. It's super easy to get to Taiping Ancient City to experience the Sino-Vietnamese charm and Detian Waterfall for its spectacular views, saving a lot of travel time. The self-service laundry room even has a dryer and an ironing board, so you can always look your best on your trip. Definitely a five-star stay!

I strongly recommend everyone to choose this hotel when visiting Huangyao Ancient Town! The hotel was carefully built by a mother and daughter who rented a century-old house. The service is warm, and the pick-up and guidance and WeChat contacts are replied promptly. The environment is first-class. Even if you don’t go out, you can sit or walk around the hotel for a whole day. The carved wooden doors and windows, tea tables, chairs, calligraphy and paintings, all kinds of flowers in the back garden, green plants in flower pots in the patio, unique bougainvillea on both sides of the entrance, the lounge, and the coffee shop all show the taste and intentions of the mother and daughter! Listening to the mother (Sister Ge) calmly and enthusiastically telling us about the hardships and achievements of building the Imperial Edict House in the past 13 years, she said that if you think too much, you can't do it, just do it if you like it, and learn while doing it. She said that people can't be too idle and need to keep themselves busy to be in good condition... We like it very much and are educated... Sister Ge is a refined person with a good taste for life. She said her daughter has mysophobia and she is a perfectionist, so she can go around Guangdong and Jiangsu to find chairs for the room. She has a lot of gardening tools and she trims all the green plants by herself. The well-growing green plants fully reflect Sister Ge's positive and optimistic attitude towards life. She is full of infinite love for life and is very contagious. We are all deeply impressed by her and would like to come here to stay for a while to appreciate and listen!

This is my second time visiting Guilin and Yangshuo, and choosing this hotel was a fantastic experience! As soon as you step in, there's a floor-to-ceiling glass window offering breathtaking views of the karst landscape – absolutely stunning! They provide a personalized 1-on-1 butler service that's incredibly attentive. From setting up a chat group before check-in to help plan my itinerary, to being on call for any request big or small after checking in, the exclusive butler service made me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay. They also offer thoughtful complimentary goodies. I received welcome fruits upon arrival, a hot bowl of noodles and dessert when returning late, and the in-room mini-bar was fully stocked with complimentary drinks. They even thought of essentials for women like makeup remover wipes and contact lens solution. What's more, they offer a free shuttle service to West Street. The Yulong River bamboo raft pier is within walking distance, and you can also rent an electric scooter to explore the Ten-Mile Gallery. The lobby has complimentary ginger tea, and there's a robot for delivery service. There's also a free laundry room with a washer-dryer combo, which, as someone who pays attention to details, I found very satisfying. Overall, what truly impressed me most about Yangshuo Julong Xiaozhen Resort Hotel is how perfectly it blends top-tier mountain and river scenery with warm, considerate service. It offers more than just a place to stay; it's an immersive, scenic vacation experience.

The zero-pressure room is not very big but it is clean, tidy and quiet. The waiter made the bed in the evening and gave a greeting card and two bottles of black sesame milk. The business set meal and dinner we ordered were affordable and delicious. The breakfast was rich and varied and we were especially full. Overall, the decoration, service and food of this four-star hotel are excellent and very satisfying!
