The room was surprisingly good, and thoughtfully decorated with a 'Happy May Day' wool painting. I was touched by the playful spirit as soon as I entered the room. The soft furnishings were excellent and the space was large. The bed was soft, and I had a great sleeping experience. Highly recommended!

Due to a project, I needed to find a place to stay near Meilan Airport at the end of 2025, away from the city center. I stumbled upon Jing Huayu and ended up staying there multiple times, totaling 12 nights, which left me with warm and cherished memories. The location is a convenient 10-minute drive from the airport high-speed rail station, and their shuttle service is efficient and well-organized. The guest rooms are clean, and the amenities are reliable. The front desk and service staff are warm and thoughtful; every time I checked in, it felt like 'coming home.' There are plenty of dining options nearby, and with residential buildings, a school, and a community center, it's a lively yet peaceful little haven next to the airport, blending modern and classic vibes. A particularly warm highlight of my memories is the cleaning staff, an 'ajie' (auntie) who was enthusiastic, professional, and full of life. She even shared some exquisite homemade pastries with me, giving me a glimpse into the laid-back life of the hospitable people of Hainan! Thank you for your care; I hope we have the chance to meet again.

After our trip to Shimei Bay, we arrived at the hotel with my entire family, including young children and elderly parents, along with several large suitcases. We were understandably quite tired from the journey. Upon arrival, it was clear that the hotel had a significant shortage of staff both inside and outside the lobby – a stark contrast to Shimei Bay, where service personnel were readily available everywhere. Although there weren't many guests checking in at the time, and the scene wasn't particularly busy, given our large group and numerous bags, I had to proactively request a luggage cart to make things easier. For a resort hotel that prides itself on the guest experience, the initial service response would be much better if it were more proactive and if staffing levels were more adequate. Regarding the room, the promotional pictures I saw when booking showed a sea-facing view with a visible beach. However, the actual view from our room was quite different from what we expected. While we could see the sea in the distance, our primary view was of the hotel's pool area, and the beach wasn't visible at all. The visual impression didn't match the promotional images. During the Chinese New Year period, the hotel organized various activities, some free and some with a charge, which is understandable. However, it was quite surprising to find that even digging for sand crabs on the public beach area required an additional fee. Compared to the hotel we stayed at previously in Shimei Bay, the activity planning here was indeed a bit lackluster. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent. There was a rich variety of options, especially the Pandan Tofu Pudding, Pandan Pancakes, and various Hainan noodles. These were not only distinctive but also delicious, adding a wonderful culinary delight to our mornings. What truly impressed us was the mature food scene around the hotel. From Coconut Chicken, Wenchang Chicken, Ding'an Jumping Beef (which can be hotpot or BBQ), Baoluo Noodles, Hainan Noodles, to all sorts of desserts and snacks – the choices were incredibly diverse. This added a lot of local flavor and memorable gastronomic experiences to our trip. The hotel's beach area itself was quite good. The sea breeze, sand quality, and the overall experience were very relaxing and comfortable.

My stay was initially quite pleasant. The front-line staff were consistently warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. When a small issue arose with our travel photos, the hotel promptly communicated and resolved it, which I appreciated. I thought I was going to have a wonderful experience, but it was completely ruined by one utterly unprofessional staff member, plummeting my satisfaction! While riding the shuttle bus, we politely asked the shuttle driver about the hotel's attractions and photo spots. The driver was halfway through explaining when another person nearby suddenly interjected and answered for him! Her attitude was extremely rude, cold, and dismissive. She was sarcastic the entire time, even accusing us of not speaking clearly. We were just asking basic, straightforward questions about attractions, and I truly don't understand how we could have possibly expressed ourselves more 'clearly'. When we politely asked about photo spots, she flat-out said there weren't any, and was incredibly impatient. Yet, later we saw clear signs for photo spots all over the hotel. We got zero useful information, only a belly full of frustration and anger! Afterward, the hotel told us this person was a 'secondary employee' and wasn't on duty, which is why she wasn't wearing an ID badge. I completely reject this flimsy explanation! Why was she wearing a uniform, riding a guest shuttle, and casually interjecting to address guests if she wasn't on duty? It's one thing to be unfamiliar with hotel operations and lack service awareness, but she didn't even have basic human decency. She seemed to be working with a chip on her shoulder, acting condescendingly, as if we, the guests, were accommodating her bad mood! In stark contrast, all the other shuttle drivers were kind, friendly, patient, and enthusiastic, creating an incredibly jarring difference! The hotel's reputation, carefully built by its front-line staff, was completely destroyed by this 'secondary employee' who showed no rules, no professionalism, and no respect. The hotel merely offered a casual explanation of her identity without any indication of intending to improve. Such tolerance for employee misconduct is truly disheartening. I will never recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay here again!

Stayed two nights at the Hilton Hainan Ocean Flower Island. While the island itself felt a bit quiet, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special shout-out to Elaine, who, right from check-in, enthusiastically gave us an overview of the island and even gifted us complimentary breakfast for our child. She was also very proactive in leading us to the water park. Although we didn't have much time to play due to afternoon plans, our little one was absolutely thrilled! P.S. The sunset at Ocean Flower Island is beautiful.

Very satisfied! We landed at 9 PM and the hotel's shuttle bus got us there in 10 minutes. There were 3 adults and 1 child, and the two 135cm beds pushed together were perfectly fine. The lady at the front desk provided excellent service. For breakfast, we had local specialty noodles across the street. At 8:30 AM, the shuttle bus took us to Meilan High-Speed Rail Station for Lingshui. The best part? The price was fantastic!

Overall, my experience was great! It's a very comfortable and quiet hotel. When I first checked in, the room felt just right in terms of size. We arrived quite late on the first day, but I'm so grateful to Momo for saving us a sea-view room on the fifth floor! The view was fantastic! 👍 I thought the hotel's cleanliness was excellent. It was very well-maintained, and the cleaning staff would ask every day if the room needed tidying – which I really appreciated. I was very satisfied with this aspect. The hotel environment is also very pleasant and spacious – very comfortable. Whether it's day or night, taking a stroll around is particularly enjoyable. However, perhaps because Tianli is a bit off to the side, the location feels a little remote. I personally think that if you want to order takeout, it might be inconvenient as you have to pick it up yourself from the lobby. But after eating out, it's fine when you return to the hotel; it really depends on the individual. Then, at first glance, the hotel's breakfast seemed to have a lot of variety, but it was mainly Western pastries and bread. This might be because there are a lot of Russian guests. I'm someone who usually never eats breakfast, but at Tianli, I woke up early every day for breakfast because I personally felt the breakfast was quite good 🍳. I didn't really try other meals at the hotel, as I ate out most of the time. I did order the beef curry once, and I personally didn't like it 🥹. I hope they can improve this. Everything else was pretty good! I felt very comfortable staying here. I really like the hotel's style.

The hotel's environment and service are excellent. The sea-view room offered a stunning sunrise! They even provided a complimentary 'goodnight soup' every evening, with a different one each night, which was a thoughtful touch. On the first day, we received a complimentary fruit platter! The hotel pool was large and clean, and the lifeguard was incredibly helpful – seeing I was struggling with my breathing technique, he proactively offered to teach me! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

While the hotel exterior didn’t quite match the photos on the booking platform, our actual stay was very pleasant. The highlight was the exceptional customer service. We had an issue with cigarette smoke drifting into our room, but the lady duty manager went above and beyond to move us to a room of our choosing. The location is excellent - surrounded by cafes, bakeries, and restaurants - and perfect for anyone wanting an authentic local experience. A heads-up for international travellers: breakfast is strictly Chinese cuisine with no Western options (coffee, tea, or bread). Would be good if hotel can improve smoke control, particularly in the elevators and lobby area. Overall, a recommended stay for service and convenience!

The environment is really nice, nestled in the mountains with incredibly fresh air. The villa was comfortable and spacious – perfect for two adults and one child. We opted for a twin room and just added a bed rail (the beds can't be combined, though!). The room had everything we needed and was quite comfortable overall. Breakfast was standard, nothing spectacular, and the front desk service was also just okay. For a small town, it's impressive to have a hotel of this caliber. It would be even better if the service staff were more enthusiastic and welcoming. Oh, and a heads-up about the room with the ping-pong and billiards tables: as soon as I opened the door, I was almost knocked out by a terrible musty smell! They'd be better off not even offering that facility. We were chased out as soon as we entered; it was impossible to stay, let alone play. The small animal area in the back also wasn't very well-maintained. I hope they improve their management and take things up a notch!

The hotel environment is quiet, ideal for both rest and work, and the surrounding transportation is convenient, making it easy to get to the business district. SSzymmI highly recommend this sea-view apartment hotel. To put it simply, it's a two-bedroom, one-living room setup where you can cook your own meals and do laundry. The facilities are comprehensive, making you feel like you've bought a large sea-view apartment in Sanya. Every time I returned from the beach, it felt like coming home. The kitchen is separate, and the bathroom has instant hot water. Each room has air conditioning. It's super close to the beach, making it very convenient for dining and strolling around, as well as shopping for groceries. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. From the open-air balcony, you get a 270-degree view, with Dadonghai to the left and the city's neon-lit high-rises to the right. The overall soundproofing is good, and I'm very satisfied. The apartment hotel owner is also very welcoming; you can ask him for directions if you're renting a car and exploring the area.

GGuest UserA Private Rendezvous with the Azure Sea and Sky First Encounter: A Secluded Villa Shrouded by Coconut Groves As the car drove onto the private driveway of Sanya Haitang Bay, with coconut trees lining both sides like green sentinels welcoming us, I instantly understood the meaning of ”tropical paradise.” This private villa is nestled within a 20-acre private garden, surrounded by century-old trees and tropical flowers, feeling like an isolated oasis. The main building's off-white architecture blends perfectly with the natural landscape, and the floor-to-ceiling windows frame the 180-degree sea view into a dynamic painting, with every corner reflecting the designer's ingenuity. Space: A Poetic Dialogue Between Modernity and Nature The villa's interior is a symphony of minimalism and tropical charm. The vaulted ceilings in the high-ceilinged living room allow the sea breeze to flow freely, and the wooden furniture and rattan decorations exude a rustic warmth. The most stunning feature is the master bedroom's ”stargazing hot tub”; at night, soaking in the private pool while gazing at the starry sky, with the distant sound of waves as natural white noise, is simply magical. The guest rooms are equally well-appointed, each with an independent viewing terrace, waking up to sunshine and birdsong in the morning, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. Service: Invisible Luxury Experience The butler team acted as invisible guardians, from the chilled towels upon arrival to the rose petals on the bed at night; every detail was meticulously designed. A private chef could customize a seafood feast according to our preferences. Enjoying freshly caught groupers and wagyu hot pot under the stars, accompanied by custom cocktails, was a dual feast for the taste buds and vision. Most memorable was the morning yoga session, where a professional instructor led us on the ocean-facing terrace, allowing us to feel the sea breeze and achieve a spiritual awakening. Activities: Tailor-Made Island Time The villa offers a rich selection of activities: morning kayaking adventures, afternoon surfing lessons, and evening yacht parties. We chose a sunset cruise, witnessing the sky's gradient from azure to crimson on a private yacht, with champagne bubbles dancing with the waves. Upon our return, the butler had already arranged a sea-view dinner, with candles and lanterns creating a dreamy light strip on the beach. Reflection: Redefining the Meaning of Vacation This is not just accommodation; it's a proposal for a lifestyle. Merging with the sea and sky in the infinity pool, rewatching classic movies in the outdoor cinema, and leaving footprints on the private beach. Every design element of the villa speaks volumes: true luxury is not about material accumulation but about the depth of dialogue with nature and oneself. On the morning of departure, I took away not just photos but also a memory of a slow-paced life, reminding us that in this fast-paced world, there's always a sea worth pausing for. Postscript: This place taught me that the highest level of vacation is becoming a ”temporary islander” – exploring the secrets of coral reefs during the day, listening to local Tanka stories by the bonfire at night, and ultimately returning to daily life with a soul caressed by the sea breeze.

GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night, allowing for a deep sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with just the right pressure, and the toiletries smelled fresh. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was so heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area; the value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it!

NNaichaxumingshuiThe location of the homestay is very close to Yalong Bay Beach, just a short walk away. Surrounded by Baihuagu Commercial Street and Yalong Bay Night Market, it is very convenient to eat, drink and play. The homestay is large in size, with a living room balcony and kitchen, which is more suitable for a family holiday. Looking at the picture, I thought the decoration would be old. I affirm that the boss's photo technology needs to be improved. The facilities in the house are spacious and bright, and it is not as gray as the picture. It was quite a surprise when I checked in. There is a spacious and comfortable residence that accounts for the largest proportion of the experience of the whole journey. Overall, it is recommended and five-star praise.

While the hallways felt a bit damp from the sea air, the air in the room was fresh and perfectly fine. I personally feel that Tianya Town is ideal for a slow-paced stay, where you can pick a hotel and just relax by the sea. That's exactly what we did for a whole day, and we didn't want to leave! It's also just 2km from Qilou Old Street, which is super convenient for cycling and city walks. There are plenty of great food options nearby too, definitely worth another visit! The hotel front desk knew I was running the marathon and kindly arranged for a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Thumbs up!

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this guesthouse, highly recommend! The location is superb – really convenient for getting around and shopping. The beach is just a few hundred meters downstairs, so close, yet it's surprisingly quiet here, perfect for relaxing without being bothered by the lively beachfront. You can even lie in bed and watch the ocean and stunning sunset views – it's truly beautiful! The staff were all incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage in when I arrived and out when I left. They also offer airport pick-up and scooter rental services. Even though we had a little hiccup with the scooter, a staff member immediately came to help us, even at past midnight – seriously amazing service! My room type also included a free rooftop photoshoot, which was a great bonus!
