The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. I was incredibly impressed by the service at this hotel! From booking to check-out, every step was filled with warmth and enthusiasm. When I booked, customer service patiently answered all my questions, and on the day of arrival, they sent a message in advance with important reminders. The lobby manager personally assisted with check-in and even proactively introduced the hotel's facilities. The room service was exceptional; I called for a hairdryer, and it arrived in less than 5 minutes, and they even tidied up my messy desk at the same time. When I left, the staff helped with my luggage to the car and even prepared a special farewell gift. The entire experience was flawless, warm, and professional, making it absolutely fantastic value for money!

Absolutely the right choice! The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the commercial hub. It's perfect for tourists, with everything easily accessible for exploring, dining, and transportation – no detours needed. The staff were incredibly attentive. They proactively offered to help with my luggage during check-in. In the evening, when I casually mentioned wanting warm water, a cup was brought to me almost instantly. It's these thoughtful little touches that truly made my stay special. The room was exceptionally comfortable. The bedding was incredibly soft, feeling just like my own comforter at home, allowing me to fall asleep instantly and wake up without any back pain. The soundproofing was also excellent; I couldn't hear any outside traffic, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom, from the tile grout to the tabletops, was spotless, and the towels and mouthwash cups felt fresh, dry, and completely odorless, which made me feel completely at ease. The value for money is outstanding! The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety, including hot congee, freshly made fried noodles and fried rice, and even very fresh fruit. For this price, the level of service and amenities is truly incredible. Ample parking was available, and the full smart home system added a lot of convenience to my stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located 5 minutes' drive from the city center. There is a bus stop in front of the door, which is very convenient. Parking is available in front of the door and around. I have stayed in many hotels, but the service of this front desk Qihai impressed me very much. The receptionist was friendly and the service was professional. Not only did they upgrade my room, but they also carefully asked me about my stay experience when I checked out. In addition, the room layout was also quite warm. The unique structure of the accommodation and the friendliness of the owner/staff was the highlight of the place. It was a low season towards end of Sep so there were not many customers at the resort, but we were greeted with warm smiles. There is a skyline window that can be opened up to see the night sky and stars, and also provided with Gatlin firework to play which were fabulous! The breakfast in the morning was also great as it is prepared individually so we don't end up wasting food. We booked the double bedroom unit but unfortunately the staff didn't inform us that we had to use the shower separately in order to maintain the hot water and pressure as both showers share the same. Also we were not used to how the air-con/heater works so the temp went up to 31 deg at around 3am and we had to open the side door to let in cold air.

Traveling to Hohhot during the off-season was amazing! Hotels are so affordable then, I definitely wouldn't be able to book a place like this during peak season. The hotel is right next to Dazhao Temple, practically inside the scenic area. It's designed like a courtyard, but inside, it's fully equipped with smart home controls, which is super convenient! Plus, no worries about dirty kettles; there's a water dispenser for fresh drinking water whenever you want.
