Discovered a hidden gem – Firefly Planet B&B! 🌟 📍 Amazing location: Right next to the North Visitor Center, getting to the attractions couldn't be more convenient! 💁♂️ Super thoughtful service: The butler (whether a guy or a girl, super nice!) responded quickly to messages and patiently answered all my questions about travel tips. 🚗 Attention to detail: They even helped me arrange a private car service to and from the high-speed rail station. Who else loves feeling everything is perfectly taken care of? Highly recommend it to everyone!～

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

The hotel's service is truly impeccable; every staff member, from top to bottom, is incredibly attentive, gentle, and polite. They provided thoughtful care throughout my stay, proactively offering travel tips and insights. The room service was meticulous and thorough, and the turndown service was a lovely touch. My stay was comfortable and reassuring, with star-rated quality evident in every detail. The service was refined and genuine, not perfunctory, making my trip incredibly pleasant. It's truly worth recommending.

Facilities: Smart amenities and plush, comfortable bedding. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. Location: Conveniently located very close to Sidao Street and Wudao Street, offering easy access to shopping and dining. Service: Outstanding! The staff were incredibly thoughtful; upon noticing we had a child, they thoughtfully provided a complimentary pair of children's slippers in our room. Overall: This hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely recommend it! It offers incredible value for money. The overall decor exudes a chic, artistic vibe, and the subtle, pleasant fragrance in the room made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

This hotel is worthy of five-star praise, the hotel is very satisfied in all aspects, the location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were perfect, the bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was good, which made me have a good rest during the trip. The service is warm and thoughtful, it is recommended! Free freshly ground coffee! The yurt takes pictures and punches in. very good!

From check-in to check-out, the entire process was flawless! The location is convenient, the environment is clean, and the service is attentive. I felt as comfortable as at home and would highly recommend it to everyone. The room was spacious, but the only drawback was the lack of a light switch by the bedside.

In the botanical garden, the environment is particularly good, the hotel is also very beautiful, you can see the view of the botanical garden in the room, the room is clean and tidy, very high-end, praise! 👍🏻

One big bed, two single beds, two washbasins, a large shower room, separate wet and dry areas, and a large room!!! Facilities: Complete Hygiene: The bedding is all new, clean and tidy Service: Very considerate, we had a lot of luggage and the boss was very enthusiastic to help us, and the food in the restaurant was delicious! Better than the food in the city!!! It was unexpectedly delicious

The courtyard view is stunning. We booked the new courtyard, which is the center courtyard. We especially loved their two lambs, which the children played around. The grass in the courtyard was so relaxing. It was such a relaxing place to come. We took a bath at 4 pm, and the children had a blast. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can see the Grassland Volcano from the courtyard, and it's very close to the ticket gate. The room had a projector, a sofa, a smart toilet, and disposable bath towels, face cloths, a steam eye mask, and earplugs. I was very happy with my stay. I give them a five-star rating!
