Right as I entered the hotel, the front desk offered me a bottle of hot water to warm my hands. I also redeemed a welcome fruit with just 1 point on Ctrip. The hotel breakfast was good, and it's about 300 meters from the subway station, so the location is quite convenient. The room is a bit small but has everything you need; it was perfect for a solo traveler. I mainly booked this place because all the other hotels had jacked up their prices for New Year's Day; the hotel I stayed at the night before literally doubled in price... This place barely raised its rates, which made it an exceptional value in comparison. I didn't expect the service to be this good either. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, very welcoming! I traveled during the off-peak season, and the hotel was kind enough to upgrade my room based on availability. The front desk was efficient and communicative. Right near the ski slopes, with shuttle service to and from. The facilities are great, and there's plenty of hot water for showers. The service is super friendly, and they even have dumplings and beef noodles! Plus, there's an esports room on the second floor of the ski rental shop, perfect for gamers looking to play a round.

The hotel service was excellent, with a dedicated butler assigned to us. The breakfast was very rich and satisfying, and they even offered breakfast for two adults and two children for one room, along with a complimentary afternoon tea. We had a slight delay checking in on the first day, only getting our room after 3 PM because it wasn't ready. However, the butler proactively upgraded our room the next day, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.

Great hotel! I liked everything very much. Good location! next to the center. Shopping centers 10 minutes walk. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, 2 types of cool pillows, soft blanket. A great place to relax after an active day. Lovely girls work at the reception, who will always help you in everything and treat you to coffee or tea. I recommend this hotel for booking! I really want to come back here again!

The room was clean and tidy, the service was very good, and the hotel staff also provided local food tips, which was very considerate! The photo of the room was taken casually when checking out. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Overall, it is very good and I will come again next time!

Chose this hotel for a skiing trip during the Chinese New Year. Apart from the higher prices, everything else was great. The front desk service was excellent. On check-out day, since we were still skiing in the morning, they kindly allowed us to check out at 1 PM after we communicated, giving us time to freshen up. The hotel breakfast was decent, and its location right by the resort's commercial street was perfect. They also offered a lot of complimentary benefits. The resort itself is really fun and interesting. The underfloor heating in the room was fantastic. I heard the room types are similar to those in Switzerland, and the hotel's architectural style also resembles Switzerland. There are shuttle buses within the scenic area, as well as pick-up and drop-off services to and from the station.

Close your eyes and rush to the hotel! The sanitation is super thorough, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is out in seconds. The facilities are complete and new, the WiFi is smooth, the service is intimate and not disturbed, and the business trip is suitable.

This hotel offers excellent service, is very clean, and the breakfast is quite good. The location is superb, truly a ski-in/ski-out property. Our room type even had a small balcony, and service calls were incredibly prompt. Since we booked a suite, the kids could play in the living room after falling asleep. The entire room was quite spacious, with plenty of space for our belongings, including large ski equipment bags. Plus, there's a small kitchen, which was very convenient.

The rooms are quite old and outdated. Compared to my first stay three years ago, the facilities and service are simply incomparable. The only upside is that the room is very spacious and has a dedicated kitchen. While there's no electric stove in the kitchen, its large size is great for storing things. The amenities are generally quite old; for instance, the magnifying mirror in the bathroom had come loose from its screws and fallen off. However, after I called, they sent someone to fix it immediately. On the day we checked in, the underfloor heating in both the living room and bedroom wasn't on, making it very cold. It only got slightly better on the second day. The overall heating supply is insufficient, and I had to wear thick clothes indoors. Compared to Wanda, the heating supply is much worse. The service on the night of check-in was good; the front desk even helped receive a package for me, which was convenient. However, after the front desk staff changed on the morning of the 25th, the service became very poor, especially from a female staff member standing on the left side. She answered 'I don't know' to everything. When I asked about the price of ski tickets, how to buy them, and if there were any discounts, she didn't even look up and replied that we needed to go out and find out ourselves, and that these questions were irrelevant to the hotel and she wouldn't answer them. The service in the breakfast restaurant on the first floor of the hotel was quite good, and the complimentary ginseng chicken soup set dinner was also delicious. The restaurant servers provided excellent service. Also, we stayed in a one-bedroom suite, and the living room had a sofa bed that could be pulled out for children, but the living room bathroom had no toiletries whatsoever. I had to call twice to get them delivered, which was very inconvenient.
