This hotel has its own hot spring, which is great, and the breakfast is also good. The front desk staff were excellent during check-in and with later communications. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, and even gave us free rafting tickets. The interior design is warm and inviting. For Changbai Mountain, this hotel offers really good value for money. The 'Heart-Picked Shop' (Xin Xuan Xiao Pu) inside the hotel is also very convenient! Highly recommended. They even thoughtfully provided two apples with our packed breakfast in the morning – truly attentive service. Thumbs up.

This was my second stay at a Wanda property. Because hotel prices were much higher than usual at Wanda during Chinese New Year, I opted for the Sheraton instead, even though two nights still cost nearly 7,000 RMB. But to my surprise, I was disappointed in every aspect… Firstly, on February 16th, as soon as I entered the lobby, I saw guests arguing with hotel staff. I wasn't sure about the specific reason, but I already had a bad feeling. Secondly, February 16th was Chinese New Year's Eve. My family of three was watching the Spring Festival Gala in the room, and when we tried to pull down the shower curtain, it was broken. After reporting it, we found that even when the curtain was down, it was still see-through… I nearly fainted! This might be okay for couples, but if you're traveling with friends or family with kids, wouldn't that be incredibly awkward? Then, when we were ready to sleep that night, we discovered an issue with the toilet – there was a constant dripping sound, which was driving me crazy. It was Chinese New Year and the middle of the night, so I decided to deal with it the next day. I communicated with the hotel concierge in the morning but never heard back about a resolution. After breakfast, I had to speak to the front desk myself to get a room change… It was a huge hassle, moving from one end of the hotel to the other (a very long walk, dragging suitcases for 10 minutes, and taking two different elevators). The most ridiculous part was that this concierge, after we checked in, enthusiastically recommended various paid activities to us, and we even booked some through him… Ha! During Chinese New Year, I didn't want to ruin our trip or make things difficult for the staff who were still working. So, I tried to keep my negative emotions to myself. However, an old, established hotel, even if it's been open for a long time, isn't excused from all problems. Proper equipment maintenance and staff quality training are just basic operational necessities, aren't they? If they only think about making money from customers' pockets without any sincerity, how far can they really go?

The price is cheap. Affordable. The place is small, and some people say showering can soak the toilet paper. I solved that problem with a plastic bag. The internet was sometimes slow, as it's a small hotel, so we couldn't take advantage of shared data. Each floor has its own WiFi, so if other people are using it, your speed will fluctuate, sometimes even slow, and sometimes even slow. I spent ages updating my computer software, but it still timed out.

I made a last-minute decision to visit Jilin with friends, primarily aiming for the sunrise at the top of Songhua Lake. We basically booked this hotel blindly, thinking it was close but worried we wouldn't find the way up. The experience exceeded our expectations! The service was very friendly and the check-in process was very clear. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. The location is truly great, and the complimentary service was excellent too! I have to mention something very important here! Since we're both clumsy, we couldn't find the entrance to the mountain even after setting off in the early morning. We had no choice but to return to the hotel to ask. I have to give a huge shout-out to Yu Changsheng and Zhang Jin! They thoughtfully escorted us to the entrance! They were truly angelic! Finally, I also want to give a shout-out to Li Honglei, the front desk clerk, who was also very considerate when I checked out today! All in all, if you're going to choose this hotel, go for it! (I hope I didn't mention the wrong name of the guide; I forgot to ask.)

This is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!

Stayed at Beidahu Ski Resort for 7 days, and it was a very pleasant experience. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we come to Beidahu. **Room size:** Plenty of space for two 30-inch suitcases and two snowboards. Having a private washing machine and laundry detergent was super convenient for washing ski socks and quick-drying clothes after skiing. Whenever we wanted to go to the ski resort, we just messaged the concierge in the group chat. The shuttle service was prompt, and they always made sure guests were on board. The entire process was well-organized. Just a small detail: We needed tissues after the cleaning lady had left for the day, and they were delivered very quickly. This shows that MT7 really puts effort into running their guesthouse. Some guesthouses at other ski resorts take forever to deliver things, or just don't have enough staff. The room was quiet, which was great for me as I have trouble sleeping; there was no noise at all. **One minor suggestion:** The cleaning staff sometimes rest and chat in the stairwell in the mornings. Perhaps they could keep their voices down a little. (The volume was actually fine, but I have very sensitive hearing.)

I was truly impressed! It was a last-minute, spontaneous trip, and I only remembered to book a hotel late in the evening. I went with a recommendation from a Trip.com advisor, and this hotel is definitely high-end. Every room is a suite, and it even comes with a humidifier, which is a huge plus for someone like me from the south. The whole place is equipped with Xiaomi smart home devices, and even in the off-season, you won't find a speck of dust on the bottom of a glass – the attention to detail is just amazing. They also delivered breakfast in the morning, and to my surprise, there's even a gym! The experience was truly wonderful 👍

Overall, it was pretty good. The room was spacious, and the heating and air conditioning were adequate; it was warm enough to wear just a light jacket. The hotel was relatively new, with no unpleasant odors, and the price was reasonable. The mattress was excellent, firm yet resilient, suitable even for those with back problems. The only drawbacks were: 1. The shower water pressure was weak and couldn't be turned up high. 2. There was loud entertainment noise from the street around 9 or 10 pm. 3. The soundproofing wasn't great; you could hear a child crying next door. Wearing earplugs would solve the problem.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was very good, and the hotel staff also provided local food tips, which was very considerate! The photo of the room was taken casually when checking out. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Overall, it is very good and I will come again next time!

They're such great young people, providing wonderful service even in this biting cold wind, truly demonstrating a strong service ethic. Pick-up Service: Yang Xuan, excellent! Polite and proactively helped with luggage. This young man is also a university student. Housekeeping: Very efficient, quick, and hardworking, like busy bees. Restaurant: Excellent, very clean. The chefs were also friendly and helpful. Fantastic. Room amenities are superb. Very comfortable to stay in. You can wash away the day's cold.
