Pet-friendly Hotels in Qinghai, China

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

The room is well-equipped and warm, and the sanitary conditions are also very good, especially the breakfast in the western restaurant on the first floor, which has many varieties and choices. The children enjoyed the meal very much. The service of the lady at the front desk was particularly warm and polite during check-in and check-out.

Nice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load).

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. It felt like a stylishly renovated studio apartment converted into a hotel, with floor-to-ceiling windows on almost three sides and even a bar counter with high stools! That was an unexpected bonus. Free parking was available, complimentary snacks were provided, and the nightstands even had wireless charging. Located on the 29th floor of the Wanda Plaza building, the view was quite good. However, being in the Wanda Plaza building and sharing elevators with many other hotels meant there were a lot of guests, making the elevator experience quite frustrating. Additionally, the towels, bath towels, and bathrobes were casually placed on the vanity and had hairs on them. Luckily, we had brought our own disposable toiletries. For some reason, the room had a strong food smell, making it feel like we were staying in a restaurant. It was a pity, considering the otherwise excellent facilities and decor. Since it was only for one night, we just put up with it. Perhaps those who enjoy strong food aromas wouldn't mind this particular aspect. All in all, the hotel was still pretty good.

The room is clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, the facilities are complete, but a bit old, the car is very convenient to park in the hotel courtyard, there are small restaurants and supermarkets around, the bedding is excellent, the night is quiet, and the pet is very friendly.

After staying, I felt that my choice was correct. I really admire the hotel's service staff. I didn't say anything and took our 3 26-inch suitcases and 2 people to the third floor in one breath (at least the 4th floor in our south, because the hotel on the second floor also made a western restaurant, coffee bar). I want to especially like the staff service attitude, the friend is a bit high, immediately send the oxygen pillow, and teach us how to use it. In short, it is the most comfortable and experienced hotel in my Gannan trip!

We booked a comfortable family room for two nights. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was good, situated above Wangfujing Life Plaza, conveniently located at the meeting point for our day tour. Shopping and dining options were also nearby. The front desk even provided complimentary snacks upon check-in. The only drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning (although the room had a fan). Xining was quite hot when we visited, and we woke up several times during the night due to the heat. Those who require air conditioning should consider this hotel. Also, the hotel is located on the 29th floor, and with many hotels above it, elevators are scarce, leading to long wait times during peak hours.

A really good store, whether in terms of service, hygiene, or facilities, it has full marks. At this price, the cost performance is very high! Near Wuyue Plaza, the store is at an intersection, you can see the sign, the front desk is on the first floor, check in and take the elevator upstairs! There is a restaurant and a laundry room on the first floor, which are quite complete! The two young ladies at the front desk provide very good service, speak softly, and are skilled and neat in their work! A small refrigerator is provided, and mineral water is given for free! The hygiene is also very good, and the room attendants on the floor are very thoughtful! When checking out, there are also small gifts, which is very heartwarming! In short, it is a store that exceeds expectations a lot. It is indeed the first choice if you live nearby! Recommended

I chose this hotel online for a long time. The stay experience far exceeded expectations. It is definitely Xining's preferred treasure residence! The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the decoration is simple and atmospheric without losing warmth, the public areas are well organized, the room is well lit, well ventilated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the toiletries are complete and the quality is online, and the stay is particularly comfortable. The price/performance ratio is full of surprises. It is difficult to find such a high-quality accommodation at the same price. Whether it is a business trip or a travel trip, it is particularly cost-effective. The location is excellent, very close to Wanda, a few minutes walk to reach, the surrounding dining, shopping, entertainment facilities are all available, eating and shopping are very convenient, travel is also worry-free. The most impressive thing is the small voice assistant in the room, the whole process of voice control, switch lights, switch curtains, music do not need to be done, the operation is simple and convenient, listen to songs in your leisure time to relax, the experience is directly full. The corridor is also intimately arranged with small health knowledge, the details are full of care, people feel warm. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. From check-in to check-out, the whole process is warm and thoughtful, patient and meticulous. Any needs can be responded to and solved in time.
