The owner was incredibly warm and friendly, even offering pick-up and drop-off services. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the hot water for showering was excellent. The location was convenient yet quiet. During Chinese New Year, it was extremely busy, and we couldn't get tickets, but the owner went out of her way to help us secure them. The food was absolutely delicious – we tried the Yellow River catfish, free-range chicken, stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots, and various wild vegetables, all of which tasted fantastic. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel is very good and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant.
What made the stay even better was the excellent service from the staff. In particular, Jason provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. He was very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a great impression.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at North Shore Yunjing with my parents, and they were very satisfied. The room was large and comfortable. My parents were very satisfied with the mattress. The toilet in the house was very advanced and had a cleaning function, which was great! I saw that some elders also provided us with buckwheat pillows and footbaths. It was really thoughtful! We loved it.
The breakfast selection was very rich, especially various fruits, noodles, wontons, stir-fried vegetables, porridge, yogurt, and there were many choices. The waiters were also very enthusiastic, making people feel very comfortable. The whistle noodles and cold noodles for supper were so delicious! There were fruit plates given away every day, and we were also given rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival. Very thoughtful.
The service in the Xinghui Teahouse below the hotel was also very good and sincere. They introduced us to the history of various teas and let us taste tea slowly (even though we took the hotel's free tea gift card, they also served sincerely) without the feeling of having to sell you something. I really like it 👍
The golf course in the hotel is very suitable for children to practice, not bad!
The hotel is close to the Han River and the wetland park, and the environment is elegant! I recommend going to the wetland park, which is very green, large and free.
In short, we are very satisfied!

Stepping into the hotel, I was greeted by an exquisite floral display right at the entrance – I had to pull out my phone to capture it! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with my luggage and offering a warm cup of brown sugar ginger tea. After checking in, they personally escorted me to my room, patiently explaining the breakfast location and times, the convenient back exit of the hotel, and how to use all the in-room amenities, including the mini-bar. The service was truly excellent. My room was spacious and wonderfully bright during the day, making it feel very open and comfortable. I booked the 'Mu Chi' King Room this time, and the experience was fantastic – great water flow and stable pressure for a really relaxing shower. Overall, the room was clean and tidy, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. This hotel is definitely worth it when visiting Xi'an. The room itself is also very attractive, with all the necessary facilities, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully soft bedding. It's a top-rated hotel and well worth staying at.

Here's why I loved my stay – comfortable and close to everything!
❤️ The Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is right downstairs, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda feels like it's right by my bed. At night, I could even use the pagoda bells as a soothing white noise to fall asleep. No need to rush anywhere; while everyone else was bustling around in the afternoon, I was enjoying tea and watching the pagoda. As the sun set and the crowds thinned, I'd step out for a leisurely stroll, soaking in the beautiful scenery and taking my time with photos.
❤️ This hotel genuinely cares about its guests' well-being, especially when it comes to food. As soon as I checked in, the front desk offered me a warm jujube and ginger tea. In the afternoon, when I ordered coffee, it came with some delightful pastries. And after a day out, they even had a small bowl of tomato beef noodles ready as a late-night snack. It's like they knew what my stomach wanted even better than I did!
❤️ The hotel has one main entrance but several exits leading in different directions, which made me want to explore this little maze rather than just stay in my room. Each exit offered a different view and led to a different area. I felt just like Sophie in Howl's Moving Castle, stepping into a new, magical world.
❤️ Staying here included a personal butler who gave me a tour and introduction to Ci'en Temple and Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. No need to worry about buying tickets or hiring a guide. If I woke up early, I could even go light some incense and pray for my family and myself.

The room offers an absolutely stunning view. With the window open, you're looking right at the ancient city wall – historic blue bricks by day, and a dazzling display of lights by night. It's a truly immersive way to experience the charm of Chang'an. The location is convenient, it's clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent. Lying in bed and gazing at the city wall is an experience that's incredibly worthwhile. This is definitely my top choice for any future visits to Xi'an!

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful.
I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom.
Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

After studying in Xi'an for four years, I've stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an, W Xi'an, InterContinental Xi'an North, and InterContinental Xi'an High-tech Zone. Among them, W Xi'an stands out as an industry benchmark in terms of both hardware and environment.
As W Hotels' flagship property in Asia, W Xi'an boasts top-tier professional standards and facilities on the mainland, all at a reasonable price.
From the moment I arrived, someone immediately came to assist with my luggage. At the front desk, the 'front desk sister' upgraded my room by two categories – first to the 12th floor, then further to the 18th floor. I also received a late checkout until 3 PM. During my stay, they provided numerous bottles of mineral water, toothbrushes, and razors. I even got to experience their 'Tipsy Duo' cocktail package. The service attitude was absolutely top-notch.
The service was excellent, and the environment was lovely. It was a fantastic experience, definitely worth multiple stays.

Our first night at the Huimin Street Ji Hotel in Xi'an, we southerners finally experienced the 'dry magic' of the north – our skin was practically begging for the humidity of home! We immediately requested a room change, just for a breath of fresh air. The staff were like they had 'friendliness sensors'; they instantly understood our 'climate anxiety' and even thoughtfully brought us a triple dose of fruit to revive us. After three nights, we've been completely won over by Ji Hotel's attention to detail. Next time I travel, I'll probably automatically book with them again~ 😂 Oh, and a side note: the robot waiter was also working incredibly hard! 😁😁

Facilities: The newly renovated hotel is very clean, maintaining the characteristic features of Yan'an cave dwellings. The rooms are basically fully automated with smart technology. The bathrooms are clean and hygienic, with no odors or sewage backflow issues.
Hygiene: Excellent. The towels are new, clean, and soft. The bedding is also very skin-friendly, especially the pillows, which are the perfect height—perfect for those with cervical spondylosis.
Environment: Superb. Built against the mountainside, surrounded by green hills, the air is fresh, making it a perfect summer retreat. The rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, but you almost only need to turn on the ceiling fan.
Service: Five-star service, especially from Ms. Chen Xueyan at the front desk. Her service attitude was top-notch—gentle, patient, and proactively helping to plan travel routes, understanding customer needs, and enthusiastically resolving them. The beautiful and kind Ms. Chen left a deep and wonderful impression on our family's trip to Yan'an.
Finally, I want to clarify that I am not a shill; I am just an ordinary tourist with a strong sense of patriotism. Choosing this hotel was unintentional, but it unexpectedly became my happiest and most enjoyable experience. A truly worthwhile trip. Looking forward to my next trip to Yan'an, and wishing Shiyao Hotel and Ms. Chen all the best.

The homestay I stayed at this time was beyond expectations! Opposite is Daming Palace National Park, the location is excellent, the business is prosperous, close to the subway, to the Bell Tower, Datang Everbright City attractions a few stops, more convenient than driving, nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, eating and shopping is very convenient, the community quality is high, the lobby is luxurious, The room is spacious and bright, light luxury style, beautiful design, five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms of the large flat floor, very practical, we just stayed in a group of 10 people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which adds a lot of fun to our group's leisure time, as warm and comfortable as at home, a very pleasant travel experience.
GGuest UserThe inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business
LL. LimJoke Inn's location is phenomenal - right in the heart of Xi'an with the Centre Art & Culture right on the Shuyuanmen Walking Lane behind, Beilin Museum a stone's throw away and the YongNing Entrance to the Xi'an Wall right in front of the museum!
Location aside, the different room configurations are really charming - adding to the joy of living amidst Chinese Heritage buildings. The Heating is superb for winter too. Our family of 4 (2 teens) have been enjoying the comfort of our room, spending family time together in the room rather than simply zipping in and out of the typical standard hotels - if getting 2 queen beds is even possible these days. Spending a day in doesn't feel wasted!
The service staff here are warm, helpful and more like family friends than service staff. We are returning to Joke Inn the next time we're in Xi'an... And will recommend Joke Inn to families wanting to travel in comfort.
Thank you!!
MM862346****I genuinely recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service attitude was very friendly. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting around is convenient. It's quiet at night, not noisy at all, so I slept incredibly well. The value for money far exceeded my expectations, and it's definitely worth experiencing!
GGuest UserThe owner was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I had originally booked a double room, but they kindly upgraded us to a triple room for free. The guesthouse is very conveniently located near the train station, and it offers great value for money!
GGuest UserChoosing Yingju this time was such a wise decision! The location is superb, just 100 meters from the Terracotta Warriors ticket gate. We got up early and chose to enter at 8:30 am, which was great because it was the off-season and there were fewer people. The owners were very welcoming and provided excellent service. The owner is a great cook, and the breakfast was especially heartwarming. We had a wonderful time chatting and drinking tea in the tea room and courtyard after seeing the Terracotta Warriors in the evening and at noon. They even gave me several large pomegranates to take home! The room was very clean. The owner used to work in the mattress industry, and he said the mattresses in the rooms cost 20,000 yuan each. The bathroom amenities were also very thoughtful. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. For someone like me who travels frequently for work and is tired of hotels, a guesthouse is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Our trip was too rushed, otherwise I really wanted to stay longer. The off-season, the good weather, the quiet village, basking in the sun, drinking tea, and chatting – this is life!

AAna KarinaWe arrived at 6 pm and the room was not ready. They explained they offered late check out and that’s why it wasn’t cleaned yet,. However, they offer us a late check too and took our luggage to the room when it was ready while we had dinner and explored the city. They give you a code to enter the room. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family (2 Adults + 2 Kids). It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!!! The toilets were modern. It had a kitchen that we didn’t use. It also had a washing machine with a place to dry the clothes! This really save us! The location was great, right in the city’s heart. We arrived at Xian north and it has a direct metro line 2 (27 min). You also have the Muslim quarter from 1 metro station stop. I would definitely recommend it and would have liked to stay longer.
DDaludepengyouquanI've been to Xi'an many times, and this stay far exceeded my expectations! It was truly excellent!
The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to get around. It's in the bustling mainstream shopping area, Chang'an Twelve Hours Street. You can see the vibrant city life from the hotel windows, yet it's very quiet, with great soundproofing. Stepping downstairs puts you right in a paradise for strolling, shopping, and dining!
There's a Yintai shopping mall nearby where you can grab coffee and clothes. The Hema Fresh supermarket offers a great shopping experience, and I even found some beautiful accessories in the shopping area across the street! So happy!
The room itself is quite spacious and well-proportioned, with a cleverly designed layout. The interior is clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable – I slept soundly until morning!
The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient. Lucky Mark, in particular, handled check-in very quickly. The overall service was on point, and as a travel blogger who values every aspect of a trip, the value for money here was exceptional!
This Ascott hotel is genuinely perfect for extended stays or long-term living. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe bedding in the room is very soft and comfortable, the air conditioner is powerful, the shower water heater is easy to use, and the hair dryer is also powerful. Breakfast starts at 6:30, and steamed buns, eggs and fried dough sticks are included in the room rate. The homestay is at the foot of Huashan Mountain, and you can see the mountain from the window. The most important thing is that the owner of the homestay is very enthusiastic. He picks up and drops off tourists from the train station to the homestay. He starts picking up and dropping off tourists to and from Huashan Scenic Area at 7 o'clock in the morning and is available at any time. At 8:30 every night, he will also explain the route of Huashan Mountain to tourists. It feels like home.
HHongyunhuafuA very happy accommodation experience
The store owner's brother and sister-in-law are very hospitable. We watched the performance of Song of Everlasting Regret at 9:05 pm, and the store owner's brother sent us to the entrance of Song of Everlasting Regret to pick up the tickets. The next day, I wanted to take a taxi to the Terracotta Warriors, and the brother took the initiative to send us to the Terracotta Warriors ticket gate
The brother and sister-in-law were very enthusiastic and gave us hand-painted fans that they painted by themselves. It was really the happiest accommodation of this trip.
Accommodation environment:
The bedding and the hygiene in the room were very clean. Whatever the pictures taken by the store owner looked like, it was what it looked like when you lived there. It was safe and reliable.
Breakfast:
The breakfast was made by the store owner himself, delicious food, and the steamed buns were also very authentic.
I rarely give reviews to stores 😊 (because I'm lazy) This store is really worth staying in
