Staying at a hotel near the Bell Tower in Xi'an was incredibly convenient for getting around. I could easily walk to the Muslim Quarter and the City Wall. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had an amazing view of the Bell Tower at night, which was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff were really friendly and even gave great recommendations for local food. Breakfast included Roujiamo and Hurat汤 (Spicy Soup), which were authentic and filling. Although parking was a bit of a hassle, the overall value for money was excellent. It’s definitely an ideal base to experience the charm of this ancient capital.
This isn't just a place to stay, it's a little sanctuary. It's quiet and peaceful, beautifully decorated, and every corner is picture-perfect. Just being here feels so relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. It's wonderfully relaxing at the foot of Mount Hua, the food here is affordable, and the shuttle service to and from the station was super convenient for us. Extremely satisfied!

Excellent Hotel Stay in Xi'an
The location of this hotel is absolutely superb. Within a ten-minute walk, you can reach the Great Ci'en Temple, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. Various famous local eateries are also easily accessible on foot. Coinciding with a public holiday, there were often traffic controls around the scenic spots, but staying here meant we were completely unaffected, making getting around exceptionally convenient.
I booked a family room, which came with its own private small courtyard and could accommodate up to four people. Before our arrival, the courtyard staff thoughtfully prepared the sofa bed in the living room and even placed a screen in the middle, balancing practicality with privacy. Their service attitude was very friendly.
The hotel's luggage service was also incredibly hassle-free. Upon check-in, luggage staff delivered our bags directly to our room, and luggage storage after check-out was also extremely convenient. Most impressively, after checking out and storing our luggage, we encountered traffic controls on our way back. After calling the hotel to explain the situation, the staff immediately delivered our luggage safely to our specified location, saving us a trip back to pick it up. The entire process was efficient and considerate.
Next time I visit Xi'an, this will definitely remain my top choice for accommodation.

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful.
I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom.
Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

I stayed at North Shore Yunjing with my parents, and they were very satisfied. The room was large and comfortable. My parents were very satisfied with the mattress. The toilet in the house was very advanced and had a cleaning function, which was great! I saw that some elders also provided us with buckwheat pillows and footbaths. It was really thoughtful! We loved it.
The breakfast selection was very rich, especially various fruits, noodles, wontons, stir-fried vegetables, porridge, yogurt, and there were many choices. The waiters were also very enthusiastic, making people feel very comfortable. The whistle noodles and cold noodles for supper were so delicious! There were fruit plates given away every day, and we were also given rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival. Very thoughtful.
The service in the Xinghui Teahouse below the hotel was also very good and sincere. They introduced us to the history of various teas and let us taste tea slowly (even though we took the hotel's free tea gift card, they also served sincerely) without the feeling of having to sell you something. I really like it 👍
The golf course in the hotel is very suitable for children to practice, not bad!
The hotel is close to the Han River and the wetland park, and the environment is elegant! I recommend going to the wetland park, which is very green, large and free.
In short, we are very satisfied!

The room was bigger and cleaner than the one next door. The first room I was given was a bit noisy, but after mentioning it to the front desk, they promptly helped us switch. The service attitude was great, and they were very efficient. The two-meter bed was also very comfortable to sleep on. There are two cute cats at the hotel. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I was absolutely blown away by the lake view room at W Xi'an! It truly lives up to its reputation as Asia's flagship luxury trendy hotel. Choosing a lake view room was definitely the best decision of my trip to Xi'an ✨
The room is incredibly spacious and expansive, with an open and grand layout. The modern, trendy design mixed with elements of the prosperous Tang Dynasty era gives it a sophisticated feel. The entire panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows plus the private viewing balcony offer an unbeatable view, directly facing Qujiang Lake with a 180-degree vista. Opening the window reveals the shimmering lake and lush greenery everywhere. In the morning, I was gently awakened by the sunlight and lake view, with a misty lake creating a fantastic atmosphere. In the evening, I watched the sunset paint the sky red, and after nightfall, the twinkling lights of the city blended with the nightscape of Qujiang. Whether lying in bed or sitting on the balcony, I could immerse myself in the stunning night views of Chang'an, even glimpsing the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance. Every moment was a healing masterpiece.
The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, making for a super comfortable sleep – I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathtub by the window also allowed me to enjoy the lake view while soaking, making for a truly relaxing experience.

I came here for a conference and then decided to extend my stay for the weekend to explore Xi'an like a special forces soldier. After comparing several options, I chose Zhiyincheng Hotel.
**Location:** It's a short walk from Gate 3 of Joy City. If you're taking a taxi, set your destination to the Westin Hotel. It's quite close to the subway, specifically Exit B of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda station. It's incredibly convenient for getting around. Plus, it's very close to famous attractions like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda light show, Datang Everbright City, and Da Ci'en Temple. The hotel's interior design is unique and perfect for taking photos.
**Service:** The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. I took Metro Line 4 from Xi'an North Station, and when I was about to arrive, I messaged the concierge. They met me at the subway station and helped me with my luggage. As soon as I entered the hotel, they immediately offered me a refreshing glass of sour plum juice, which was delicious. I went out to explore after dropping off my luggage, and when I returned in the evening, I actually forgot my room number! I asked the front desk attendant for help, and instead of getting annoyed, she immediately looked up my room number and even had my late-night snack delivered to my room. The next morning, I realized my period had started early and asked the front desk for help. They promptly sent up sanitary products; it was incredibly thoughtful.
**Cleanliness:** Very clean and hygienic.
**Facilities:** Smart toilet, large TV, smart curtains, smart vanity mirror… the room's amenities are quite modern. I particularly liked the placement of the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. It's perfectly aligned with normal usage habits, unlike some hotels where it's placed behind the toilet, requiring you to strain your back to reach it. The mirror is a dream for anyone who wears makeup. The only minor drawback was the shower. The showerhead holder is fixed to the wall and is quite high. For someone short like me, it's not very user-friendly. When showering, after rinsing off, if I wanted to hang the showerhead back up and then get some body wash, I had to stand on tiptoes to reach it, which can be quite dangerous in a wet shower. Also, the holder wasn't very easy to insert the showerhead into, so that was a bit inconvenient.
**Breakfast:** The selection was neither too much nor too little, but it felt just right. Both mornings, the staff at the cooking station were wonderful and very enthusiastic, making guests feel energized right from the start. During my meal, I saw a foreign guest who seemed to want a sunny-side-up egg. Although the server might not have fully understood what the guest wanted in English, they made a great effort to communicate through gestures and eventually understood the guest's request. I thought this was excellent and truly demonstrated our country's hospitality.
**Chinese or Western Afternoon Tea (choose one):** The sugar cookies were delicious. I forgot what kind of coffee beans I ordered, but they were incredibly smooth. I ordered an Americano, and it had a sweet aftertaste, which was very pleasant.
**Travel Photography:** The hotel provides complimentary travel photography services. The makeup artist, photographer, and their assistant were all excellent and very professional. They communicated patiently with me, and the entire photoshoot was very enjoyable. I was extremely satisfied with the final photos.
**Value for Money:** Some people might feel that Zhiyincheng Hotel is slightly more expensive than nearby hotels. However, I believe its service, location, and amenities make it well worth the price. The next time I visit Xi'an, I would still choose Zhiyincheng Hotel.

Very Good
SShoumiaoWe were five grown men and had a very comfortable stay. This is a B&B in the residential complex. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, and well-equipped. The floor heating was very warm, even with the windows open, it wasn't cold, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The complex is well-managed, and it's right next to Wanda and two snack streets! There's a wide variety of food options, but eating in the room was so comfortable that we deliberately packed up for two nights and played mahjong and poker afterwards...we didn't want to go out. Transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Two of the bedrooms are small suites, one with a private bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Three bathrooms are definitely enough. In short, living in this large flat is really comfortable!
GGuest UserThe inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business
JJiuyuemeiIt's about a 10-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, and the subway station is close by, making it easy to explore and grab food without going out of your way. There's also a convenience store nearby. The room is cozy and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning and hot water work great. It really has a local feel! The owner sent check-in instructions in advance and warmly introduced local attractions upon arrival. They even helped me call a taxi when I checked out, just like a friendly acquaintance. Absolutely great value for money! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an immersive experience of the old city's vibrant atmosphere.
MM862346****I genuinely recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service attitude was very friendly. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting around is convenient. It's quiet at night, not noisy at all, so I slept incredibly well. The value for money far exceeded my expectations, and it's definitely worth experiencing!
__WeChat287684****Great value for money, and the hotel location is very convenient for transportation. Check-in at the front desk was smooth and quick, and the self-service kiosks were easy to use. The room was spacious and bright with large windows, well-equipped, and quiet. The service attitude was excellent. It's a great choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure! Thumbs up! 👍🏻
GGuest UserThe owners are amazing cooks! Our whole family loved it. After breakfast, we knew we'd definitely eat here again for lunch. It's very close to the scenic area entrance/exit. My mother is a picky eater, but she really enjoyed it. Otherwise, I really wouldn't know where to find a suitable place for her elderly mother to eat. It's a quiet place, and the owners were very friendly. These two meals were the best we had in Xi'an, perfectly suited to our tastes. The cooking is divine! The guesthouse was also very clean. The owner's wife is a meticulous person. I didn't take any photos of the guesthouse. Today was the off-season for the Terracotta Warriors, which was perfect. The director was also found with the help of the owners, which was convenient. I wish them booming business!

GGuest UserWe arrived at 6 pm and the room was not ready. They explained they offered late check out and that’s why it wasn’t cleaned yet,. However, they offer us a late check too and took our luggage to the room when it was ready while we had dinner and explored the city. They give you a code to enter the room. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family (2 Adults + 2 Kids). It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!!! The toilets were modern. It had a kitchen that we didn’t use. It also had a washing machine with a place to dry the clothes! This really save us! The location was great, right in the city’s heart. We arrived at Xian north and it has a direct metro line 2 (27 min). You also have the Muslim quarter from 1 metro station stop. I would definitely recommend it and would have liked to stay longer.
GGuest UserThe Best Hotel Experience in China!
I have traveled to many places, but this hotel was by far the best I’ve stayed at in China! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I was truly, truly surprised. Their level of hospitality is exceptional—they go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels special.
The rooms are immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The service is simply outstanding, always attentive and professional, yet incredibly friendly.
The hotel’s location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the city.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to China. I will definitely be coming back!
GGuest UserExcept for the comfortable bed, I really don’t dare to comment. There is no hot water. The left and right switches are cold water for half an hour.
GGuest UserThe Chinese-style decorated room is very stylish and the environment is clean and tidy. The country homestay is very quiet and close to the scenic spot. The owner was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to send us to the Terracotta Warriors. After the tour, he also sent us to the nearby subway entrance to facilitate our transportation.
