Very beautiful hotel, beautiful architecture, spacious rooms, rich breakfast, taste good, very satisfactory, but the wooden floor has some crackling sounds.

The old-fashioned elevator was interesting! The triple room was quite large, but the layout was a bit odd; there was a big walk-in closet that wasn't very useful, so the actual usable space wasn't huge. The free minibar was great, and there was plenty of water! The service was also excellent. It's quite hard to get a taxi in Genoa, but the front desk staff were very patient and friendly, helping to call taxis or give directions for public transport. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience. The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

We stayed at Hotel San Desiderio for four nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making us feel as if we were staying in our own home rather than a hotel. Their warm hospitality made our trip even more special. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the beach and the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. We also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, which is beautifully decorated with photographs and paintings that give it a unique and artistic charm. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Hotel San Desiderio to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and authentic place to stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

I would definitely come back to this hotel and choose to stay in Monterosso again when I go back to Cinque Terre! Highly recommend this to friends and family as well! The location is very good, just walking distance to train station, beach and the lively ***** of Monterosso is just minutes away, the staff is very responsive, love that I always come home late in the day to a very clean bedroom, the breakfast has a very good spread and nice atmosphere as well which is a fantastic way to start the day, and if you leave early before breakfast starts, they offer you at least the cappuccino. They offer free beach towel and beach umbrella as well which is great! Hopefully I would be back again as I’m from the other side of the world. Thanks for my delightful and unforgettable stay not just to the hotel but to Monterosso in general!

Spacious room. Very close to train station. Hostess was absolutely marvellous, she suggested I visit Portovenere and it turned out to be a nice trip.

The location is very convenient, situated near major tourist attractions, the airport, and public transport links, including a bus stop nearby. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores within walking distance, as well as many good restaurants, cafes, and local street food options. It is close to both sightseeing areas and the conference venue, making it easy to get around. The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first if you are not familiar with the surrounding alleys, but it is very close to the main road, so this was only a minor issue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was particularly convenient when travelling with luggage.

My stay at Hotel Bristol Palace was truly delightful. The hotel is exceptionally elegant, with stunning classic decoration that gives it a timeless charm. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained. The staff were highly professional—polite, attentive, and genuinely insightful in offering recommendations and local information, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety and quality to start the day right. A refined and comfortable stay—I would absolutely return.

The hotel is beautiful, and the room was lovely, but the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms as if they were in your own. No compensation was offered, and the 30€ per night for parking was only mentioned upon arrival. It's a shame because everything else was top-notch.

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
