Best Western Regina Elena is an average hotel with decent service. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either. Parking was a bit pricey, and while the room was okay overall, the bathroom was quite small.
Breakfast was simple, with an okay selection — enough to get you started for the day, but nothing memorable.
It’s fine for a short stay, but don’t expect anything fancy.
Do not check in! It looks glamorous on the surface, but it's full of traps. Cut your losses and leave immediately. This is a hotel in the mountains, and I booked three nights. I didn't know that to get to Cinque Terre, I had to take a bus for about two hours to La Spezia and transfer, and there were no buses on Sundays. I needed to go to Milan that day, and the hotel refused to refund my money, offering to call a taxi for 50 euros. Didn't you tell me there were no buses on Sundays when I booked the hotel? Is it reasonable for you not to refund my money now? Furthermore, there are no restaurants around the hotel in the mountains; you can only book through the hotel, and my reservation number was 1. For dinner, I asked the head waiter for some Italian specialties, and he recommended minced meat pasta. In the end, that was all the pasta served! At the next table, table number 2, an Italian-Chinese diner ordered an Italian salad with ham and kept winking at me while eating. I forced myself to finish the not-so-good pasta and left. They promised to provide breakfast, but it didn't start until 7:10 am. The bus arrived at 7:30 am, and it was a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. After that, there were no more buses. They completely controlled my time. Ancient lands, modern people do not relax. The only way is to cut your losses in time, leave two days in advance, stay only one night, and bear the losses yourself.
La Spezia is truly a beautiful city – it's very clean, and the people are super friendly. The accommodation is right above the train station, which couldn't be more convenient for visiting Cinque Terre. They offer free parking, but I accidentally parked in the wrong spot and got fined 10 euros by the parking attendant. Totally my bad, so everyone, learn from my mistake! There's an amazing steakhouse nearby called Nana; we had the most authentic Italian steak there, and it was incredible value for money. Overall, this place offers fantastic value, and the staff are really friendly. Highly recommend!
Классный отель с дружественной атмосферой! С удовольствием приеду еще раз! Отлично подойдет для молодёжи. Только кровати металлические и жесткий матрас.. все остальное просто супер!
Charming Stay at Hotel Firenze e Continentale!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hotel Firenze e Continentale offers a fantastic location with stunning views of the Arno River and easy access to the heart of Florence. The rooms are elegant, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff is attentive and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience. A perfect choice for anyone looking to explore Florence in style and comfort!
It is indeed the same retro style as in the pictures, the room is nice, the bathroom is big, and the location is also very good, facing the train station. The only drawback is that the breakfast has few varieties and mainly cold food.
It was stormy in the evening when we arrived, and several of us almost couldn't hold on, but luckily, the sun was shining brightly the next day, and we saw the beauty of Riomaggiore, the first village in the Cinque Terre.
Facilities: The hotel is a converted private villa, and there are restrictions on electricity usage. In terms of heating, it starts at 6 o'clock every night. The heating is very sufficient and dried all our clothes that were soaked in the rain. The room is too small
Cleanliness: The room is very clean
Environment: The hotel is in a very good location, with beautiful scenery outside the window and a small balcony.
Service: The front desk is very welcoming.

Great
GGuest UserThe old-fashioned elevator was interesting! The triple room was quite large, but the layout was a bit odd; there was a big walk-in closet that wasn't very useful, so the actual usable space wasn't huge. The free minibar was great, and there was plenty of water! The service was also excellent. It's quite hard to get a taxi in Genoa, but the front desk staff were very patient and friendly, helping to call taxis or give directions for public transport. I would definitely consider staying here again.
DDayday tripHotel: Neat
Location: **At 2 minutes walking distance
Parking: The hotel has valet parking for a fee, but pick up 15 minutes early every day
Staff: In addition to the parking receptionist at the door, the mental outlook of other employees needs to be improved, no smile, indifferent work attitude, follow the reception desk to ask him to pick up the car first, the reply received is that he must wait in place, we waited in the cold wind for 15 minutes every day
GGuest UserThe staircase is a highlight, the food at Giotto restaurant is quite good, the location is very convenient, there's a shopping street downstairs, there's valet parking, and the rooms are quite spacious.

TTravelereNice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

GGuest UserHotel location is a little far from the train station but close to the commercial area. It is walkable to the mariner and good for visiting cinque terre.
GGuest UserVery good location. Parking for free and really big . Stuff very friendly and helpful and kind and professional.
. Delicious breakfast. Clean rooms . Soft white new towels and bad set . Nice bar and pool
With gorgeous view . Very very warm atmosphere. We came for 1 night and love that and got 5 nights after . Recommend . Price and facilities worth it .
