Location is good. Service valet and parking area not good. they don't even help you get luggage or things. Paid late check out which is normal but reception didn't inform me the key card will not work at all and need security guard to open the room. I only found out 2 hours before my check out as I am out the whole time and had a lot of last minute errands when I arrived I can't open the room and I had things with me and needed to go down again and tell them. I mean no point to have your key card if U cant open the room anymore.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a property with truly amazing amenities. The location is very accessible to AyalaMalls Manila Bay, making it convenient for shopping and dining activities. The hospitable personnel made the experience even more enjoyable, offering warm and attentive service throughout my stay. The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, which provided plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. Overall, this property offers a delightful combination of comfort, accessibility, and excellent service.

We enjoyed it! The view from the 11th floor is nice and beautiful. The location of Red Planet Binondo is also very convenient because it is close to Chinatown food trips and Binondo Church, and the staff is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Overall, we loved our stay and hope we can come back again someday because it was a great experience.

Our family had an excellent stay at Manila Prince Hotel—truly a memorable experience from start to finish. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. From the courteous guards who greeted us warmly upon arrival, to the helpful bell boys—especially John—who assisted us with a smile, the hospitality was consistent throughout. At the front desk, Paulo and Shane ensured a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. Housekeeping, led by Erika, kept our room spotless and comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also enjoyed the dining experience—special thanks to the chef at the egg station for the delicious breakfast. We always felt happy and satisfied every time we stayed here. Previously, Jomar was the one who consistently accommodated us during the breakfast buffet, making everything smooth and perfect. This time, Jimpaul provided the same level of excellent service—attentive, friendly, and reliable—which we truly appreciated. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The service, the food, and the warm atmosphere made our family feel right at home. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back!

We’ve stayed at Bellevue countless times, but this visit was truly unforgettable because it coincided with one of the most important milestones—my mom’s birthday. From the moment we reached out, the management showed genuine care. We only requested a small birthday cake, fully aware that such requests are often difficult to grant. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was decent but could definitely be improved. There were not many fruit options, and the breakfast selection mostly consisted of heavy meals like rice, noodles, sushi, and cakes. It was filling if you enjoy those kinds of breakfast foods, although it may not suit everyone. The hotel was very busy during all the days we stayed, so the breakfast area and common spaces were often crowded. Our room itself was fine — the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the toilet had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony facing Manila Bay and the swimming pool, and the view was lovely. The location was also a bit inconvenient as it is away from the city centre and main road, so we had to rely on GRAB transport services to get around. Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they do not have designated floors for guests with pets. The receptionist informed us that all guests are mixed together. They also do not have a designated quiet floor. Because the walls are not very soundproof, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, dogs barking, and children running along the corridor at night. We were unlucky to be placed near a dog that barked frequently, which made it difficult to rest and sleep properly. We reported the issue, and the staff did respond and likely spoke with the other guests, but of course it is difficult to fully control noise from children and pets. Another issue was that the lobby is located on a different floor level, so security did not seem very strict. Guests were able to bring multiple visitors into their rooms quite easily, and unfortunately some of them were noisy and loud late at night. Overall, while the staff service and the location/view were good, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay, and unfortunately we would not stay here again.

This is the view from the hotel, it's very beautiful, and the location is also very convenient with many services such as restaurants, clubs, massage parlors, convenience stores. It's a fairly lively area at night. The room was quite clean upon check-in, but perhaps because the room is old, the bathroom smelled a bit musty.

Hotel staffs were super friendly, from hotel entrance door the security guard down to room cleaning staffs, all shows a friendly smiles, very polite, kind and respectable staff. but I was hoping they could give some priviledge to a frequent regular hotel patrons or hotel guests like me to give extra hour for late checkout to attend a BRUNCH meetings so i wont be rushing back to hotel to pack my things to checkout before 2pm as my flight is at 8pm onward hoping for their consideration for late checkput at 5pm without additional fees charge on me thank you

Stayed at B Hotel Alabang for an overnight stay last March 7, and overall it was a good experience for a budget hotel. Check-in was smooth. Since we booked everything through Trip.com, the staff also waived the deposit, which made the process even easier. The room was clean and everything was working properly. The Wi-Fi connection was decent, the bathroom was clean, and the hot water heater worked well. The TV seemed to be connected through Wi-Fi instead of cable, so there was a bit of latency when watching, but it wasn’t a big issue during our stay. Checkout took a little longer because the room needed to be inspected first. That said, the front desk kept following up promptly, which we appreciated. It seemed like the staff assigned to check rooms was just busy at the time, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience. Breakfast had limited options, but my wife was happy because they had her favorite dish—giniling. Considering that this is a budget hotel, we felt that we definitely got our money’s worth. Clean room, decent Wi-Fi, functioning amenities, and helpful staff made for a comfortable overnight stay. 👍
