GGuest UserMy friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years.
For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

AAnonymous UserThis time, we celebrated our anniversary by staying in an Executive Room at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou, and the overall experience was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, the bellboy promptly came over to help with our luggage, and then we checked in directly at the Executive Lounge. It was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in line at the main lobby. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a card and a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very nice touch.
What left the deepest impression was the service. No matter where we were in the hotel, every staff member we encountered greeted us kindly, making us feel right at home. I'd especially like to commend Nicolo from the Executive Lounge, Oriental Club. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming. Every time we visited the Executive Lounge, he remembered our names and always chatted with us pleasantly, with a smile on his face. His service was professional and friendly, adding many wonderful memories to our trip.
Additionally, Yamy and Silvia, who handled our check-out at the Executive Lounge, proactively asked if we wanted to pack some drinks and also gave us a refrigerator magnet.
The only thing that needs improvement is the late check-out policy. The front desk initially told me that it depended on availability and was generally not possible, and in the end, they could only extend it until 2 PM. Considering that hotels of a similar caliber usually offer more flexible late check-out options, I hope the hotel will actively consider extending the late check-out time.

GGuest UserA truly satisfying stay! The JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen is indeed a top-tier hotel. The lobby exudes a light luxury and grand atmosphere, and the public areas are spotlessly clean. The staff at check-in were very professional and explained everything meticulously. The room layout was well-designed, the furnishings were exquisite, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained—even the corners were sparkling clean. The mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. During my leisure time, strolling around the hotel was very pleasant, offering a tranquil and comfortable environment. The guest relations team proactively checked on our experience, and any issues were addressed promptly. The hotel restaurants offered a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients. Overall, the experience was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfectly suitable for both short stays and longer trips. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The rooms are luxuriously decorated and comfortable, the hygiene is top-notch, and the transportation is convenient. Plus, the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

They gave us practical advice, considering we were a family traveling together, and were very responsive to our needs. Their service was attentive and thoughtful, and they were kind and polite. The hotel's location is very convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. My family was very satisfied with their stay. The overall service experience was fantastic, five-star recommended, and I'll definitely choose this place again for future family trips!

GGuest UserMarriott quality is always reliable. Hotel parking is free, and the front desk always has water for guests. I didn't have time to try the pool, but my sister enjoyed the afternoon tea. It's located very close to attractions like Love Post Office, Lighthouse, Fisher Girl Statue, and Jingshan Park. It would be great to ride the colorful and multi-person bikes if the weather wasn't so hot, but unfortunately, it was. The facilities are complete and clean, especially the sliding door design in the bathroom, which makes the space feel very open and bright – I even want to adopt it for my own home. It truly makes the room feel much more spacious.

Upon arrival, I was immediately drawn to the castle-like architecture and the expansive coastal gardens. The grounds were meticulously maintained, with the Flamingo Island, Dolphin Observation Area, and Water World forming the hotel's core attractions. Check-in was efficient, swiftly kicking off our vacation. The room conditions were satisfying: spacious, with a great balcony view. Room cleanliness was consistently high-standard, with detailed daily housekeeping ensuring the entire room was clean and odor-free. Bedding and bathroom facilities were in good condition, and the hardware was stable and functional. During our stay, we interacted with staff from various departments – front desk, concierge, housekeeping, Water World lifeguards, and restaurant staff – all of whom were friendly and genuine. They clearly explained the shuttle bus services and entertainment benefits, responded promptly to any issues, and provided service with just the right touch. Transportation was hassle-free; free shuttle buses were always available to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, and the circus was right across the street. The special yacht offers a unique aquatic travel option, and self-parking was convenient. Upon check-out, the process was quick, and luggage storage was simple, allowing us to explore the park further without being burdened. The hotel's dining and leisure facilities were comprehensive, with no noticeable shortcomings throughout our stay. From arrival to departure, the entire vacation flow was smooth and comfortable, with the environment, room cleanliness, staff service, and transportation all well-catered for. The hotel demonstrates balanced overall strength, making it a very reliable choice for a Chimelong vacation.

YYizhikunpixiong-Seeking a peaceful retreat, this choice didn't disappoint. Our hotel butler, Flora, was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and meticulous in her arrangements! The resort grounds are serene with beautiful scenery, making a stroll truly therapeutic. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, the soft furnishings comfortable, and the sleep experience excellent. The service was gentle and polite, attentive yet unobtrusive, showing perfect hospitality. The facilities are well-maintained, and there's a sense of relaxation to be found everywhere during leisure time. A truly rejuvenating stay for both body and mind, it's already on my list for future trips.

KKing TwaseenHands down the best hotel I’ve booked on my entire business trip so far. If you’re travelling for work and flying in or out of Guangzhou Baiyun, this place is unbeatable — it’s minutes from the airport (near the T3 terminal) and just a short walk from Renhe Station on Metro Line 3 (Exit C1), so getting anywhere in the city is effortless.
The location keeps getting better. It’s walking distance to Huatong Plaza and the Huatongli commercial street, with plenty of food options right there including KFC, McDonald’s and Starbucks — so you’re never stuck for a meal or a coffee after a long day.
The room itself was beautifully decorated and genuinely comfortable. Best of all, it had English TV channels — this was the only hotel on my whole trip where I could actually sit down and watch something I understood, which meant a lot after busy days of meetings and sourcing.
But what really sealed the deal was the service. They held my luggage, helped me manage my orders, and the airport pick-up and drop-off made the whole stay stress-free. On top of that you get a pool, sauna and breakfast included. Honestly, my only regret is that I didn’t book this hotel for the entire trip. I’ll be back next time I’m in Guangzhou — highly recommended for business travellers.

The room was very clean and completely free of cigarette smell. I also really appreciated having a washing machine with an automatic drying function in the room, which was very convenient.
The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel has plenty of facilities and amenities, and they also provide complimentary late night snacks in the dining area, which was a nice touch.
The view from my room on a high floor was beautiful, especially at night. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
