A perfect five-star review for the R&F Wanda Hotel Jiangmen! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This stay far exceeded my expectations; Annie and her team's warmth made this place feel less like a hotel and more like a cozy sanctuary. Highly recommended – I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangmen!

The restaurant's food was fresh and delicious, with a well-balanced nutritional profile. The staff were also very attentive to the children. The dishes were all flavorful and you could tell the chef put a lot of thought into each one. The elevators ran smoothly, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the shower had stable water pressure with easy temperature control. Check-in and check-out were swift, the staff were incredibly efficient, explained everything clearly, and even thoughtfully offered luggage storage, which was super convenient as we could head straight to the park. The hotel is very new, and the amusement park is right next door, so the kids had a blast. The lobby is grand and playfully themed like an underwater world, making it worth visiting multiple times. The room facilities were complete, and the bedding was soft and clean, so I slept very comfortably. I'm very satisfied and will definitely return next time. Getting to Ocean Kingdom was also very convenient, with shuttle buses offering seamless connections. The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. We had a great stay, and the package deal was quite cost-effective – excellent! I'll stay here again next time! Highly recommend it to everyone. Overall, the hotel is great. The lobby lighting is warm and inviting, and the submarine in the middle is perfect for photos. The marine theme is very rich, which my kids loved, making it ideal for family trips. The surrounding environment is also very good, with fresh air. The shuttle service was fast, and the staff were very friendly, making the whole experience pleasant. The hotel is nice, clean, and cozy. Check-out was just as quick, with no queues, and luggage storage was also very convenient. The Sailor's Buffet restaurant offered good food with a wide variety that satisfied both adults and children; overall, it was excellent. To get to the Spaceship Amusement Park, you just go downstairs, so the location is fantastic. Recommended for families with kids – go for it, we'll be back next time!

The amenities were great – the room was spacious with a mini-fridge, tea set, and snacks. Plus, there's a washing machine and dryer available in the lobby on the first floor, which was really convenient. The hotel is right in the ancient town, very close to Kaiyuan Temple, and it's super easy to get to Guangji Bridge. You can find plenty of places to eat and drink nearby too. The only downside is that you can't order delivery services in the ancient town, as electric scooters aren't allowed in.

This was the first hotel I stayed at after arriving in Guangzhou, out of seven hotels in the Greater Bay Area. And it was the only one that was 'strict' about not offering free breakfast for children, requiring an extra 100 yuan. When traveling during the New Year, everyone just wants to have a good time. They even told me that once breakfast is purchased, it's non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This whole policy felt really cheap and definitely didn't make for a good experience. The room facilities were decent, but the partition door between the bathroom and the room wasn't very suitable; it wouldn't close properly. Breakfast until 11 AM is quite accommodating, but after 10:30 AM, they practically stopped restocking. Given how busy it was during the New Year, I guess that's somewhat understandable...

Traveling with my elderly parents, I booked a river-view room for them where they could see Guangji Bridge. The room was spacious, bright, comfortable, and clean. Han Wengong Temple is just a short walk away, but unfortunately, it was closed on Monday. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Choosing to stay at the Four Seasons Guangzhou on Chinese New Year's Eve was absolutely the right decision! 🎉 The front desk is on the 70th floor. A lovely front desk attendant, upon learning we were visiting Guangzhou with our child specifically for New Year's, enthusiastically upgraded us to a Guangzhou Tower view room! Our room was on the 87th floor, and the moment we opened the door, we were truly amazed—the Canton Tower seemed almost within reach outside the huge floor-to-ceiling windows, and the entire dazzling night view of Zhujiang New Town was laid out before us. It was incredibly impressive. The room layout was excellent, and the space was very generous. Our child had a blast playing hide-and-seek. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were of high quality. Breakfast was, as always, up to Four Seasons standards—truly excellent. While the variety wasn't exceptionally vast, the quality was outstanding! On the morning of the first day of the New Year, the hotel even arranged dragon and lion dances on every floor, wishing every guest good fortune. In the lobby, there was also a master calligrapher writing Spring Festival couplets and 'Fu' characters, which our child thoroughly enjoyed participating in. Check-out was also very smooth, handled by a very enthusiastic staff member. Thumbs up!

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

The hotel staff training is excellent. As soon as you get out of the car, someone will proactively open the door and help with your luggage. The front desk efficiently handles check-in, and luggage is delivered to your room. During summer, a staff member will also call to check on room satisfaction. Overall, I felt very well looked after. Definitely worth a five-star review!

Our stay at the InterContinental Zhuhai was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to Mila for her incredibly attentive and efficient service. Check-in was smooth and she even upgraded our room for free. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but they were all handled promptly and professionally, which put us at ease. The hotel is just a street away from Gongbei Port, making trips to Macau super convenient. Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge – expansive sea views by day and dazzling lights by night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. My only slight regret is that the pool wasn't open yet. Overall, the service was excellent, the views were superb, and the location was very convenient. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it!

MMAOBEA stay to remember: The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen. Review of Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen Reviewed yesterday There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

CCaron-117Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, with a complete range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, and restaurant. The lounge (requires separate purchase) also offers decent selections. Environment: Located in the core area of Zhujiang New Town, it offers panoramic views of the entire city center, and the scenery is quite good. Cleanliness: This time, the cleanliness was not up to par. There was a sticky residue in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. Service: The service was hard to describe. This is my second time at Rosewood. My first impression was that the overall service felt rather arrogant. This time, the service attitude seemed to have improved, but many procedures had issues. I arrived at 4:00 PM and there was no room available. They proactively offered complimentary access to the executive lounge, and I was only informed that the room was ready around 5 or 6 PM. After discovering the cleanliness issue, the handling was relatively prompt. They sent someone to clean, and the duty manager proactively offered a late checkout and complimentary champagne and desserts. The attitude towards resolving the issue was very good, but the fact that so many problems occurred in just one night reflects shortcomings in the overall service system. I hope they can comprehensively improve the quality of service to justify the price. It's worth noting that the Executive Deluxe River View Room no longer includes executive lounge access. The butler informed me that this benefit was removed due to low usage and now requires a separate purchase. However, I saw a video from a butler blogger this year that still showed this benefit being offered. I'm not sure if it was recently canceled, but the room price remains similar to before, so it seems consumers are bearing all the costs.

GGuest UserThe JW Marriott truly lives up to its five-star benchmark, and Guest Service Specialist Reina's performance was an absolute bonus! From check-in to check-out, Reina was efficient and attentive throughout. She made the check-in process quick, proactively explained hotel benefits, and even helped me with a room upgrade. The room itself was luxuriously decorated, with comfortable bedding and high-end bathroom amenities, plus a well-stocked minibar. Reina was always quick to respond, helping me resolve various issues with professional yet warm service. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and a full range of dining and leisure facilities. The overall experience was impeccable, and Reina deserves special commendation. I'll definitely be back!

KKongzhongfeibendeduankuThis hotel is really close to my company in Guangzhou, so I've been staying here a lot recently. I really like the unique corridor design, and the breakfast is great – a good variety and quite filling. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 11th floor on the 28th. She found my ID card holder that I'd lost in the hallway and returned it to me. While it wasn't valuable, it saved me a lot of hassle! It immediately made me feel a real connection to the hotel.

GGuest UserHere are two points from my experience, for your reference: 1. The location is pretty standard. During the Chinese New Year, many nearby restaurants were closed, so we had to walk quite a distance or take a taxi to eat out. Getting to Lovers' Road also required a bit of a walk. The upside is that public transport is convenient. As for the sea view room, I'd say temper your expectations a bit. 2. The concierge in the lobby and the housekeeping staff showed excellent service awareness, truly deserving of a five-star rating. Unfortunately, no one at the front desk or the buffet seemed to be aware of the Marriott member discount policy. It took nearly ten minutes of back-and-forth communication before they were willing to consult a manager. Ultimately, they ended up waiving the charge due to their own error. This whole ordeal was both time-consuming and exhausting, which I found quite puzzling and left me a little disappointed with Marriott's professional service standards.

GGuest UserThe lobby is spacious and bright with a simple yet elegant decor, and the aroma is lovely. The front desk staff were efficient and well-organized. The room amenities are complete, and the overall atmosphere of the room is warm and comfortable. The pillows were great for a good night's sleep, and the bedding was soft and cozy. The buffet restaurant provided a great experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and the seafood and hot dishes at the dinner buffet were fresh and delicious. The room was very clean and tidy, with full facilities including a fridge, hairdryer, and charging outlets – excellent! I'll definitely be back. The Wi-Fi connected easily. The recreational club's swimming pool is quite large, and the environment is very pleasant. The hotel elevators operate smoothly and quickly. The room's balcony was spacious, perfect for drying clothes, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, kept very clean. Room service was quick and the staff had a great attitude. The front desk staff were very professional, answering all questions and making check-in and check-out fast and convenient. The room also had tea and coffee, both delicious, making it incredibly good value for money. I will definitely choose Hengqin Bay Hotel again on my next visit.

SShangguanwanqingOur family trip was pretty good overall. The environment and hygiene were great! 👍 We stayed in a family room and arranged for airport pickup in advance. Even though there was a small hiccup in the middle, the overall experience was still good, from the front desk reception to the pickup driver, everyone was nice! 👍 The room was quite spacious, and we had to walk a fair bit to get around. After checking in, my husband, son, and I went to a local food stall for our first meal. Guangzhou hotels often have beautiful orange trees right outside, which is a lovely touch.

BBaobeichengerThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are excellent; they have a pool and a gym, which I used during my stay and found to be very good. The breakfast was also quite nice. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center and main attractions. However, a taxi ride usually gets you there within half an hour. I stayed for four days, and the environment was comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the service was prompt. Parking was convenient, and the Candy Cereal butler's follow-up was very enthusiastic. JJini9812The hotel staff were very friendly and upgraded our room. It had a kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, and sink, though there were no pots or pans provided. The bedding was quite comfortable. It was a twin room with beds over 1.3 meters wide, which is convenient for families with children, allowing for a good night's rest. The window overlooked Guangzhou Baiyun Children's Park, which was very refreshing in spring with all the flowers. Capitamall is just across the park. On the first floor, there's a pantry with a coffee machine and teabags for self-service. Finally, it's close to the metro, which is convenient, but the nearest metro exit only has an escalator going up. Free flow of coffee, convenient transportation, close to the park.
