We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Choosing the Spaceship Hotel truly exceeded our expectations, setting the bar high for family vacations! Upon entering the lobby, we were amazed by the giant submarine installation and the futuristic, sci-fi atmosphere. The interactive screens were incredibly fun, keeping our child excited throughout and fully immersed in a cosmic adventure. The hotel's location is superb, with direct access to the Spaceship Theme Park and walking distance to Ocean Kingdom. We could easily return to our room to rest whenever we got tired, saving us a lot of hassle. Plus, we enjoyed exclusive perks like early park entry and shorter lines, effectively doubling our play efficiency. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with a charming space-themed design perfect for kids. The thoughtful details were excellent, from comfortable bedding to expansive views. Some rooms even overlook the park, allowing us to soak in the lively atmosphere from our room at night. Dining was a highlight too. The buffet restaurant offered fresh ingredients and a wide variety of dishes, catering to both adults and children in a comfortable and well-organized setting. The infinity pool on the 28th floor was a definite bonus, offering panoramic views of the resort during the day and spectacular firework shows at night – perfect for photos. The service was attentive and efficient throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff were warm and polite, proactively offering luggage assistance and amenities for families with children. Everything, from the theme and location to the facilities and service, was impeccable. Both adults and children had a fantastic time, making it a perfect vacation experience. We highly recommend it to all families and will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Chimelong!

I blindly picked this hotel for my trip and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem – what a pleasant surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and fresh, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service throughout was impeccable. Jingjing was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with a gentle and thoughtful demeanor that made me feel right at home. The hotel's facilities and equipment are all new and comprehensive, making for a fantastic experience. The Italian restaurant served authentic and delicious dishes, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. The bar had an amazing ambiance, perfect for a relaxing drink. The exquisite afternoon tea at the 'Le Bar' was both beautiful and delicious, offering a leisurely and delightful experience. And the SPA provided professional treatments that were truly effective in relieving fatigue. This stay completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Booked two river view rooms. One was upgraded to a Guangji Bridge river view room, and the other offered views of an ancient pagoda on the other side. The rooms are very spacious, and the flower arrangements in the public areas are fantastic. You absolutely must try the hotel's breakfast buffet! There are four live cooking stations: various cheung fun (rice noodle rolls), kway teow/noodles, Chaoshan porridge, and Western-style omelets. The Cantonese dim sum selection is also extensive, with many different Chaozhou kway (dumplings/cakes) – they were delicious! A special thank you to Belle for her excellent service; she helped check my InterContinental membership, which allowed us to enjoy the in-room minibar for free.

This Wednesday, I brought my parents to Zhaoqing, and a friend recommended we stay at the Wyndham Grand Hotel, located by Qixingyan Lake. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were impressed by the opulent lobby. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a lake-view room, and we were even more delighted once we entered – the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed panoramic view of the beautiful Qixingyan scenery. The room was spacious and equipped with all modern amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel boasts over 20 hot spring pools, and soaking in them was incredibly relaxing. There's even a small hot spring pool on the room's balcony. The hotel service was exceptional, with staff member Tina enthusiastically assisting us from before check-in to after. It was a truly satisfying stay, and my parents thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Zhaoqing. I do have a small suggestion: My father has difficulty walking and uses a wheelchair. While the hotel lobby is grand, it's quite challenging for elderly guests to find a place to sit and rest. We only spotted a few chairs in a distant corner, which my father couldn't reach. It would be great if the hotel could place a few sofas or chairs near the lobby's front desk for elderly guests to sit and rest while waiting. This would make the experience more user-friendly and improve overall guest satisfaction. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

The upgraded room was not only wonderfully spacious but also featured absolutely breathtaking panoramic views. Staying there was a pure delight! The wellness experience was definitely another major highlight of the trip. I am so grateful to Hannah at the Spa; her genuine and engaging introduction is exactly what convinced me to treat myself to a spa session. I also want to thank Karina for her incredibly detailed walkthrough of the fully equipped gym and steam room, which made me feel completely comfortable enjoying the facilities. Furthermore, my therapist, Abby, was exceptionally professional—her expert techniques provided deep healing and total relaxation during the treatment. The evening at the Bar was equally impeccable! A special shout-out to Lawrence, who went out of his way to secure a fantastic seat and handle my booking perfectly. He paid close attention to my needs and was a brilliant conversationalist, which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy a deeply relaxing and delightful time at the bar. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou. It is a rare, ultra-attentive, and truly immersive luxury experience. I will undoubtedly be returning on my next visit to Guangzhou!

I really love this hotel, it's definitely one of the top ones in Zhanjiang. The high-floor indoor and outdoor swimming pools are amazing, especially the outdoor one with its incredible sea views. The sea view rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are huge too. The hotel's buffet ingredients are decent, though the food isn't kept warm very well, and the taste is generally just average. However, the cheong fun at breakfast is excellent. It's super convenient to step out of the hotel and take a stroll across the street; the scenery there is lovely.

Back in Zhongshan, the renovated pedestrian street really evokes a sense of nostalgia. A big thank you to the front desk for their excellent recommendations! If it's your first time in Zhongshan, I highly recommend asking the ladies at the front desk – they were so enthusiastic in suggesting many great places to eat. The room was larger than I expected, and all rooms come with a bathtub. From the high-rise, you get a good view of the city. Even though new hotels have opened nearby, I still feel that the Hilton is my top choice when I visit Zhongshan! It's full of warmth and human touch; every staff member is incredibly warm and attentive. Although it's been open for a while and some facilities aren't as modern as they once were, everything is meticulously maintained. A Ferrari might get old, but it's still a Ferrari 😉

We were going to Chimelong with our kids and decided to arrive a day early in Zhuhai to experience the local scenery and specialty foods. Doubao recommended the Renheng as the best for families, and it really was! Our most comfortable night in Zhuhai was definitely at the Renheng. It's clean, convenient, and the service is top-notch. It's right near the port and Zhuhai Station, walkable, or just a few minutes by taxi. It's also very close to the food street, right on Lover's Road, where you can rent parent-child bikes and cycle along the seaside to visit attractions. Supervisor Mila immediately added me on WeChat and helped with all our requests, arranging things and recommending food and scenic spots. She even managed to get the infinity pool opened early for us (it was originally planned for May 1st)! The executive benefits were also great, and the cocktails were delicious. Next time I go to Macau for a concert, I'm definitely booking this hotel again!
