My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

I was looking to relive the nostalgia of Zhongshan International Hotel from 32 years ago, but it turned out to be the only disappointment of my accommodation during this Guangdong trip. I know a 40-year-old hotel shouldn't be expected to be perfect, and I can accept outdated facilities, but they should at least be functional, right? I specifically paid extra for a newly renovated room, only to find that one of the bedside charging sockets didn't work. They said they'd send someone to fix it, and after waiting 20 minutes, the front desk called to ask if I had requested a room change? The tone was quite abrupt. After agreeing to switch rooms, I was told to go downstairs to process the change. Once I did, I found the new room was old and not in the same category as the one I had paid extra for. Switching rooms again was quite frustrating. I hope they improve their service training. As the number one hotel in Zhongshan over 30 years ago, they shouldn't just rest on their laurels and stop striving for improvement.

I chose the veteran Guangzhou Baiyun Hotel because of its bustling commercial surroundings and convenient transportation. It's just a short bus ride to Guangzhou Wanguo Outlets, and other attractions are also easily accessible! I highly recommend trying the food at Da Ge Restaurant when you're in Guangzhou. Coincidentally, I visited on March 8th, and the hotel even warmly presented me with a rose! Thanks to the front desk, they arranged for us to stay on a non-smoking floor, which we greatly appreciated! The room was clean and tidy, very nice!

A perfect five-star review for the R&F Wanda Hotel Jiangmen! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This stay far exceeded my expectations; Annie and her team's warmth made this place feel less like a hotel and more like a cozy sanctuary. Highly recommended – I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangmen!

Our family went to Chimelong Spaceship Park for Mother's Day, and the hotel room was well-equipped and of good quality. The bedding was comfortable, and the duvet and pillows were soft and warm. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the footstool and toilet seat for kids were a thoughtful touch. The package deal was great value for money, and the hotel's location was excellent. The hotel grounds were well-landscaped, and the air around was fresh. So convenient! The shuttle bus had frequent services. It was a fantastic stay, truly an amazing experience, and we'll definitely be back! The restaurant food was fresh and satisfying. The room had good lighting, ample space, and a cute, cozy decor. The duvet was comfortable and soft, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, with fresh air. The lobby restrooms were clean, well-equipped, and easy to use. Really great, comfortable environment, and excellent hotel service. A wonderful travel experience, will come again~ Highly recommend!

My stay here was fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and spotless, and the room layout is well-designed (just be mindful of the step-down area). The smart home features made for a very comfortable stay. The staff's service attitude was exceptional; check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always prompt and helpful with any requests, paying great attention to detail. I highly recommend this place. Plus, there's complimentary coffee and tea available at the front desk!

Every detail at this hotel offers a sense of healing. Without a luxurious backdrop, the hotel uses its thoughtful details to be a light on your journey. No perfunctory service, no compromises, just a little sun on your travels ☀️. Had a wonderful time at Sofitel, and Mia at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful during my check-out.

Shampoo shower gel conditioner is brand new. 2. In the middle of the rules: 1. Parking is convenient, the first floor may not be seated, but there are many positions on the first floor, but it takes a long time to get on the elevator. 3. Sea view, can be facing the sea, but there are two buildings in front of half of the view; 4. Parking is a fee, go out to check out first and take a screenshot to the front desk, refund through WeChat; Particularly dissatisfied 1. Public facilities are not convenient: the whole house is on the 28th floor, there are two small elevators, many people go up and down the stairs during holidays 15-20 minutes, many times the waiter is cleaning, and you have to ”grab” the elevator with the customer; 2. Residual room facilities: the shower head is about to fall off, and the water pipe is rotten; 3. Room hygiene is worrying: the toilet is not washed, a bunch of dirty things, the door lock is rotten and rusty, the quality of disposable toothbrushes is worrying, and it is easy to brush blood. 4. The service can't keep up: the toilet is very dirty, the last guest's pile of shit has not been cleaned, let no one wash the toilet, let the toothbrush be provided, and let people send it over, but never sent it. 5. Restaurant customers eat, clean more perfunctory, sitting and stool a lot of oil, no cockroaches, no way to sit 6. There is no landline phone in the room. I think the hotel has found a few calls from Trip.com and no one answered them.

I'm very satisfied with the room, it's a front-row sea-view room. The butler service was thoughtful and meticulous. The complimentary afternoon tea for two is served from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM; they even reminded us to come on time. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: First-class, the full sea view is truly amazing. Service: Excellent, absolutely fantastic! It would be even better if breakfast could be slightly improved, but a small issue like that doesn't negate the excellent service we received. Definitely worth a full five-star recommendation!

The location of Hengqin Bay Hotel is truly excellent. The hotel's free shuttle bus gets you to the park in about ten minutes. The package allows for multiple entries into the park, and you can even get in an hour early! The lobby features a magnificent oversized glass coral in the center, surrounded by large dolphin-shaped pillars, creating an incredible oceanic atmosphere. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and there's a quick check-out box available. The room had great natural light, and came with a balcony, bathtub, mini-fridge, and an electric kettle. The children's amenities were incredibly thoughtful – tiny slippers, toothbrushes, and bathrobes, all spotless. Every detail was meticulously considered! Shuttles run every 15 minutes, with routes to both Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park, and a one-way ticket is included with the room. The children's area at the water park is safe and fun, and the indoor heated pool offers a comfortable environment. The flamingo bay and dolphin pool encountered during walks are picturesque, adding to the leisure and enjoyment. The hotel truly demonstrates professionalism and dedication in every aspect of family travel. From comfortable accommodations to dining experiences, and from entertainment facilities to meticulous service, it offers a worry-free and delightful vacation choice.
