The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

Guest UserThis was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

Guest UserMy stay at the Guangzhou Estanton Hotel was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star experience! The front desk staff were attentive and polite, and my room was clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom even had a large bathtub. The soundproofing was excellent. The hotel has its own swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast spread was diverse and plentiful, with everything from Cantonese dim sum to Western-style light meals. The location is convenient, not far from the subway, making travel easy. The public areas are well-maintained, with an elegant and quiet atmosphere. It’s suitable for both business trips and leisure stays, offering fantastic value for money. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended to everyone!

Guest UserAlthough there were a few minor hitches during my stay, the hotel staff handled everything efficiently and responsively, and the issues were resolved quickly and properly. I'd especially like to thank Jennifer for her patient assistance throughout, her gentle and considerate demeanor, and for proactively helping me coordinate various matters – she's very responsible. Overall, the positive aspects far outweighed any negatives; the hotel's emergency service and staff professionalism are commendable. I would choose this hotel again for my next trip, highly recommended!

Anonymous UserThis is an older hotel located in a bustling area. The sea-view rooms offer a distant glimpse of the 'Fisher Girl' statue, though it's more of a 'glimpse' than a full 'view.' It's a shame that for such a well-known, established brand, the facilities are quite disappointing. It's also not very friendly for those driving. On a weekend affected by Typhoon Nangka along the coast, hotel parking became a real headache. Most of the B1 parking is outdoors, so you're bound to get wet in a downpour. B2 is an underground garage, but it's really only convenient for check-in. Once you're checked in and want to leave, it's a hassle. You check in at the front desk on the first floor. Out of 5 elevators, one is permanently stuck on the third floor. Of the remaining 4, only 2 go down to B2. To exit with your car after checking in, you first have to go to the first-floor front desk to scan a code. After scanning, if you get an elevator that only goes to B1, you either have to transfer to an elevator on the other side of B1, or hope you get lucky and catch an elevator that goes straight to B2. Because when you press the button on the first floor, the B1 elevator arrives first, and the B2 elevator will show it's going up. Unless there are other guests in the elevator also going to the garage, but you still need to scan on the first floor to leave, so the chance of getting a direct elevator to B2 is practically zero. The rooms are a bit larger, but the amenities are inferior to newer hotels. Tissues are only available at the sink; there are no tissues on the desk or nightstands in the room. The bathroom also lacks disposable toilet seat covers, which was quite disappointing.

My child loved it and wants to stay here again next time.
Chimelong Ocean Kingdom has several hotels: Penguin Hotel, Spaceship Hotel, and Hengqin Bay. Each has its unique features. Hengqin Bay's main draws are its water park and dolphins. The water park opens at 9:30 AM, and that's when the dolphins are fed, allowing for close-up viewing.
The package ticket offers unlimited entry to Ocean Kingdom for two days, which is incredibly good value. Especially in the hot summer, you can get tired after half a day of playing, so it's great for kids to return to the hotel to rest and then come back the next day to finish exploring. Plus, you get one-hour early entry, avoiding the 10 AM queues at the main Chimelong entrance by using the hotel's exclusive通道.
Breakfast at the hotel is also very extensive, with a wide variety of steamed dim sum, noodles, and more. Everything is of excellent quality! My child had a blast eating and playing.
Hengqin Bay is absolutely massive, divided into Dolphin and Seahorse sections. Upon entering, you're almost shocked to see about a dozen counters with staff checking people in – it gets incredibly crowded! Naturally, during breakfast, two large restaurants serve food simultaneously.
There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but the concierge discreetly delivered four picture books and puzzles to the children, which was a very nice touch!
We also had an experience ordering takeout. Everyone waited at the takeout handover point, and we were all assigned four-digit codes, making it feel like a secret agent rendezvous – quite amusing.

Hotel butler Flora was incredibly warm and attentive. She arranged for children's amenities to be delivered to our room. The park design at Phoenix Bay Yuecheng Hotel is also very well-planned and comfortable, making it fantastic for families traveling with children. It boasts private beaches and a swimming pool. Butler Flora recommended the newly upgraded kids' club, which includes a ball pit and picture books – our child absolutely loved it and had a blast. The partner 'Xiaowan Travel Photography' is also worth mentioning; the five complimentary digital negatives were a great bonus.

They offer a dedicated shuttle service, breakfast, and a swimming pool. For this price, it's definitely the best value for money. They even stored our luggage until our evening flight. I haven't left the hotel yet, but I feel I can already leave a review for the service.

Guest UserStaying at the Crowne Plaza was a generally solid and practical experience. Joy handled the check-in process efficiently and was straightforward to communicate with if any issues arose. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the subway and large shopping malls, making it convenient for business, dining, and shopping without traveling far, saving a good amount on transportation costs. The room hygiene was quite well done; the bedding was clean and tidy, the bathroom had no lingering water stains or odors, and the desk and floor were clean, making for a reassuring stay. All in-room facilities were in normal working order, including lights, bathroom fixtures, and charging ports. Public areas were also well-maintained, indicating consistent upkeep. The hotel was mostly quiet throughout the day; even with the bustling commercial area nearby, closing the door provided a good resting environment. The front desk and other staff were responsive to requests and never dismissive. While there aren't any overly fancy services, the hotel largely delivers on expectations, making it a well-balanced choice for business trips or short getaways.

blairzhThe hotel's large fan was right outside my room window, spinning non-stop day and night. During the day, it was just background noise, sometimes you wouldn't even notice it. But at night, trying to sleep, it was incredibly loud. What did it feel like? Imagine a plane flying overhead, a continuous low hum, but unlike a plane that eventually passes, this thing never stopped. I'm usually someone who falls asleep the moment my head hits the pillow, but at this hotel, I didn't get a wink of sleep.
