Except for the small room size, everything else was great. Most of the staff were enthusiastic and polite, actively helping with luggage, and their uniforms were vibrant. The hotel is similar to those in Chongqing, with the lobby on the 6th floor and guest rooms on floors 3-5. The guest room area has access to an underground parking lot. Rooms have balconies facing the sea, the pool, and the yacht area. Each room is equipped with a dehumidifier, and there's a drying rack on the balcony. The hotel features a recreation center, a children's activity area, a paid mini-train (that runs along the coast), rubber boats, and a variety of sea activities that can be booked for a fee, such as sea fishing trips. Breakfast was also good, with a wide selection. Overall, I was satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

Indeed, this is Shenzhen's top luxury hotel! The front desk is on the 78th floor, and the elevators are thoughtfully equipped with sofas, which is perfect for a quick rest during the 1+ minute ride up or down. That's a great touch. The deep blue theme of the room is my favorite color, and the incredibly spacious design made my extended stay of several days very comfortable! The room's functional layout is also excellent, with clear divisions between the entryway, wardrobe, washroom, and toilet room. Each section is distinct yet can be adjusted and connected as needed. The service was truly exceptional. From check-in to getting to the room, everything was seamlessly handled, and they proactively inquired about my travel plans. A big thank you to Brynn, who, knowing my itinerary, specially arranged a room with a great view for me and patiently explained everything, hahaha 😂, making my trip experience absolutely perfect!

Although it's an older five-star hotel, the service here is truly impressive. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with professional attitudes and warm smiles, impeccably dressed, showcasing the brand's elegance in every detail. Room service was even more exquisite and attentive; the bedding was comfortable, amenities complete, and cleaning meticulous, with even the corners spotless. Whether it was guiding us through check-in or responding to daily requests, their high level of professionalism was evident. The overall experience was comfortable and reassuring; it's a hotel that truly excels in service, highly recommended. 1) Despite being in a bustling area, it's exceptionally quiet, perfect for introverts. 2) Getting around is incredibly convenient. This was the only time I've ever traveled entirely by subway without feeling any inconvenience. 3) Taikoo, where the hotel is located, along with nearby Central Plaza and Zhengjia Plaza, can satisfy all kinds of shopping needs. 4) The hotel's shower water pressure is excellent, and the bathtub is comfortable.

As a Guest Relations Specialist, Xana possesses solid professional skills and an excellent service attitude. Check-in was efficient and convenient, explanations were detailed and clear, and she had a thorough understanding of all hotel services and facilities. Throughout our stay, she provided attentive assistance, proactively checking on guest satisfaction, patiently listening to our needs, and actively coordinating solutions to various issues. Her responses were prompt and her handling of matters was impeccable. Her service was gentle and warm, meticulous yet appropriate, genuinely sincere without being forced, and thoughtful without being perfunctory. Every detail showcased the high quality of Marriott's premium service. The hotel's hardware facilities are high-end and complete, the rooms are clean and elegant with excellent soundproofing, and the bedding is comfortable. The public areas are tidy and grand. This perfect stay experience was entirely due to Xana's dedicated efforts. I genuinely give it a five-star recommendation and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

I originally booked a standard king room, but the hotel front desk gave me a free upgrade to a business king room, which really enhanced my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the furniture and decor created a nice ambiance. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was large and bright, with a wet and dry separation, and the shower drained very well. Upon check-in, I also received a complimentary fruit platter, which was a thoughtful touch. The mini-bar items were also complimentary, showcasing excellent service. The gym on the seventh floor had a great atmosphere, with new and well-equipped machines. The pool was also clean and hygienic, making for a pleasant experience. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety of dishes that were replenished promptly, and the food tasted good. Both check-in and check-out processes were quick. Overall, the experience was excellent, the price was reasonable, and it's definitely worth recommending.

I know this hotel is undergoing renovations, and some packages for the new room types even include lounge access and five meals a day, which offers excellent value for money! First, regarding the room, the newly renovated style is minimalist and refined. The room feels very spacious and has excellent natural light. The bathroom amenities include Diptyque shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, which was a very pleasant touch. Next, concerning the dining, the five meals included afternoon tea, happy hour, evening dessert and drinks after check-in, and breakfast and lunch on the second day. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Although the food selection for happy hour wasn't extensive, it focused on quality over quantity. I didn't get to enjoy the late-night dessert session, but I learned that it was a chocolate-themed dessert night, and the themes are updated regularly. It's worth noting that no matter when you dine, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, I'd like to commend the hotel's service. All the staff I encountered during this stay were extremely polite and friendly. Especially Miss Sahar at the front desk, the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and she even followed up afterward to see if I needed any assistance. A male staff member in the lounge also provided very professional service, always greeting us with a warm smile every time we entered the lounge for a meal. Overall, my experience during this stay was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again after the full renovation!

Thanks to the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, we arrived at the hotel in less than 1.5 hours. It's super convenient for visiting the beach and City Balcony. This time, we also went to Jingshan Park, took the cable car, and enjoyed a lovely bike ride along Lovers' Road. We even had a delicious oyster feast for just over 100 RMB – what a great deal! The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. For under 500 RMB, you get five-star facilities. Aside from them being a bit dated, everything else was really good. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful.

The room was great and very clean, with an amazing, expansive view. We even got to watch fireworks from the executive lounge, and checking in was a breeze without having to queue downstairs. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with everything you could need. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and there's daily afternoon tea on the 18th floor. Plus, they have shuttle buses to the theme park. Choosing Hengqin Bay Hotel was definitely the right decision! The overall service was excellent, from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant staff – everyone was smiling and very responsive to any requests. I felt incredibly well taken care of, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location is superb, directly facing the ocean with a stunning view of the Sun & Moon Bay in the distance. The hotel grounds have a distinct Southeast Asian vibe, with lush greenery and a unique canal-style pool that's perfect for photos. The room was spacious and clean, with soft bedding, and the balcony offered a peaceful spot to watch the sea. The toiletries were of good quality, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival – thoughtful details that made a difference. The hotel boasts a private beach, which was quiet and uncrowded, and watching the sunset there in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. The staff were all gentle and responsive. This hotel is ideal for both romantic getaways and family trips, offering a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, allowing you to truly relax and unwind. During the National Day holiday, there were also many handicraft activities that the children absolutely loved. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, making it an excellent choice for a holiday in Zhuhai. Highly recommended!

There are tons of great food options nearby, and parking at the hotel is also very easy, with EV charging stations just 100 meters away – super convenient! The front desk staff were all very welcoming and enthusiastic. I'll definitely be staying here again!
