Absolutely stunning place to be in. Hotel is very near Yu Gardens and Cheng Huang Miao. The nearest train station is just about 10-15 mins walk, very convenient. Housekeeper were very attentive and helped to clean our room everyday, spotless 👍🏻 Receptionists were friendly and always never fails to greet all the guest. Definitely recommend this place for all fellow travellers 👍🏻

Excellent Stay. Lovely room. Special attention to guests. Excellent for Disney SH. Nice breakfast buffet. Wonderful staff at front desk. Ms Wang (王小兰) really care about the well-being of the guests. I left a package in Downton Pudong and she managed to pick it up and has it delivered in 30 minutes. Just some hours before my flight. Amazing work! I am looking forward to come back soon.

The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. I chose a small suite. The view was excellent as well. The neighborhood is nice and it is to find excellent food and other items. I didn’t find need for additional services from the hotel, but check-in and check-out were very efficient. The staff is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Shanghai.

I enjoyed the trip comfortably with Deslin's kind response. As I saw in other reviews, the facility was old, and the smell of the room with the bathtub was not refreshing. But throughout the stay, the bathtub maintained in temperature, and the view outside the window were fantastic. 데슬린의 친절한 응대로 편안하게 여행을 즐겼습니다. 다른 리뷰에서 본 것 처럼 시설은 오래되었고, 욕조가 있는 방의 냄새는 상쾌하지 않았습니다. 하지만 숙박 내내 온도가 유지되는 욕조와 창 밖 전경은 환상적이였습니다.

First of all 5 stars to Peng Ho (何鹏) service, very helpful and proactive, helped with us during check in and when leaving the hotel with 🧳 and getting our ride to the airport. Also 5 stars for another lady helped with our check in, she let me viewed a few rooms as I wasn't exactly sure about my stay, she prepared a welcome fruit platter for us. The hotel is quite wore off, l9bby seemed ok, but once in elevator, corridors all appeared wore off and not clean, then the room arranged for us is full of smell, moldy and smokes, the room we settled is not as smelly, but still found stains, dirt etc in the room, I have especially requested a well cleaned and dusted room before check in due to allergies. Since t was our last stop of a 2+ weeks vacation plus it's only one night so we didn't move, if it is at the beginning or staying longer, I would've moved hoteldue to the first impression of elevator /corridor and room,I was tired that didn't even take picture of the room, our room was facing some old neighborhood, no scenery at all, plus it's noisy in the morning around 6, noises from heavy machinery. But location is quite convenient, walking distance to the Bund, took us about 20 minutes walk to reach the starting point of the Bund.

The hotel service is exceptional. Calling for room service was quick and the staff are very polite and friendly. The bed are very clean and you have the option of choosing the type of pillow you want. Location is fantastic as it is near the main shopping street. Besides it is a subway which makes travelling around so convenient. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Shanghai.

The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility. However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience. Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. I look forward to visiting Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant again to experience their excellent service and food again.

We booked a family suite and it was perfect for our overnight. Lots of space and so convenient to be at the airport for our early morning flight the next day. The hotel is right beside the check-in counters at Terminal 2 so it was quick and easy to check in for our flight. We had to check out before breakfast was served, but they packed take-away breakfast boxes for us which was very nice as nothing was open at the airport to buy breakfast that early. Would definitely recommend and will stay again on future trips.
