Facilities: It has everything you need, which is great considering its mountain location. Cleanliness: The hygiene is good; no smoke or strange odors, and the bedding is clean. Environment: Area B is nice and quieter than Area A. Service: The service is exceptionally good! Our butler, He Fei, was very meticulous and professional. She paid attention to everything from check-in to check-out. I wanted to see the sunrise but was worried about the conditions of hotels on the mountaintop, so I chose Baiyun Hotel. Overall, it was a very good stay. You can even soak your feet in the evening. This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to see the sunrise; in the morning, there's someone to guide you up the mountain, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to Bright Summit. The food is standard mountain fare – just focus on getting a full stomach and don't expect gourmet dining. The hotel's coffee is good; you can get real coffee, not instant. The complimentary gloves were very helpful for the descent. Highly recommended!

This is my second stay at Xihai Hotel. The last time was five years ago with friends; this time I'm solo. After the snow, Huangshan offered rime ice and a sea of clouds. Last time it was clear skies + rime, this time it was clear skies + sea of clouds – Huangshan has been good to me! I personally think Xihai Hotel's location is superb. In the morning, you can start from the Welcoming Guest Pine (front mountain), head towards Bright Summit, and see many sights along the way. Staying at Xihai Hotel for the night, then going to Shixin Peak for sunrise the next day, and leisurely exploring the sights of the back mountain after breakfast before heading down – it's an absolutely brilliant travel plan!

I stayed here for a concert and was pleasantly surprised! They'd already started decorating the lobby for Christmas and New Year, and there were some really beautiful bracelets on display too. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was unexpectedly spacious with great amenities – I especially loved being able to turn off the lights remotely with the smart assistant. My sleep quality was fantastic, as the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The front desk even gave us two complimentary breakfasts. I have to say, their breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and fresh fruit. I even asked the chef to make me a bowl of noodles with shredded pork, which was a nice touch. I brought some dirty laundry with me, and the staff kindly washed and dried it, delivering it right back to my room. For this price in Hefei, finding a 4-star hotel like this is rare; it's incredible value for money. The subway station is right downstairs, making travel super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. This hotel is a no-brainer! It was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Hefei. My stay was so satisfying that I'm giving it a five-star rating. Oh, and there are lots of beautiful bracelets available on the street downstairs.

The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

I have to say, the resort's landscaping is really well done! There's a significantly large area of artificial scenery, and it's all built into the mountainside. The construction and maintenance costs must be quite high. It's also quite rare that there's just as much to see on a night tour as during the day.

This guesthouse is a tranquil haven right in Tunxi Old Street. Parking is also super convenient; you just take the escalator up from the underground parking lot and you're there. What really stands out is the fantastic design aesthetic – every corner of the common areas offers a delightful surprise. The rooms also feature some beautiful murals and carved decorations, adding to the overall excellent vibe. My only suggestion would be to make the room lighting a bit brighter.

The hotel is located in the old city center, near the municipal government and adjacent to Wenfeng Park. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and functional amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied! The staff was excellent. The front desk lady was very welcoming and proactive, even showing me the room before check-in. The housekeeping was also very diligent and responsible, which was very satisfying. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, so you have to park on the street. After contacting the security guard in advance, they helped find a spot, which was excellent! There are also many dining options nearby, as well as supermarkets and pharmacies. It's very convenient. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Fuyang.

The customer service of this hotel is superb!. Everyone is kind, helpful, and respectful. The room is huge, light, and bright. I am speechless. Will definitely come back again. Shout out to the check-in guy. Too bad, I was not able to get his name. To Lily, thank you so much for all your help.

My visit to Hefei was exclusively to catch the special exhibition at the Anhui Museum on its final day. Therefore, staying at the Hefei Parkview Hotel, situated just a street away from the museum, was the ideal choice. Prior to my arrival, the hotel proactively called to inquire about my specific needs. Upon check-in, my 38th-floor room offered stunning sunset views – a fantastic bonus! The hotel boasts elegant design and a rich artistic ambiance, with the classical music playing throughout being perfectly to my taste. As one of Hefei's highly-rated hotels, its facilities, cleanliness, overall environment, and service all genuinely lived up to its reputation, and it offered excellent value for money. All in all, I'll definitely be back.

This stay was so comfortable! The hotel is super conveniently located, a 7-minute walk from the snack street, and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the noise-free nights were quiet, allowing for a wonderful night's sleep. Junjun's service was friendly and efficient, and the check-in was quick. He also offered tips for visiting the scenic spots. Every attention to detail was meticulous, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and no odor. It's an excellent value, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city!

Very Good
JJamesThe hotel is in the style of an old state-owned enterprise. The facilities are too old and seem to have not been renovated. The rooms are small and damaged everywhere. Its location is the best, just within 100 meters after entering the toll gate. The service in the front desk lobby is relatively good, and they are caring. The mix of guests is also a problem. You can hear loud noises at four o'clock in the morning, and at six o'clock in the morning, the old men and women ”wake up” everyone like the crowing of the 🐓 in the morning. The breakfast is average. By the way, I have to remind you that starting this year, Jiuhua Mountain does not allow self-driving to the mountain during the day (it is allowed after 5 pm, but it is also subject to the daily control notice). Guests need to pick up their own luggage and take the shuttle bus at 50 yuan per person to check in after going up the mountain, which is not very convenient.

11502682****I visited Huangshan with my second-grader, and after looking at a few hotels, I was completely drawn in by the stunning looks of this guesthouse. The service was exceptional. On Friday evening, as soon as we got off the car, two lovely ladies came to greet us. I had pre-ordered dinner on the way, so we could enjoy fresh, hot food right after settling in. The dishes were made with natural ingredients, and their homemade rice wine was incredibly delicious. We stayed for two nights and had all our breakfasts and dinners at the guesthouse – so yummy! Due to a small mishap, the owner even upgraded our room to a loft, which made my child excitedly exclaim it was a 'princess room'! Overall, the experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

GGuest UserMy family and I (5 of us) recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming homestay in Hongcun for two days and one night, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building, steeped in history at 400 years old, is located relatively close to the West entrance, making access a breeze. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept. Although I initially booked three specific rooms, they were unavailable due to renovation. However, I was provided with three other rooms that turned out to be more spacious, which was a delightful surprise. The lobby felt incredibly welcoming, with a cozy living-room-style atmosphere. There’s a lovely café to the left and a souvenir shop to the right, adding a nice touch of convenience and charm as you walk toward the living area. Wan Jie (elder sister Wan), the host, was truly hospitable and attentive. Her warmth shone through from our first phone call, which she answered cheerfully while helping arrange our pickup, as cars aren’t allowed into Hongcun, a UNESCO Heritage Site. One of the highlights of this homestay was the restaurant nestled in a ”secret” garden—a serene and picturesque spot where my family and I could have happily spent more time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, adding to the overall experience. Though it was too cool to use during my visit, the homestay also features a pool that would be perfect for summer days. At the end of our stay, Wan Jie went above and beyond by accompanying us to the village exit to wait for our driver, ensuring everything went smoothly before saying her goodbyes. It’s rare to experience such personalized hospitality, and it made a memorable impression on us. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hongcun. It’s a unique blend of history, comfort, and genuine hospitality that truly enhances the visit.

MM55837****The hotel has a good location and excellent service. They even offer Hanfu rentals in the lobby, which we borrowed and spent the whole afternoon taking photos after hiking most of the front mountain (except for Shixin Peak) and getting back to the hotel around 1 PM with nothing else to do. The room was a bit small, but that's expected on the mountain. The cleanliness was a bit average, with some hairs found on the sheets, which I hope they can improve. The breakfast was rich and quite good, and it was very convenient to go to Shixin Peak for the sunrise.

MM221935****Five stars, highly recommended! The Banyan Tree Huangshan Townhouse was an amazing surprise. The Anhui-style white walls and dark tiles are nestled among the green mountains, and opening the window reveals a picturesque ink wash painting. The environment is serene and healing. The one-on-one butler service was incredibly attentive, quick to respond, and had a great attitude, making the entire stay effortless. The room facilities were astonishingly complete: tableware, washing machine, oven, induction cooker – everything you could need. The capsule coffee machine and complimentary tea were an excellent bonus. The fresh, plump welcome fruit paired with a handwritten welcome letter added a wonderful touch of ceremony. The holiday experience was perfect, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserHidden gem // Cosy homestay with lovely and caring hosts - 10/10 recommend! We loved our stay at Villa Emerald Valley especially due to: + Lovely hosts: super friendly, multi generational, from the neighborhood and always keen to fulfill all our wishes even before we knew them + Bright, modern, clean and cosy rooms: Big windows, clean and modern bathroom facilities (great hot shower that is truly needed after a day in the mountain), really comfy beds, water boiler, etc. + Nice common area: game room, restaurant, tea table, small pool + Tasty food: breakfast, lunch and dinner freshly prepared, many options (also vegetarian), fresh fruits and tea, decent prices -> we loved their tomato&egg, bamboo, qingcai and tofu dishes + Smooth communication and great service: quick responses via WeChat, airport pick up (200¥ one way), support with ticket booking for huangshan, carrying luggage, extra fruits, etc. + Emerging into the community: as it was tea harvest time, the hosts took us to the tea mountain close by where we could help picking tea leaves + Location: huangshan is overall really touristy with a lot of group tourism and thus overall probably not the nicest place to stay for a longer time. However, the home stay, while being close to all main tourist attractions, lies very calm and right beside the mountains where locals live and work, so it does not feel touristy at all and you could easily spend several days there to explore and relax Also , the hosts can speak some English, so communication for foreigners is not a problem.

__FL302730****While perhaps not the absolute best value for money on Huangshan Mountain, my stay here felt incredibly worthwhile. The overall comfort was exceptional, and upon reflection, I can't think of a single thing I was dissatisfied with. **Facilities**: The room was equipped with a foot massager and a coffee machine, which my parents immediately put to use, haha. We chose a room with a tatami area, and the staff proactively suggested it could also be used for sleeping, saving us the cost of an extra bed. Linens were provided free of charge. **Cleanliness**: The entire place was very clean and tidy. Knowing that towels and bedding can't be washed on the mountain but have to be transported down and then back up by hand made me appreciate this level of cleanliness even more. **Environment**: Compared to Baigyun and Beihai, the biggest difference here is having its own private courtyard. Doudou, the hotel's resident cat, loved visiting us during our stay, sleeping in our courtyard again and again, adding so much charm to our trip! **Service**: Every staff member would step aside and smile when encountering guests, making you feel very comfortable and truly at home. Perhaps it's the peaceful mountain life, but everyone seemed to exude a sense of Zen, unlike us 'city workers' who often look drained, haha. **Dinner**: I have to give a special shout-out to dinner – it was genuinely delicious! The first course, duck soup, was particularly amazing. Although it was indeed a bit more expensive than other hotels on the mountain, it felt like it was worth every penny, and definitely recommended, haha. **Photography**: We booked a photo session with one of the staff members. Even though the hotel was fully booked, there was no waiting line – we just took the photos, and the results were excellent! They helped us capture unique family photos from Huangshan. I also noticed that the lanterns in the courtyard run on rechargeable batteries, requiring someone to change them daily. This shows that even in details we might overlook, there are people silently working to maintain the experience. A very satisfying stay. I hope to come back again!

GGuest UserMy partner and I had the best experience at Floral Hotel. The owner/manager goes above and beyond to help, and speaks very good english. He helped us plan our trip to Huangshan in depth, and his route was perfect and worked well for our plans. Highly recommend staying here for non-mandarin speakers wanting to see the mountain. The rooms are incredibly nice and clean, at such a reasonable price. The hotel restaurant is really good too and the atmosphere is very homely, with a cute cat. The location is not too close to the mountain but this does not matter as the hotel arranges transfers to the train station, and the owner even personally drove us to the mountain bus stop. The part of the town where the hotel is located is also quite lovely and quiet. Highly highly recommend staying here as a base for your trip to the magnificent Huangshan mountain.
