Hotel near Xiamen University/South Putuo,Xiamen
The Xiamen Blue Shark Sea View Hotel Apartment (Shimao Twin Towers Branch) is one of the newest hotels in Xiamen, having opened in 2023. The hotel is only 7km from Xiamen Railway Station and 16km from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Huandao Road, Shapowei Art Zone and Ding'ao Cat Street. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"Our stay in this room was absolutely fantastic! We'd stayed on other floors in the Twin Towers before and found them to be just okay, but this Blue Shark unit was clean and high-quality. The teacups, mouthwash cups, toiletries, and showerhead all felt premium. The room itself was immaculately cleaned and tidy, and the projector worked great. The large bathtub filled up quickly with hot water and was perfectly positioned for a relaxing soak after a day out, with a lovely view too – truly blissful! The customer service agent who assisted us was also very attentive and thoughtful. We had a small request for a late check-out at the end, and they kindly accommodated us, which we really appreciate! We're already planning to stay here again on our next trip to Xiamen!"

Hotel near Zhongshan Road and Ferry Area,Xiamen
【Core Business District】 Nestled in the Zhongshan Road Business District, the hotel is surrounded by a wealth of dining options. Famous local Xiamen eateries like 1980 Braised Pork Zongzi, A Jie Spiced Pork Rolls, Huang Zehe, Ba Popo Grass Jelly, Mingyue Prawn Noodle Soup, Yuehua Satay Noodle Soup, and the popular online celebrity seafood restaurant Zui Yi Hao are all within walking distance. 【Transportation】 Getting around is extremely convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Bashi Seafood Market, and it is only 800 meters away from the No.1 Ferry Terminal, making it easy to travel to Gulangyu Island. Additionally, you can reach Zhenhailu Station of Metro Line 1 in 5 minutes on foot, facilitating metro travel to explore Xiamen. 【Popular Attractions】 There are numerous attractions nearby. It takes around 10 minutes by car to reach internet-famous spots such as Shapowei, Xiamen University Baicheng Beach, Nanputuo Temple, and Xiamen Botanical Garden. A 10-minute walk leads directly to the seaside, where you can enjoy the stunning sunset views in full. 【Product Features】 The hotel features a Southeast Asian-style luxurious retro design. The lobby boasts metallic-textured walls paired with Minnan-style decorative elements, exuding a sophisticated vibe. Rooms use dark green and warm brown as the main color tones, complemented by retro patterned tiles and rattan furniture, highlighting elegance. Some rooms are equipped with a large white bathtub and a garden balcony, offering a bird's-eye view of the Zhongshan Road street scene. The hotel also adopts smart butler devices such as a whole-house voice control system, ensuring a more convenient and comfortable stay. 【Butler Service】 VIP butler service is provided. The front desk staff will draw hand-painted maps for guests and deliver handwritten weather tips and snacks every day. The hotel has a garden restaurant on the 4th floor, where you can take photos of the beautiful scene of Xiamen's old town and arcade buildings in the same frame. There is also an internet-famous hot air balloon photo spot, making it an ideal place for taking photos.

"The hotel's location is excellent, right on Zhongshan Road, making it very convenient to walk to Zhongshan Road and the Gulangyu ferry terminal. There's a wide variety of shopping and dining options nearby. The room facilities are also great, with a very thoughtful design. The staff are friendly and even escort guests to their rooms to explain how to use the amenities. The only downside is that most rooms don't have proper outward-facing windows; they are either faux windows or face an inner courtyard. Our window faced the inner courtyard and was essentially just for show."

Hotel near Dongjiekou Shopping Center,Fuzhou
Tucked away within Sanfang Qixiang Historical and Cultural Block, the hotel occupies a heritage building listed as immovable cultural relic. This 400-year-old Zeng Clan Mansion was the ancestral residence of descendants of Zeng Gong, a towering literary master of the Northern Song Dynasty. The clan fostered generations of outstanding talents; during the Qing Dynasty, four successive direct line kin all passed the imperial jinshi examination, rendering it an unrivaled mansion of imperial scholars across Sanfang Qixiang. Retaining the original courtyard layout of ancient lane dwellings, the compound features a shared central atrium alongside private exclusive yards attached to each guestroom. Every blossom, every tree and every turn unfolds a unique cultural vista. Renovated under the philosophy of sustainable native aesthetics, the ancient courtyard is woven together by the serene charm of guqin melodies. The texture of traditional Min-Yue dwellings, intangible cultural heritage lacquer art and oriental floral aesthetics permeate every spatial detail. Fitted with premium light-luxury furnishings, the property integrates a cultural boutique inn, guqin museum, art gallery, heritage tea salon, Hanfu travel photography experience and elegant literary gatherings, crafting an immersive high-end aesthetic retreat exclusive to urban micro-vacations amid ancient Fuzhou city.

"Excellent customer service, friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Free laundry service at site. Located just in the center of SanFangQiXiang. Love the vibe! Their breakfast is also a highlight, various kinds of local traditional breakfast. We would definitely come back again."

The room was cozy and clean. Our family was traveling together, and we had booked two 1.5m beds. They upgraded us for free to two 1.8m beds and even gave us four bottles of mineral water. The room had lots of snacks, as well as a thermometer and sewing kit, which was very thoughtful. The Da Hong Pao show is only a five-minute walk away, and it's about a 7-minute drive to the Wuyi Mountain scenic area. The proprietress and staff were all very friendly. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Zhongshan Road and the Eighth Market. The concierge service is thoughtful and attentive. The hotel offers an underground parking lot, complimentary afternoon tea, and a self-service laundry facility. The robot room service is a convenient touch, and all the toiletries you could need are provided. Overall, it's a great stay.

Our vacation ended, but we managed to travel during the off-peak season with our child. My little one absolutely loved it! The hotel is very kid-friendly. There's a dedicated children's heated splash pool that's shallow and even has a small slide. Right next to it, there's a jungle play net, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. Our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony even had a large soaking tub. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!

Stumbled upon a Ctrip gem, this B&B was a delightful surprise during my Wuyishan trip. The scenery here is stunning, easily rivaling the Nine-Bend Stream. The owner is incredibly warm and provides excellent service. They even upgraded our room for free, offered complimentary fruit, tea eggs, and health-boosting tea, and the breakfast spread was generous. Their tea factory produces delicious tea, and they even gifted us some when we left. This B&B offers great value for money, especially for someone as particular about cleanliness as I am – I couldn't find a single flaw, even in the nooks and crannies. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location is excellent. You can take a direct bus from North Station to Lantang Station, and after getting off, the entrance is just 100 meters ahead. When sightseeing, Wuyi Palace is a short walk from the hotel's main entrance. From the Wuyi Palace stop, you can catch the scenic bus which takes you to all the attractions, making it incredibly convenient. Staying here eliminates the need for repeated taxi rides. The scenery is beautiful; if it rains, the misty Dawang Peak is absolutely stunning. The staff are simple, yet professional. Cons: The hairdryer kept cutting out after a short while, which was very inconvenient for women with long hair. If this bothers you, I recommend bringing your own hairdryer.

The room was okay. The hotel is a bit old, so I found the facilities quite dated. My biggest complaint was the pillows – they were flat and didn't bounce back at all. The curtains weren't very blackout, and the hairdryer was an old-fashioned model. Service was excellent. Whenever I needed something, I'd call the service center, and it would be brought to my room very quickly. They were also very accommodating. My favorite part was the stalls right outside the hotel, run by the Taigu Hotel. They sold breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea. The afternoon tea consisted of local snacks, which were absolutely delicious and, in my opinion, much cleaner and had more generous portions than the snack shops in Bashi or Zhongshan Road. Pictures 2, 3, and 4 show the afternoon tea I bought right outside the Taigu Hotel. The oyster pancake was delicious, and the pork skewer was tasty too! 😋

I booked a non-smoking executive suite, which was larger than a standard room, making it convenient for luggage and storing odds and ends. However, the hotel breakfast was the worst I've ever had. Firstly, upon entering, no one was there to seat us, and the organization was chaotic. There was even one person occupying a four-person table alone. The food quality was poor; it was essentially vegetarian with no meat. The only edible items were bread, fried eggs, and noodle soup. For the price paid, this level of quality was truly disappointing, especially since I had to endure it for three days. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the Dongdu Ferry Terminal.

I took a last-minute trip to Xiamen during the May 1st holiday, and hotel prices everywhere had skyrocketed. This place, however, remained unchanged. I initially thought it might be an older hotel, but the reviews were all positive, so I booked two nights. The location is truly excellent – right next to a subway station and across from a mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. While not brand new, it was well-maintained. Being a hotel apartment, it came with a large refrigerator and a combo washer-dryer, which is perfect for trips lasting anywhere from 3 days to a week. The machine wasn't noisy either. The subway downstairs made getting anywhere very easy. The room came with two bottles of water daily, which wasn't quite enough, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately gave me six more. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The only minor thing I found a bit unusual was the breakfast – it was very vegetarian-focused, with no meat. It wasn't bad, just a bit different from what I'm used to.

We received a warm welcome from the staff. Check in was straightforward and prompt. The lobby area was spacious and pleasantly furnished. The staff gave us a room upgrade and we had a spacious and well appointed room that made us feel very at home. When we arrived, it was close to lunch time and the staff checked in on us on meal requests, we took the lunch and it was a good spread of local specialties. Breakfast was freshly made and gave us a good impression of how a well prepared local breakfast would be like, also the meal was well balanced with dairy, vegetables etc. The room package also included a afternoon tea in the garden with a water feature, a tea bath and a evening Chinese tea appreciation session where we chatted with the staff. We really enjoyed our stay there.

I couldn't stand the cramped, small hotels in the city, so moving here on the last day of my vacation proved to be a brilliant decision. This place is all about a relaxed pace. You can go digging in the sand and chasing the tide right downstairs, and they even offered a complimentary sailboat excursion. Since I had a flight to catch the next day, they specially arranged the very last sailboat trip for us that day. The facilities are excellent, and the sea view is stunning. Even during the May Day holiday, the price wasn't excessively inflated. All the staff greeted us proactively. The front desk offers free sand-digging tools. Overall, it's very grand and reminds me a bit of the family-friendly resorts in Hainan. Xiao Ye from the customer service department provided excellent service and even gave the kids a refrigerator magnet as a farewell gift.
