This was my first trip to Harbin, and I booked a riverside hotel near the Songhua River on Ctrip. My stay at the Harbin Habsburg River View Hotel (St. Sophia Church branch) was overwhelmingly positive, especially regarding the service and breakfast. From the greeters and front desk staff to the restaurant team, everyone was consistently described as 'warm, attentive, and caring,' making it feel just like home. They even offered complimentary access to the executive lounge, which truly showed how thoughtful and considerate the hotel is. The breakfast was incredibly rich and featured local specialties. What really stood out was the long serving time, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, allowing us to sleep in and enjoy it as a brunch – a luxury usually only found in international resort hotels. The variety was impressive, including Northeastern dishes like 'kill-pig' stew, chicken stew with mushrooms, 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork), iron pot stew, frozen pears, and Kvas, along with Lanzhou beef noodles, wontons, tofu pudding, and big bone stews. The hotel's location is also excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk (500 meters) to Central Street, the Flood Control Monument, and the Chinese Eastern Railway Bridge. St. Sophia Church and Daoli Market are within a 2-kilometer walk. Directly across from the hotel is the entrance to the Songhua River Cableway. We stayed on the 11th floor in a high-level river view room, offering distant views of the river and Swan Castle. The night view was truly beautiful. The room was well-equipped with a humidifier (essential in dry Northeast China), heated eye masks, sleep earplugs, a foot bath, bath salts, and charging cables. They also provided a complimentary fruit platter and snacks daily, and the bottled water was from Quanyangquan. This hotel is a 'service-driven' choice offering excellent value for money. With its thoughtful service, abundant breakfast, and convenient location, the Habsburg is definitely worth choosing. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Harbin and would even recommend it to friends.

The room was quite clean. Although the facilities are a bit old, the overall cleanliness is very good. It's located right inside Xicheng Hongchang, making dining and entertainment super convenient. Wanda Plaza is directly across the street, and it's also very close to the West Railway Station. Plus, there's a night market nearby. The hotel staff also had a great service attitude.

This hotel is truly tasteful, with attentive service and plenty of photo opportunities. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the environment is elegant and quiet. The front desk staff, particularly a young lady named Minghui, was incredibly patient and helped us with all our questions, which made us extend our two-day stay by an extra day. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Central Avenue, and within walking distance of the Songhua River and Saint Sophia Cathedral.

Great location, very close to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. It was very quiet at night, so we slept wonderfully. The only downside is that there's no private parking; you have to park at a nearby mall. Parking in Harbin is generally quite expensive, at 6 yuan an hour.

The room facilities are top-notch and impeccably clean, which put me at ease. The front desk staff were professional, escorting guests to their rooms and meticulously demonstrating how to use various amenities – truly thoughtful and attentive. Service was prompt whenever called upon, and the parking attendant outside proactively helped with luggage, all with a friendly demeanor. The hotel's afternoon tea was exquisite, and the ambiance was cozy (as pictured). The location is superb, making it very convenient to get around by taxi, subway, or even walk to Central Street. Overall, the hotel genuinely felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely be back.

Bringing my little one to Harbin for a family trip, I decisively chose the Polar Bear Hotel within Polarland, and it absolutely exceeded all expectations! It's an absolute treasure for kids, hands down! 🐻❄️ The hotel is located inside Polarland, right next to Sun Island subway station, just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. You can directly access the Polar Pavilion from the hotel, so whenever the kids get tired, we could just head back to the room to rest without lugging them and our bags around – it's so family-friendly! It’s also very close to the Ice and Snow World and Central Street, just a few subway stops away, making getting around super easy. We booked the Polar Bear Family Room, which features huge panoramic windows. We could lie in bed and watch the polar bears swim, pace, and play with balls – it was a truly immersive experience! My little one would wake up in the morning and immediately press their face against the glass to watch, and at night, they'd fall asleep with the polar bears as their 'companions,' they were so excited. The hotel truly understands the needs of families with children! The room had exclusive bunk beds for kids, equipped with a full set of children's amenities: cartoon slippers, a mini toilet seat, kids' bathrobes, and toiletries. They even provided drawing supplies – the attention to detail was incredible. The public areas also featured a polar bear-themed playground and a picture book corner. Even the elevators had polar bear animations, making waiting for the elevator a fun experience. Every day, there were rich family activities: polar bear science classes, arts and crafts, and night tours of the Polar Pavilion. The kids could do crafts themselves, learn about animals, and have an amazing time, completely freeing up the parents! The restaurant boasts a panoramic glass design, so we could enjoy breakfast while watching the polar bears play below our feet – a truly unique experience. The breakfast spread was extensive, with soft bread, wontons, and cartoon-shaped buns suitable for children. The food tasted great, and my little one ate so happily. All the staff were incredibly gentle and kind. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they proactively explained the family activities and polar bear viewing times. They thoughtfully provided a baby cot and bed rail for families with children, and even gave us a polar bear plushie and a science picture book, which made my child so happy they couldn't put them down. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the heating was super strong, making it feel like spring even in winter – a truly comfortable stay. The Harbin Polarland Polar Bear Hotel perfectly combines a family-friendly experience with a polar theme. Its convenient location, thoughtful facilities, warm service, and unique immersive polar bear viewing experience make it a must-stay hotel for families visiting Harbin! The kids had a fantastic time, and the adults were relaxed and at ease. It was definitely an unforgettable family trip, highly recommended!

My stay this time far exceeded expectations; it definitely deserves a full five-star rating. The complimentary in-room water supply was continuously replenished, which was a thoughtful touch – plenty of water every day when I returned to the room, showing attention to detail and quality. The smart devices in the room were incredibly easy to use, with one-touch controls for lighting and curtains, making it feel very high-tech yet completely intuitive. What was most impressive was the front desk service: gentle and patient. From check-in to answering questions about local attractions, they always had a smile and responded softly and politely to every request, making me feel so welcome. With excellent hardware and outstanding service, I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city.

We chose Mousse Sleep Hotel for our honeymoon and to attend a Wu Bai concert. A butler reached out to us on WeChat many days in advance to coordinate. We arrived at the hotel close to midnight on the first day, and they upgraded us to an even better room! I was absolutely stunned when I opened the door. I had only mentioned 'honeymoon' in the comments section on Trip.com, and they actually decorated the room for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and much more elaborate than the decor in the five-star hotels we stayed at previously! The essential oil patch from the complimentary sleep kit was excellent, and the essential oil scent from the diffuser in the room was also very pleasant. Whether it was because of these or not, we genuinely had an amazing night's sleep. Not only that, but you can also try out Mousse pillows in the lobby and have them delivered to your room to try for a few nights. They truly excel at promoting healthy sleep! The hotel breakfast was fantastic, very delicious, and served in a clean and tidy environment. With the World Cup happening recently, the hotel also had plenty of themed decorations. The hotel even covered our transportation costs to and from the concert, which was a huge plus! When we checked out, they gave us beautiful refrigerator magnets as a gift. This is a truly wonderful hotel, and our stay was perfect. Highly, highly recommended!

The room environment was excellent! It was very clean and spacious, with spotless bedding and a sparkling bathroom. The owner was also very kind; we arrived quite early in the morning and since the guest in the king-size room we booked hadn't checked out yet, the owner upgraded us to a twin room for free. Plus, it's very close to Harbin West Railway Station, near a subway station, making it super convenient to get to attractions.

They even offered helpful tips to avoid common tourist pitfalls and provided detailed transportation advice. Their sincere dedication made me feel truly welcome. Throughout my stay, the attention to detail in their service was particularly heartwarming. The housekeeping staff cleaned meticulously, ensuring every corner of the room, including the bathroom, was spotless. The bedding was fresh and fluffy, making for a very comfortable stay. Every time I encountered a staff member, they would politely greet me. When we had a last-minute need for some personal items, the staff responded incredibly quickly, delivering them promptly with patience and thoughtfulness. The hotel's additional services also showcased their attentiveness. There's a complimentary beverage station with unlimited refills, perfect for an energy boost anytime. Late at night, they even offer comforting congee, which was incredibly soothing after a long day. The hotel provides free luggage storage, convenient taxi-hailing services, and even robot delivery, which felt both secure and efficient. Check-out supported a deposit-free, zero-second process, meaning no waiting for room inspection, which significantly saved time. The service was flexible and truly customer-centric. Overall, the professionalism of all the hotel staff was outstanding. The service was impeccable, never perfunctory, and there were no hidden fees or aggressive upselling. Their genuine and thoughtful service completely banished any sense of unfamiliarity for a traveler from afar, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the warmth of the 'Ice City.' Next time I'm in Harbin, this hotel will be my first choice, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all fellow travelers!
