AAnonymous UserI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

You can turn right out of the hotel and walk about 50 meters to enter the street, which is convenient for taking pictures and checking in at various spots on Central Street when there are fewer people around. The hotel lobby is magnificent and opulent, like stepping into a European palace; any photo you take there looks beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, also exuding a sense of luxury. The staff are warm and attentive, proactively sharing the hotel's history, making you feel right at home. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. My stay here was fantastic and I highly recommend it.

DDiiDii1512The hotel owner is warm and humorous. As long as the places you would like to visit are nearby and reasonable, he is happy to drive you around. What’s even more thoughtful is that he can help purchase attraction tickets at prices much cheaper than those on the official websites. From the moment we arrived, we felt the strong warmth and hospitality of Northeast China. We stayed in a Ondol room, which was spacious, bright, and clean. The ondol room was super warm and comfortable, making it especially relaxing to lie on. Even though it was freezing outside, the room was cozy and well heated. The floors were also very warm, so we didn’t feel any chill at all. The hotel also provides free ski suits, goggles, and helmets. There are many stylish options for the ski suits, and they are very durable for cold skiing conditions. The most convenient part is that the ski suits can be picked up a day in advance, so you don’t have to carry a lot of items when heading to the ski resort. This makes the experience much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, the hospitality of the hotel owner made our stay very smooth, and I would highly recommend giving this hotel a try！

There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.

I really hope more people get to stay here because the staff are lovely and the owner is very kind ♥️ The room looks exactly like the photos so it's clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage from the moment we arrived until we left, even though our bags were very heavy. They constantly checked if we needed anything or wanted recommendations on where to go, making us feel like we had a personal guide. Even though staff members don’t speak English fluently, they tried their best to communicate, and using Google Translate worked perfectly. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout that didn't feel cramped. The two beds were comfortably spaced, making it easy to move around. The sheets and duvet covers were clean, odorless, and smoothly made. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – providing a perfect night's sleep that completely relieved my travel fatigue. The facilities were impeccable. The high-speed WiFi was stable throughout my stay, allowing me to work and stream without any lag. The air conditioning had precise temperature control and was very quiet. The bathroom fixtures were comprehensive and felt high-quality, with instant hot water. The toiletries had a fresh scent and were great to use. The most pleasant surprise was the soundproofing. Even though my window faced a bustling street, I couldn't hear any noise at all once the window was closed, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff were enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions. From hygiene and facilities to service, every detail showcased quality, offering incredible value for money! GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location. Turn right out of the hotel, and a 3-minute walk brings you right to the heart of Central Street. Turn left, then left again, and after two blocks, you'll reach Exit 1 of Metro Line 2, making it super convenient to get to places like the Ice and Snow World, Sun Island, and Harbin Railway Station. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help guests with any issues. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious. Throughout the day, there are various snacks and teas available, and in the evening, hot milk and more are provided. The hotel also has self-service washing machines and dryers on the first floor for guests' use. It's a quiet hotel, and both the air conditioning and heating work wonderfully. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Harbin and highly recommend it to my friends.

Transportation is incredibly convenient, whether you're taking a daytime stroll along the Songhua River or enjoying the dazzling lights of the Ice and Snow World at night. The front desk staff were highly efficient, warm, and friendly, and even proactively upgraded our room. The room was spacious and bright, with an exquisite and elegant design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom really showed the hotel's thoughtful attention to detail.

The room was clean and cozy, and they even provided floral cotton-padded jackets for taking photos—it was so thoughtful! Most importantly, they offered free pick-up and drop-off.
