The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. My husband had a sudden flare-up of sciatica from a herniated disc upon arriving in Zhangjiajie, rendering his right leg immobile and making it impossible for him to sleep on the spring mattress. The staff promptly brought three quilts to make a bed on the floor for him. Later, a friend discovered he was missing a pair of trousers only after arriving in Shanghai. After contacting customer service, they quickly located the trousers and shipped them out the very same day. This hotel is right next to Huangxing Square, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. It's just a short walk to the pedestrian street and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, offering a quiet escape despite being in a lively area. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. It's excellent value for money. Staying here for a trip to Changsha is truly hassle-free, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

After a long day of walking, lying down felt like instant recovery! ✅ Tea Set Included: With Changsha's city view outside the window and a scholarly tea ceremony inside, this feeling of secluded tranquility amidst the bustling city was simply wonderful. 🤵 About the Service: Truly Heartwarming The front desk staff offered warm tea 🍵 upon arrival, and even a small gift at check-out. The most thoughtful touch was the complimentary Hanfu experience 👘! Wearing it to take photos in the hotel felt like traveling back in time in minutes~ And for those catching early flights or queuing up for the Provincial Museum, they offer thoughtful grab-and-go breakfasts, which deserves a big thumbs-up! 📍 Amazing Location Right next to Chaozong Street, it's just a few minutes' walk to Taiping Old Street and Wuyi Square 🚶‍♀️. On one side, you have the vibrant energy of Changsha (with all its delicious food), and on the other, a serene, Zen-inspired space.

The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient for visiting Wanjiali Plaza and Yangfan Night Market. The front desk also offers free luggage storage, which was a huge plus. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was delicious, especially rich and fresh. The laundry service was also very convenient; they picked up my clothes, did a small dry, and delivered them back to my room. Everything was excellent!

This hotel's location is truly excellent. It's close to Pozi Street, so you can dive into a world of delicious food within a few minutes' walk. It's incredibly convenient for both eating and exploring. The hotel also offers complimentary luggage storage on the first floor. After checking out, you don't have to drag your suitcases around; you can easily enjoy your day until evening and then pick them up – that's really thoughtful! Plus, the hotel has non-smoking floors, and my room was on a higher floor with a nice view, where I could overlook the river. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

As a business traveler with high standards for accommodation quality, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The facilities are brand new, the gym is well-equipped, and the laundry room even has dryers – absolutely perfect for those on a business trip. I especially want to commend the gentleman at the front desk, employee #6. Not only was check-in efficient, but he also proactively asked if I needed printing services when he saw me with documents. Ms. #2, another front desk staff member, gave a detailed introduction to the dining options and transportation around the hotel. This kind of professional service attitude made me feel incredibly comfortable. It's definitely a trustworthy choice for a stay in Changsha.

The environment is great, and the soundproofing is good too. My friend said this place is very convenient, with a subway entrance basically right downstairs, making it super easy to get around. Across the street is Huangxing Pedestrian Street, so dining and shopping are also incredibly convenient. The service attitude was very polite and friendly. My friend and I specifically came here for a bath. The room had a great ambiance and was perfect for taking photos, which I really liked.

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the confluence of the Xiangjiang and Liuyang rivers. Our room had a northern view, overlooking the Changsha Museum, Library, and Music Center, offering a broad and open panorama of the city's relaxed and comfortable vibe. The room layout was well-designed, with a smooth flow, making all functional areas convenient to use. The lounge's snacks were quite good, and the cocktail making was self-service. Downstairs, one side leads directly to the Beichenhui commercial complex, while the other opens to the riverside greenway, making shopping and strolling very convenient. There's also a small sports center nearby where you can play tennis, squash, badminton, etc., making it a very comfortable choice for a vacation. Finally, a big thank you to rarity and Sera for their enthusiastic assistance; the service was excellent and very personalized.

Plus, there are tons of delicious food options right below. ✔️ Incredible views: Staying on the 50th floor and seeing the panoramic views of Changsha is truly something else. The sunset was breathtakingly beautiful – no filter needed for photos. 🌇 ✔️ Excellent service: There's a 24-hour butler online who responds almost instantly. They're super responsive to all requests, and you don't even need to go downstairs to pick up your takeout (they have a robot!). ✔️ Attention to detail: The minibar is free (drinks and beer included), breakfast is served until 11 AM (a lazy person's dream!), and the bedding is really comfortable. I initially thought it was just another 'influencer-hyped' spot, but the service and facilities truly exceeded my expectations!
