Very friendly staff. Location is right on the riverside, slightly away from the main bridge area. Good view. We had three queen bedroom which was very comfortable. Received one complimentary traditional dress for 2 hours which was a bonus. No breakfast at the property though. No in-room refrigerator if that matters.

I don’t really have much pictures, but the hotel was very clean, the air con and everything else was working perfectly fine. The best thing about this hotel was how kind and extremely helpful the staff were, held my luggage, came back to tell them I’ll take a little longer and eating nearby. They gave me a portable charger. And they planned a full itinerary to enable me to complete Grand Canyon Park, Tienmanshan, and the National Forest park in 2 days. Only thing to note, is that the rooms usually have 2 beds minimum so it’s perfect for groups.

The room had two large beds, perfect for a family of four. It was spacious with high ceilings and a balcony. The air conditioning worked great, making it very comfortable. The service was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. There were also plenty of dining options right outside the hotel. Plus, they offer airport shuttle service, which is a huge bonus! Just a heads-up for anyone visiting the scenic area: make sure to book your entry time in advance. The hotel is super convenient, just a three-minute walk to the middle gate.

Excellent, excellent! My parents were very happy with their stay. It's super close to the scenic area, only about 400 meters to the entrance. The owner even offers pick-up and drop-off service to the station. The room was spacious, and breakfast was a nice 'nine-grid' selection.

The hotel's location is excellent, directly across from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, making transportation very convenient. Before check-in, they proactively contacted us to confirm our arrival time and room preferences, showing great hospitality and thoughtfulness. The hotel service was warm and accommodating; they even provided an extra complimentary breakfast for our child. The facilities are relatively new, well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. I just wish the breakfast selection was a bit more diverse. Also, there's construction going on across the street, which slightly impacted our stay. Overall, considering the great value for money, I would still highly recommend it!!!

Traveling to Changsha, I was so glad I booked this hidden gem of a guesthouse on Trip.com. Its prime riverside location on a high floor offers absolutely stunning views; during the day, you see the sparkling river, and at night, the city lights across the bank. I'm a light sleeper, and before coming, I was worried about poor soundproofing in guesthouses, but my stay was completely free of noise disturbance. A special thank you to the lovely manager, Ms. Hu, for her warm and thoughtful service. She not only prepared alternative room options for me beforehand but also meticulously wrote down a list of restaurants popular with locals in the city and recommended souvenirs to take home. What really stood out was how Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng from Siman (the guesthouse name) were at the front desk practically day and night, showing immense dedication and friendliness. They even proactively helped with laundry and drying, and folded it neatly before returning it. With beautiful scenery, excellent service, and a great price, our short three-day stay at Siman added wonderful memories to our Changsha trip. Thank you to both Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng!

The room was spacious and clean, and it was dry and odorless despite the humid weather. It offered a first-row view of the Tuojiang River. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, including high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious! They also helped with planning our ancient town itinerary. The butler service was truly excellent! Definitely worth staying again next time! Highly recommend to friends. 100% satisfied with the experience!

The hotel is literally next to the East gate. The place is beautiful, the room was clean, comfortable, the breakfast rich and tasty. The staff's English is a chalenge, but they are sweet, very polite and readily using translator, so we always found the answers to our questions.

One of the Best Hotel Stays I've Ever Had! I had an amazing stay and was truly impressed by the overall service. It exceeded my expectations and offered incredible value for money. A few highlights from my stay: 1. Exceptional butler service – The butler name正波 was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and caring. They even helped me return more than 10 parcels, which was far beyond what I expected. I really appreciated the extra effort. 2. Excellent laundry service – One of my favorite services during the stay. My clothes came back clean, fresh, and smelled amazing. 3. Innovative technology – I loved the smart room controls and the delivery robot that brought my requested toiletries right to my room. It made the whole experience feel modern and convenient. 4. Perfect location – The hotel is in a very strategic location. Most of the popular attractions are within a 1 km walk, yet the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, this is genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The quality of service, facilities, and location are well above its price point. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Stay – The Best Hospitality We Experienced in China This homestay was one of the highlights of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond anything we could have expected. We arrived feeling quite stressed about planning our visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. There is so much information online and it can feel overwhelming trying to work out routes, tickets and timings. The staff literally sat down with us and planned everything step by step. They helped us buy tickets at a better price than we had found ourselves, explained the best routes to take, and made sure we got the most out of our time in the park. What impressed us most was that they didn't just help with the main attractions. We only had a couple of hours free when we first arrived, and they suggested a walk in the park that wasn't even on our itinerary. It turned out to be absolutely magical and became one of our favourite memories from Zhangjiajie. The room itself was beautiful, peaceful and incredibly comfortable. After long days exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The surroundings were quiet and scenic, making it feel like a true escape from the crowds. The free shuttle service was extremely convenient and made getting around so much easier, and the complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. Most importantly, the kindness and genuine care shown by the staff made this place special. They treated us like friends rather than guests and were always happy to help with anything we needed. If you're visiting Zhangjiajie, I cannot recommend this homestay highly enough. Amazing rooms, fantastic location, free breakfast and transport, and some of the friendliest, most helpful staff we've ever met.
