The hotel is great and centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket, cable car station and eateries. Room is spacious, with an executive chair and working table and comfortable bed and toilet. Washing machines and dryers are provided complimentary on the 3rd floor where the gym and coffee house are located. Reasonable good selection of breakfast buffet spread at the coffee house.

This hotel's facilities are truly outstanding! The smart home system is incredibly convenient and user-friendly. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with strong water pressure and stable hot water. The smart toilet really enhances the experience. The screen mirroring is clear, and the internet speed is fast. Lights, air conditioning, and curtains are all controllable with a single click. The equipment is new and high-quality, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! The location is also fantastic, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The value for money is unbeatable!

The service was warm and the environment was great, a blend of Chinese and modern styles. The breakfast was plentiful and they even provided afternoon tea. It's very photogenic, and they offer Hanfu experiences too. The location is excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Changsha.

The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The overall design was simple yet elegant, making for a very comfortable stay. We even received a complimentary double afternoon tea with pastries and drinks. A fantastic perk was the free laundry service for up to five items daily; they picked up and returned our clothes, which came back smelling lovely and feeling soft. The front desk staff were all wonderful – so gentle and polite. This hotel truly made our Changsha trip perfect. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel's location is super convenient, close to Pozi Street and right in the city center. There's a China Construction Bank and convenience stores nearby. There's a parking lot on the B2 level where you can enter and exit using your e-license plate. If you need to, you can also store your luggage for free on the first floor. Getting around from here is really easy. We were given a room with a fantastic view of the Xiang River at night. The room also had a mini-fridge, and there's a washer-dryer on the fifth floor. Highly recommend for your trip!

I arrived early on the first day and left my luggage at the front desk before heading out to explore. I stayed for a total of 4 days, and the service from front desk staff members #10 and #2 was excellent – very enthusiastic and satisfactory, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The room arrangements were perfect, and the room itself was clean and hygienic. For extended stays, they clean the room daily. One day it rained, and the front desk even provided umbrellas before I left. Breakfast was plentiful, with some different local dishes rotated daily. My friends and I recommend trying the rice noodles and fried rice – they were delicious. If you're leaving early the next morning and can't make breakfast, you can pre-order it for takeout. About 150 meters north of the hotel, there's a Sun Erniang BBQ that's worth trying; it's quite tasty and open until 2 AM. To the right of the hotel, about 300 meters away, is Jinwei Old Restaurant, which serves very authentic food. The hotel is also very close to the subway station, making travel convenient whether by subway or taxi. The hotel is 1.9 kilometers from the train station, just one subway stop away. You can also store your luggage at the front desk when checking out.

Unexpectedly satisfied! The small room was cozy and made me feel secure. I immediately extended my stay for another night, and the front desk even upgraded my room type! The location is excellent; parking downstairs, taking the subway, and enjoying Changsha's famous 'Cha Yan Yue Se' (tea drink) are all incredibly convenient!

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and thoughtful. The cleaning auntie was very considerate; since we were extending our stay for another night, we specifically asked her to replenish the toiletries but not change the bed linens. She even wrote us a handwritten thank you card! When we checked out yesterday, the hotel staff even gave us a souvenir. Although Changsha was very cold, the warmth of its people made us feel cozy. The river view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. We'll definitely be back!

The environment is great, with plenty of dining options nearby, a convenience store downstairs, and a subway station – very convenient. Wuyi Square is just one or two stops away. The hotel is right around the corner from Peiyuan Bridge Station. Service: Every staff member provides excellent service! When checking in, a staff member brings tea, and the check-in process is very quick. Laundry is delivered directly to your room door. The butler even gives a heads-up, even if it's 4 AM! No need to run around yourself. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good; no hair or anything like that found in the toilet, sink, or on the floor. Facilities: The room has a separate wet and dry area, a bathtub, and a projector, giving it a very spacious feel. At night, it's central air conditioning, but you can ask the butler or front desk for a fan, and it's delivered very quickly by the staff. Check-in is on the third floor, and there are robots. There are three elevators available. The floors are quite high, so the wait time can be a bit long, but there are sofas to sit on while you wait.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Wuyi Square, making transportation super convenient. The room layout is beautiful, and the host keeps everything spotlessly clean. I personally found the soundproofing to be excellent, and having independent Wi-Fi in the room with a strong signal was a big plus. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. They were great at recommending local food and beautiful scenic spots. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Changsha!
