While not particularly large, the hotel is well-equipped with everything one might need. Parking is available behind the hotel, but as it's a public lot, spaces can occasionally be tight. Its location is fantastic, offering convenient access to numerous dining and shopping options, and West Market is just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and tidy. A charming feature is the availability of traditional costumes in the lobby for guests to try on and take photos by the flower-adorned hotel entrance. All the staff, from the front desk to service personnel, were exceedingly polite and warm.

It is an awesome stay in experiences. The hotel staffs are so friendly & helpful! Special thanks to hotel staff Karson for helping us with the hotel surrounding directory and he is so nice to free upgrade our room to families suite when he saw that we got a child staying in too. The moment you step into this hotel, you feel instantly transported away from the city's hustle and bustle. Located within Beihu National Wetland Park, it's a true vacation oasis. The architectural aesthetics of the hotel are stunning. It doesn't strive for overt luxury but instead embodies a sense of understated, tranquil Eastern charm throughout. It blends the delicate grace of Jiangnan water towns with the elegant style of classical Ming and Qing architecture. Even in winter, the snow-covered northern landscape outside the windows creates a beautiful contrast with the warm, Zen-like atmosphere inside. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's expression of culture and art, such as the origami art installation in the lobby, inspired by the Siberian tiger – it's creatively beautiful. The hotel service maintains Banyan Tree's consistently high quality, but with an added layer of sincerity and warmth unique to Northeast China. The hotel is quite large, offering 24-hour shuttle service. The best part is that in the frozen winter, you can experience a variety of ice and snow activities. To put it simply: great decor, spacious rooms, attentive and warm service, plenty of ice and snow activities nearby that kids absolutely love. The breakfast selection is also extensive and very good.

The hotel is newly opened. When I checked in, I was still worried about whether the facilities were complete. The doubts in my heart were completely dispelled. The hotel supporting facilities are more complete than I thought, wireless charging parking lot 🅿️, and there are also branded paper bags, bath towel bags, and showers. The electric kettle is from Germany, and the hand sanitizer is Dettol. It is worth investing. The laundry room has a dryer, washing machine, and electric iron. It is a good stay experience

## Ambiance The environment was excellent, and the room was quite spacious. ## Facilities Facilities were generally good, but a notable oversight for a hot spring hotel was the absence of a drying rack for swimsuits. After a dip and washing your swimwear, there was nowhere convenient to hang it to dry. ## Cleanliness Very good. ## Service A significant point of frustration arose with the hot spring policy. My booking confirmation did not explicitly state that hot spring access is limited to one entry per person per day. When I inquired, the hot spring area manager informed me this was the hotel's default rule. I found this completely unreasonable, and it severely detracted from my overall experience. Had such a crucial restriction been clearly communicated upfront during booking, guests would not have been caught off guard. I strongly recommend the hotel clearly outlines its hot spring usage guidelines.

If it's your first time visiting, don't hesitate to book this place. They'll take care of everything for you, but make sure to contact the hotel in advance – and I mean *definitely* in advance. You can ask your butler for recommendations on local attractions, how to get there, how to buy tickets, and even how to hail a taxi. They also offer free train station pick-up and drop-off to the scenic area entrance, free skiing, and free hot spring access. If you need a car temporarily, they can arrange one for you (at your own expense), so no worries at all. And the hot springs – you *must* go! Their hot springs are natural and located right within the scenic area. Soaking in the hot springs while it's snowing is truly wonderful. If you avoid weekends and holidays, it's not even crowded.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jianguo Hidden Hotel. The location is a big plus, surrounded by malls and eateries and just steps away from the metro station, which made getting around very easy. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having a free laundry area together with the gym in the same space was such a thoughtful touch, especially for longer stays. Breakfast was enjoyable too. While the spread was not huge, it was well prepared and satisfying. We got to try some local fruits and regional delights, which added a nice local touch. Both adults and kids found enough variety to be happy. One small wish would be for a concierge service to help with ticket bookings for attractions, but the reception staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to assist us. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. A solid choice when visiting Changchun.

The owner was very helpful in letting me check in and get inside the hostel. We had some kind of language barrier but it was very minor. The place was very clean and everything was working well. Showers were good, washing machine was good, TV was good. Everything was good except the sofa. The pillow cover of pillows on the sofa needed to be washed. I just had one minor problem though--the bed mattress was kind of hard for me. I also stayed in other accommodation (but not a 3-star hotel) and I find that the mattresses overall are kind of hard. Anyway, if I would be asked, will I stay here again? Yes. Definitely!

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!

I rarely leave reviews, but I have to say, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Honestly, the comfort level is comparable to Hyatt and Park Hyatt, and it's far better than other options at the same price point. Five-star recommendation! 👍 Although it's not within the Wanda Resort area, it's close to #Songjianghe Town, making dining very convenient. Plus, it's closer to the scenic spots than the hotels in Wanda and Luneng. A major highlight of Pullman is its three adorable deer 🦌! You can even buy carrots at the front desk to feed them and take photos. Besides the deer, the hotel's garden environment is beautiful and provides fantastic photo opportunities 📷. Another big plus for Pullman is its heated indoor pool, a separate children's pool, billiards, table tennis, a mahjong room, and facilities for fitness or spa treatments~ The final highlight is how quiet and uncrowded it is here! The hotel also included a complimentary double seafood buffet dinner (with a huge variety and genuinely delicious food, plus excellent service 😋). You can leisurely enjoy it without any queues! Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and bright, and looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows at the snow-covered forest creates a truly unique atmosphere 🥰.
