The staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory. If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff. Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

Excellent skiing resort with great facilities, airport shuttle bus, many restaurants within the resort, nice spacious family room, and friendly staffs. Can just stay within the resort for couple days or excursions to nearby tourist attractions.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. Modern Hotel with renovation recently done. Good breakfast. Only problem is if you are a beginner you will need to transport with taxi to entry of the ski resort. If you are already a skier then it has its own slope that is perfect.

Had a wonderful experience at the Chang Bai Shan Crown Plaza, the hotel is situated at the gate of the Chang Bai Shan national park, making it incredibly convenient to travel to the park itself. Before checking in the hotel assigned me a customer manager to help arrange my pick up from the train station. The hotel also has excellent hot springs it’s an incredible experience to be enjoying the hot springs in minus 30 degrees. Special thanks to the duty managers 姜姜 and 小庄, they were very professional with their work and always answered my queries promptly.

Really nice and exclusive resort. With all amenities and fun within the compound. Before my arrival, hotel staff Dong Mei sent me information and answered my queries. She also sent daily weather updates. Upon arrival, the lobby staffs was also very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is also great! My kids enjoyed the stay, and we would definitely recommend our friends and family to come.

Perfect
My fiancé and I stayed here this weekend to celebrate our engagement. We arrived at CGIG Nanshan Hotel feeling stressed and drained, but we have left feeling reenergized and joyful. The food was a delicious combination of Western and Chinese to suit all guests' tastes. The architecture was stunning; it felt like we were staying at a castle in France. Size was not the only impressive feature though. Every corner of the building was cleaned thoroughly at all times. The staff were all kind, attentive and treated us like royalty. When there was one small delay, they made an effort to resolve the issue quickly and gave us very nice gifts as a goodwill gesture. We definitely recommend your hotel to anyone who visits Changchun.
