An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always friendly, attentive, and professional. My room was spacious with a stunning view, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The amenities were top notch, and the location was perfect convenient yet peaceful. This was truly a memorable experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing stay.

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Taikoo Li commercial area. It's also very easy to walk to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street. Dining, strolling, and shopping are all super convenient. The room facilities are complete and basically just as seen online. My family is very satisfied, and we'll book here again next time we're in Chengdu.

Traveling far and wide, just to witness the golden mountain peaks bathed in sunlight! Thanks to the gift of light, I woke up, drew back the curtains, and waited just ten minutes to see it! Right outside the window was the highest peak of Siguniang Mountain. No need to rush out early like a special forces operative to catch the sunrise on the golden peaks. In the evening, the guesthouse hosted a gala, with ******* lads singing and dancing. The staff, all young men and women, were incredibly hospitable, and the butler was always ready to help. We even sang a song, and it was my first time having a ******* young man present me with a Hada (a ceremonial silk scarf). The experience was absolutely fantastic! Every connection made with others is an extra gift that travel bestows upon us. It's these warm social experiences that transform scenery from mere cold images and travel from simple displacement into a soulful journey filled with warmth, rewards, and personal growth.

I had a wonderful stay at The Louis Hotel Chengdu and would happily return. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a large bathtub positioned next to big windows offering a lovely view—such a highlight. Being able to watch a movie on the large TV screen while relaxing in the bath felt incredibly luxurious. The in-room streaming service was excellent and included all the popular English movies, which was a big plus. The shower was large and modern, and the toilet was very fancy with a bidet system, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after a long day. The staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The free laundry service was also incredibly convenient and much appreciated. Overall, an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay with thoughtful amenities and great service. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very centrally located, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The building and interiors are beautiful, with a stylish and well-thought-out design. While some areas feel slightly worn, everything is still in good condition and well maintained. The service was excellent: all the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was also very clean, which we really appreciated. As a pleasant surprise, we were given a complimentary room upgrade to a very beautiful room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic location! It's a mere 5–8 minute walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. The hotel is also conveniently close to Chunxi Road Station (Metro Lines 2/3) and Tianfu Square Station (Metro Lines 1/2), with an abundance of restaurants and attractions nearby. The breakfast spread is extensive, the room offers great views, and the soundproofing is excellent, though it could use a minor check. Both the Chinese and Western breakfast options are plentiful and authentic, making it suitable for both business travelers and families. The room facilities feel a bit dated. The錦食八寶 afternoon tea: Very tasty. Laundry service: Very thoughtful.

My overall experience staying at this hotel was great. The room offered a fantastic view of Taikoo Li at night, which was absolutely stunning. The in-room sound system and the floor-to-ceiling windows created a very comfortable ambiance. The room was well-equipped, and they even offer a private butler service. 'Bread' was my butler, and they were incredibly helpful, even retrieving a package for me so I didn't have to leave my room – very satisfied! I also forgot my phone, and 'Bread' responded instantly. Big thumbs up and kudos to the butler for their enthusiastic service!

Booked this hotel for high floor view but unfortunately during winter there is not much view due to fog and rain. Location is great, connected to a mall for possible shopping and food options, walkable or can easily didi to more busy or tourist spots. The room has a big tub and a big projector which we really enjoyed. Best part about this hotel is their service. 小管家棠棠 and 小文泡菜 are always prompt in replies on WeChat. We can easily check about room issues or even have their help to collect food deliveries from downstairs (as the hotel is on floor 37). We checked out early around 7am and have questions, 小管家小文泡菜 came immediately to our room to sort it out so we can leave on time. I would definitely recommend this hotel for it’s cool design and superior service

The room overall was pretty good, and it's just dozens of meters from the subway exit. There are plenty of places to eat downstairs. **Pros**: Convenient for getting around, good room hygiene, excellent air conditioning that cools down quickly. The butler service was attentive and responsive. The elevators are fast. **Cons**: The hot water was poor; it turned lukewarm after just a short while of showering (even though I used the small shower head as instructed). I don't understand why the shampoo and shower gel were placed on the vanity – is it that hard to install a corner shelf in the shower area? The vanity is about 1.9 meters diagonally from the shower area. Taking a shower, especially with the poor hot water, in winter is unimaginable – you'd catch a cold! Don't let guests risk an accident trying to reach for toiletries while showering. I hope this can be improved. This is a genuine review, no malice intended.

The hotel is good and affordable, with a very strategic location in the city center of Chengdu. It’s close to shopping areas and the station, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel staff are friendly, and the room was clean. The only downside was the there is small space in shower room, so when we showered, water tended to spill out and made the floor wet. However, overall we really liked this hotel and enjoyed our stay🙂
