For the price, the room standard seaview is good. Got connecting room with my parents. Abit old with furnitures and abit stain on the bedsheets. Cleanliness is acceptable Lack of plug points beside bed. Showers is okay, need to wait for hot water, and my parents bathroom have clogged issues. Aircond is great. Service is good with friendly staffs. Overall environment is quiet and relaxing. Will come back next round ☀️

I stayed at this hotel in Langkawi during my trip with my husband, and the place was truly stunning. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so peaceful and beautiful. I stayed there only for a night including with breakfast. The room was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I honestly regretted that we only stayed for one night. Waking up to such a breathtaking view was an experience on its own—the scenery around the hotel was absolutely amazing. One of my favourite parts of the resort was the beautiful swimming pool located right in the middle. It added so much charm to the place and made the whole environment feel even more relaxing and luxurious. Sitting by the pool and taking in the surroundings felt like a dream. I would say this was my favourite stay on my whole vacation there. That said, the journey to the resort was a bit challenging. The road leading up was quite confusing and honestly a little scary, as the resort is located at the top of a hill. Driving up from the bottom felt intense, and the pathway could definitely be improved. But once we reached the resort and stepped inside, it felt like entering heaven. The atmosphere, the view, and the comfort completely made up for the drive. Despite the challenging road, the experience was totally worth it. I truly fell in love with the place, and next time I visit Langkawi, I’ll definitely make sure to stay there longer.

What a fantastic stay at The Pure Hotel! We booked two rooms for family stay... From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the hotel's commitment to cleanliness. The entire property, from the common areas to my room, was absolutely spotless. It truly felt fresh and well-maintained, which made a huge difference in my comfort. But the real showstopper was the view! Waking up to the panoramic vistas was breathtaking. Whether it was the sparkling city lights at night or the stunning natural landscape during the day, the view from my window was an incredible highlight of my trip. It's the kind of view that makes your morning coffee taste better and your evening relaxation perfect. The Pure Hotel provides not just a place to sleep, but a truly refreshing and elevated experience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for immaculate conditions and an unforgettable scenic backdrop! I can't wait to return.

The hotel has ample parking, and the lobby on the first floor is quite nice. This hotel is mostly frequented by Caucasians. The room environment is average, and the cleanliness was poor during my multi-day stay. My friend developed a severe skin allergy, scratching their skin raw at night. I'd recommend bringing your own sheets if you plan to stay here.

Best Location, excellent view, staying was comfortable and food was delicious. Main beach is infront of it . There are many restaurants and shopping places nearby it. Definitely will stay again if I travel to Langkawi.

This place is definitely a yes for travellers. Jetty is the usual mode of travel do a fancyy, breakfasts are good. We had a movie might during our stat set up just best to the beach, was killer. You can do cycling, there are buggies for internal travel again bit fancyy and you can just chill by the pool with a bar that serves liquor’s and with bar stools that are on the pool itself. Good experience.

The chalet is located by a quiet beach near other resorts. It is unlike the other neighbouring beach which is full of tourists. Here you can enjoy privacy and quietness . We stayed in water chalet at the upper floor unit. Once entering the surrounding you will feel like you are in ancient Japanese or Korean past decade. It is a truly amazing experience. The room furniture is sturdy and well maintained. The outside and the inside really match my taste. The water chalet is unique and relaxing. I will sure book again. The only thing I would like to raise for improvement is the stairs to go up the unit . It is very dark and the light will only be turned on at night at 7.00pm. Under the staircase you will see mass. Other than these everything is okay.

Short ISLAND break frm the CHAOTIC city life ! Impromptu trip, booked my ✈️ a day before departure. 4D3N just because i just want to laze around & spoil myself before 2026 bid gdbye. Found Croske Resort as a gem since this hotel is just next to airport AND free shuttle service for airport pickup/drop off is a BONUS ! Hotel provides shuttle to Cenang beach (to/fro) BUT need reservation in advance and the shuttle runs 4 times in a day. Good to catch sunset by the beach and purchase chocolate souvenirs at nearby Cenang Mall ! Grab is also cheap to move around at reasonable price. Tried room service as i was tired on my 1st day, ordered seafd tomyum (too salty, didn't like the cooking) TV has a faulty, what makes it frustrating/ challenging is that all rooms doesn't have a telephone so basically guests communicate with reception desk and all other service via WhatsApp thru the QR code provided in room. (The digital era living we're all in now, lost the human touch & more honest/warm hospitality & customer care) I want to thank the hotel manger for the service recovery. Complimentary cut fruits was served into my room for the delay of technical support due to TV faulty, I was delighted to see the fruit plate when i got back from the beach at night. If you need an accommodation near the airport, book with them for their convenience of airport shuttle, if you prefer to be near attraction sites/beach, book at any hotel near Cenang Mall. Housekeeping did a tremendously great job, room and hotel lobby are spotlessly CLEAN.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and polite, the pool was big enough to accommodate everyone and the beach is right by the resort. We liked that the resort is away from.Cenang Beach which is very crowded. There are cafes, restaurants, mini mart, spas nearby. Very convenient

Excellent Hospitality and Perfect Family Resort at Langkawi I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the resort staff, starting from the warm greeting during check-in. The rooms are spacious, and the family room is conveniently located near the pool and the animal farm. There are plenty of activities for kids, including animal feeding, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The resort is very close to the beach, and the view and overall vibe are truly fascinating. Buggy service is available anytime and very convenient. There are two breakfast venues: one offering international cuisine and the other Asian cuisine, providing good variety. The room was clean and well-maintained, and having a bathtub was a nice touch. Overall, it is a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation.
